They don t honor their own coupons. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. I mentioned I thought I had an oil leak, The service department said it would be $225 for a diagnosis. Rick Case Honda has service coupons online, in my situation it would have been $25 off the $225 price. Tyler, the assistant service manager, was very nice and polite and said his manager would not accept the $25 off coupon.

Duane Malcolm is the ONLY reason I continue to use Rick Case (this is the only reason for the high stars). My last 4 cars were from this dealership and despite some hiccups I was satisfied with my sales associates. However, my current vehicle is not, I was treated as an afterthought and had to chase down the salesperson. I walked into an AutoNation dealership and within an hour and my new car reserved at an acceptable price.Duane is the only redeeming factor of this dealership. Duane is wonderful, friendly and accommodating. He and the service crew should be commended for their hard work. They are knowledgeable and quick, above all else courteous and welcoming.

They were helpful and fast! The techs did a good job on my car as well. My only advice would be to pay attention to the guest coffee. A couple of times I've been there early in the AM for service and it would have been nice to grab a cup from the free coffee station.

Nice and friendly, but face it, this place is a bit of a money grab game. You go for one thing to be done and they tell you about a myriad of other issues. I have them tell me the car problems and repair costs, then go to a local mechanic for a repair at less than half the price. Often the repairs they quote as needed, are not needed.

The service guy don t help me with the maintenance and the warranty, everything are supposed to be included but he want to charge me anyway, this is very frustrated.

Let start with when I first called, immediately answered and were extremely helpful and got me to Chris who took the lead in my collision repair and took the stress out of everything. Gave me a time frame that was exactly what he said and step by step, kept me informed on everything going from the arrival of parts to when they were installing them. A truly amazing and legendary experience. Rick Case is an amazing dealership. Highly recommend. Thank Chris and Rick Case for all your support.

I brought my car for an oil change at Rick Case in Weston and ended up having maintenance done costing $771 to make sure my 2007 CRV was in good working order. After driving it twice the engine light started flashing and it quit running. It was smoking and smelling from the engine. Rick Case said a hose to the radiator broke. After spending another $300, I drove my car twice and again the same problem. I dealt with Wade and Waldo that both claimed to be service managers, neither of which I trust to be honest about the problem with my car. Supposedly they ordered parts and repaired the problem. Obviously, they didn t repair it. Although my car is old, it has been serviced regularly and never broke down until I trusted Rick Case to service it. With a pending purchase of a new car by the end of the year, I can assure you that Rick Case will never get my business. I worn you to find another dealer to service your Honda if you want reliable and honest repairs performed. Stay away from Rick Case Honda service in Weston!

Definitely NOT express service 2 hours for an oil change when I'm the first appointment 7am. Really it's not like you don't see Honda cars all the time. How can others have your car done in half the time or 10 mins, smh. Never had great service here. If not for me having a new car I'd never be back.

I've been using your service department for many, many years. I've always been very pleased. As always the service was fine EXCEPT it took2 1/2 hours to complete. I've had the same service done many times on all my Hondas and it never took that long. When I asked my rep. what was taking so long she went back to see and she immediately came back with my DONE paper work in hand. I wonder how long my car was just sitting back there. I was not pleased with the time but really pleased with the work.I just wish your sales department was as friendly to work with. My adult son and I went to buy a new CRV-EXL for myself and let me say that I will never do that again. After almost an hour of them arguing, and I really mean arguing with us we walked out.We immediately went to another dealership, who my son had spoken with earlier, we purchased my car there and it was so very easy. I will continue to use your service department but never purchase a car from you.

DO NOT RECOMMENDRick Case Honda Located @ 15700 Rick Case Honda Way, Davie FL 33331. (Jennifer Turbides never returned my calls & over two months waiting period for an appointment )I was trying to get my car repair through their Collision center and I was unable to use their services because they never returned my calls.Left a voicemail on 2/17/23, 2/20/23, 2/21/23 by the fourth called on 2/23/23 I asked to speak to a manager in charge, I was able to speak to Jennifer Turbides but not to a manager. (she handles State Farm Claims) after all that inconvenience they gave me an appointment for the month of May.I would have to wait from 2/23/23 until 5/1/23 Just to get an appointment, plus additional time while the car is been repair.If this is the service I get just to get an appointment, I can't imagine what the rest of the process would look like.I end up NOT using them.Thank you

When I move here, first time I go Rick Case Honda service center, used to go AutoNation Honda Center they are very good customer service ,here they know how to take money from your pocket. Poor technician experience another lie they made for me. They told change brake oil ,but don t even touch my brake oil when I told them they decide to change it, as a engineer I am sure they don t change my brake oil how could you trust them?Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery

Rarely ever have a problem at the steelership. The last one I had was probably over 12 years ago. The expertise the knowledge the friendliness of almost everyone there is absolutely wonderful. Comfortable waiting area nice little closet and walking distance Weston Diner has a great breakfast special just get your coffee elsewhere because it's not the best but as far as Rick Case goes their service manager Wade is an absolutely amazing human being I only have praise for him. He has helped me out throughout the entire history with this car I have dealt with him for at least 10 years he definitely makes you feel like your business is appreciated Superior customer service which is lost among many people these days. Thank you all

I just got my first service at the express service. I made a reservation online for the Rick Case recommended service with cost of $79.99. When I arrived at the express service counter the service representative told me that I needed to get a different service which ended costing me $162.30. I do not think such service was necessary or it should had been explained better by the service representative.

