Peter at The Benz Shop is the only person I trust with my Benz. Extremely professional, courteous, efficent and always does an amazing job. Whether it s a routine service job or repair, take your vehicle to the Benz shop you won t be disappointed. 5 Stars all day

Wow the amazing reviews about The Benz Shop are all true. I called the shop on Friday with no answer and didn t leave a message . Peter called me back within 5 minutes and answered all of my questions about my cars sunroof. He got me in at my convenience the following Monday. Peter was honest ,reliable, knowledgeable and overall easy to deal with. Other shops tried to upsell me on extra services however peter took care of what was actually needed.. At The Benz Shop I know I m in truly good hands

Extremely knowledgeable in Mercedes and many other makes (they service my Rolls Royce, Ferrari, BMW, and Alfa Romeo too). Quick work, excellent and fair pricing, and honest as they come. Best independent shop in the area.

Had a great experience and was handled much better than I ever expected. warranty just ended and I had a new issue with oil leaking. turns out the pembroke dealership did something wrong on my last service visit! fixed and on my way in no time. this shop and peter are now my go to in the event something new pops up for all my MB needs.

My husband and I have been getting both our Mercedes serviced with Peter for years. He has done an exceptional job with repairs and with customer service. His prices are fair and relatively reasonable. It is hard to find good customer service anywhere these days, and excellent service is even harder to find. I moved to Ft. Lauderdale and was referred to this place. They were able to look at and take care of my Benz within the week that I called. I have had at least two services done on my car, and have referred others that I know. When I got my car back, I was surprised to see that they did a cleaning on the inside, and washed the outside! They are honest mechanics, and I am truly grateful for their dedication to their work!

Peter is amazing! The Benz Shop does more than just Mercedes. I brought my Porsche Carrera 4S to have some diagnostic work done and some repairs. Peter was 100% transparent, reasonable and communicative during the entire process. I can t recommend this shop enough. I have often had trepidation visiting a Mechanic Shop, but Pete has forever changed that for me! As a woman, many Mechanics see dollar signs and know that many of us are not knowledgeable about car-related issues. From start to finish, Pete was forthcoming and wrote out all that was immediate, as well as what could be addressed at later time! Bonus Surprise: I got inside my car and it was the cleanest it has ever been! He services my mom s car, and after today, The Benz Shop has another forever client! Thank you Pete for your exceptional professionalism and care!

The most honest and affordable car repair shop in Fort Lauderdale. Took my C300 in for an intense fuel smell that the Mercedes Benz dealership initially wouldn t cover. The owner of The Benz Shop - Peter call the dealership directly and got them to admit that there was an extended warranty for this known defect and he even set the appointment with Mercedes for me. Peter could have easily taken the job and my money but didn t. The Benz Shop has this customer and my friends and family for life!

Service was great and professional. Honest, fair and up front pricing for dealership quality work. Clean office and waiting area. They also wash my car every time I get work done. Which seems simple but goes a long way. I have been taking my car and my wife s truck there for several years. I have never had a bad experience. It s a breath of fresh air to see honest, fair and quality work in the auto repair business. Peter, his father, and staff are wonderful!! My family trusts his shop and services for many years. Reasonable prices and timely service compared to the Mercedes Benz dealership. One time I considered using the dealership for repairs (if repair was under warranty) but they took three weeks to contact me back. I got my repair done same day I called Peter as he happened to have the availability and the parts were no problem to find ASAP. Three weeks later I had already forgot I even called the dealership when they got back to me turned out it wouldn't have been under warranty anyways. Peter at The Benz Shop repaired an electrical issue with my headlight that another shop couldn t fix. He provided excellent service and was extremely professional. Definitely the most trustworthy and honest shop I ve ever dealt with. I will only take my car to The Benz Shop moving forward!!! Peter has been my mechanic for well over 10 years. There's no one I trust more with my vehicle repairs. He's honest, does superior work and has fair prices. He will tell you what your car needs, but will not try to upsell you into repairs you don't need. I can't say enough wonderful things abut this shop. Peter gave me better advise and assessment than Mercedes Benz mechanic and advisor. I spend money on the issue and nothing more. There was no guessing or added cost with unnecessary parts. In fact I returned all parts to Mercedes Benz part department that they recommended my e550 needed... Peter helped me saved $400 in parts when he told me to return it, because those parts was not the issue... Glad I found an honest mechanic for my toy Mercedes Benz E550 have a new home.. I must say Peter is Amazing! Prompt Professional & Punctual!! Very honest and reliable. I ve been to many places to get my vehicle serviced & at this location I was treated respectfully & he had over exceeded my expectations. I saw exactly what I needed to have repaired & replaced plus services were done quickly! I didn t need to wait as long as expected. He gives you options & the place is clean!!! Honest and trustworthy I have been taking my car to The Benz Shop for 5 years and will never consider consulting another mechanic. The service is fast and the meeting times are well respected. They will not take advantage. Outstanding experience! I arrived a few minutes late for my B service appointment. Peter, the owner, greeted me and pulled my car right in. The waiting room is immaculate and wifi worked well. In about an hour, the service was explained and completed. And the price was excellent! I highly recommend this business and will definitely return.

Took me a while to write this review.. I have been a customer at The Benz Shop for years. They are now servicing my third Mercedes Benz. Their knowledge and experience goes above and beyond. Completely trustworthy and thankful for every service they have provided to keep my Benz running in tip top shape. Grateful for Peter and his team at The Benz Shop!

I ve known Pete for many years and at this point he s the only person I d trust to work on my car because he s honest and reliable. I recommend him to everyone who drives a Benz or high end car. Not only an awesome mechanic but also an awesome person. He s not out to charge you inflated rates and definitely checks everything over better than a dealership would. He wants repeat customers and he definitely has that. Thanks for all your help Pete.
