Friendly staff, free pop corn and free coffee. The deal I wanted was pretty far off from their first numbers. I ended up leaving that day but a few days later I was called by one of the the staff and was advised that we could work a deal since we weren't that far off. I was pretty skeptical because two other dealerships which were Gunther and pompano Volkswagen were unable to do the deal. I am glad I did decide to head down cause we were able to get to the number I wanted. Wayne was great and explained everything and was awesome. This is the second time I been to a Rick case dealership and came away with an excellent experience. I will not be shopping at any other dealership going forward if it's not a Rick case owned one.

I came to this service for the first time since I did the First Maintenance on a new car. I know English very poorly, and the receptionist was a Spanish speaker (who also knew English). I used Google Translator to communicate in order to express my complaints and wishes about the car. I was served by Nilsa Seda SERVICE ADVISOR. She was understanding and patient in working with me. she listened and answered all my questions and complaints. She spent a lot of time with me and remained kind until the end. On my next visit I will choose her (Nilsa Seda)! I really hope that all the staff works in her image. Nilsa Seda is an example of an employee who is a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this service! It's very clean and pleasant to be inside. unfortunately there are no free snacks and drinks (coffee and water). There is a buffet, which I understand is paid for. Well, this is purely individual)))

If you're ready to invest some time and effort into purchasing a new (fun)ctional car, then this is your place! Gregory was our sales agent, and he did a phenomenal job! He was forthcoming about the transaction and what we needed to do to help the process along.The team worked tirelessly to help me get the best deal on warranties, etc. I was happy knowing I made the right decision on model, year, and make of vehicle based on my sales agents' advice!It's true, "Rick Case gives you More for Less" and 50 years in business is a great tribute to their philanthropy efforts and community service.

2nd VW purchased at Rick Case. Excellent customer service and product knowledge. Alejandro (Sales Associate) was extremely patient and helpful. We were focused on our budget and Alejandro was able to bring Mr. Lidondici (Sales manager) to the negotiating table. Mr. Lidondici was genuine and accommodating. Our impression was we were treated fairly and no pressure. Smooth transaction.

Mr. Greg the sale gentleman listened to me when I expressed my needs. He was very patience and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking for. The BEST thing is that he was pressuring me to buy. He was not Bullshiting me. He really made the transition very easy and smooth! Paperwork was hassle free. The finance gentleman was also a great help.

I had my car serviced today for the first time since I bought my car last July. The whole experience was amazing! The customer service is great and the staff is fantastic, very friendly, and professional. Walter was my service advisor, and he was great and very attentive. I highly recommend Rick Case VW for buying or servicing your car. Family-owned businesses are always way better than franchise because they treat you like family.

My advisor assistant, Tiffany, was a tremendous help! Took care if me every step of the way, from shuttling me to work and shuttling me back to the dealership to keeping me updated on my car status to the check out. My car was fixed and works great!

Excellent service with minimal salesman pressure. Fair negotiation, and a comfortable place to be while in the process of deciding. Abundant stock of cars makes it easier to compare different models, trims and years. I dont normally ever visit a dealership, but this was a pleasant surprise and experience. Very much recommended.

The person who took care of me was Nilsa who was absolutely amazing with her customer service, she was always checking up on me to make sure I was doing okay, would keep me posted on the status of my car, she was great. Now when I received my car back, my screen was completely changed and some of my features were changed as well. It was a little frustrating because still learning how to work my car, I had to figure out how to put my features back as they were. So customer service was great but another issue that I have thought about after the service was why did I have to pay for my back brakes to be changed when I have only had my car for not even 2 months? Shouldn't that have been checked before I took the car out of the lot and now had to pay $228 for the back brakes to be changed? Other than that, customer service was great.

An extremely good experience. Greeted in a professional manner and my oil change, tire rotation and car wash was completed in a little over an hour.Especially treated nicely by sales rep Yassar. They made something I didn t want to do on a day off very nice. Much appreciated!

Terrible service center, happy my lease only has 1 year left. 15 mins to be acknowledged. Routine Service took an hour longer than expected. No offer for transportation. They lost my car and it took them 30 mins too find at the end. Two stars because they were somewhat pleasant except for the guy i asked how much longer after I was there for 10 mins and he walked away, Pedro I believe his name was. Stay away if you can. I unfortunately have to come back 1 more time :(

When I first got to the service dept, Mireya came right over and took all my info down. She then passed my info on very quickly. She was so nice. Justin Ross, my service manager was absolutely wonderful. He was so kind and so professional. I made an appointment for service and he took me in on time and my service was completed also in a timely manner. These two employees should be commended for a job well done. Thank you Rick Case automotive for having such kind and professional employees in your service department.

Very impressive how attentive the staff at Rick Case was. Customer service was excellent! Thanks, Tiffany! The atmosphere was clean, comfortable and inviting! Also, the cafe was nice. Picked up a cafe con leche and empanada. It was reasonably priced. I'm definitely going to recommend this place to all my real estate clients in Broward area (Weston, Davie, Plantation and Sunrise). As a person who strives to provide excellent customer service, I recognize that this place knocked it out of the park!

The service advisor was very helpful and overall service was great. However, I was there for 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment . I suggest having a mechanic designated solely to get the oil changes out quicker.

My experience with Rick Case VW was outstanding. Since I entered to the dealership Mauricio DeFrancisco helped me to choose my car with no pushing. After Daniel Fl�rez work all my deal to get the better numbers and discounts. And finally Odaine work my finance and keep a very good communication during and after the deal signed. Further more I decided to move to another EV car with better range and with no question asked all of them help me to get it. I never work with a team like the one from Rick Case.

I chose 5 stars because buying my Volkswagen Atlas was truly a 5 Star experience all thanks to our salesman Enrique. We originally visited the dealership to take a look at the cars and ended up going home with a gorgeous 2024 Atlas. From when we stepped through those doors to when we got handed the key, we felt prioritized. Even after the deal was made, Enrique made sure to contact us to ask if everything was alright with our car. He helped us incredibly in making our decision and was patient and kind all throughout.