Poor service as always. Lack of customer service, people with integrity and just overall a terrible experience. Never a pleasure coming here. Service could not find my car. I paid for my service with the cashier and they had me wait a long time. My service advisor was Duane Malcolm and I expected better service and more education.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Karen and everyone was extremely accommodating and efficient. This was already a planned trip for my 6 month car service.However, it was pushed forward because a light came on on my dashboard which made me a bit nervous.I called and George told me to come in.I was there within the hour.I'm unbelievably satisfied with the SERVICE EXPRESS TEAM.TOTAL AWESOMENESS!!

Highly disappointed with Rick Case's customer service here. I've had a Rewards account on file since 2019 and I have had services done here plenty of times. It was not until today when I visited Rick Case Hyundai that I learned Rewards members receive 10% off services/parts. Rick Case Honda (The location I actually purchased my car from) only advised of free car washes and discounted gas. The service techs and reps are only pleasant when they think you're spending a lot of money. These things toppled with the fact they no longer accept American Express has completely turned me away.Services: Tires, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Terrible. Never again. They quoted me $59. over the phone for an oil change & when I got there it changed to $179. They also said there was a place to wait outside. What it turned out to be was it was up to me to drag a chair from the showroom outside myself. Then the bored salesmen kept coming outside & standing next to where I was sitting. No one wore a mask. While I was checking in the girl behind the desk next to my person coughed several times, no mask, & didn t cover her mouth. My service guy kept calling me by the wrong name, he had my car under a different person s name, it took several times before he understood that he had the wrong information. So I waited 3 times as long for an oil change & paid 3 times the price than if I had just gone to my local Jiffy Lube. Lesson learned .

I took my car for service today and the lady gave me the price of my service and I was notified that they were going to do an inspection as usual. The added the brake fluid service because apparently it was required so o accepted. The service advisor told me that my was done and took my car home. They told me that the front tires were due to change and that got me thinking. Taking my car for service religiously I never had a car that had more wear one set of tires only. If you do your rotation appropriately that doesn t happen. My car has the traction on the rear tires and my front tires were wore out. That means that all this time , the dealer hasn t been rotating the tires every time I go to do service. What kind of guarantee do I have that all the other services were provided if the can t do a simple tire rotation. Now the mechanic recommended leaving it the way it is because the rear tires do the most work but those tires are fine. My car was under service warranty before but it is unacceptable not to receive the proper service and they charge way more on an oil change that supposedly have additives, bringing the price of am oil change to 170. If they can t rotate a tire what guarantee do I have that I pay fairly for and oil change that for my bmw used to cost me 200 dollars. I m not coming back. There is plenty Honda dealers in south Florida.Services: Tires, Oil change

So here s the thing, I want to take in my car to the service department in Rick Case Honda Way Davie Florida clucking sound when I turn the steering wheel all the way which they did a good job and the car runs good and that was Friday, January 14, 2022 but the thing is I went and checked under the hood of my car and there was a funny noise in my car that the O2 sensor harness was unplugged they forgot to plug it in after they were done and it was hitting on my fan coolant luckily for me I know a better mechanic and I connected it back and I had to turn off the car and take out the battery to get rid of the check engine light and so far is doing good but they need to make sure every time when they re done fixing any car they Gotta make sure everything is plugged back the way it was before because that could ve caused an accident especially for some people that are not fortunate like me they know about mechanics that could ve caused some serious problems so they should take a look at that and So this type of thing never happens! That s the reason why I gave it a three star because of that some major issue the sad part is I kind a like the dealership I got great deals when I purchase my current vehicle compared to other places and I took it to other shops and Honda Dealer with the same issue and they haven t done nothing so at least I can say they fixed it that axle my left side of the suspension in the clunking sound understand we are still is very good but that s a big deal to if they don t plug everything back or make sure they screw every parts back Before giving back in the car to the customerService: Steering & suspension repair

I was promised 2 free oil changes when I purchased the vehicle, it was not something I asked for, it was promised to me by the sales rep. When I went to get my first free oil change, basically there was nothing in the system and they kept me there for a long time until they made ME look for my sales rep. He was nowhere to be found then they put me on the phone with a different sales person who was on his day off, he ended up calling the dealership and contacting the person who sold the car to me. When he finally showed up, almost an hour and 30 minutes later, I was promised (more Honda promises) that the 2nd free oil change was going to be in the system and honored to me the next time I came in for service.That second time was today and again there was nothing in the system showing that second free oil change that was going to be honored to me when I explained this whole situation to the service advisor he stated in the most condescending way it s very simple, if it doesn t show in the Honda system it doesn t exist. And wanted me to go looking for the sales representative that sold me the car again. Needless to say I m never bringing my car back again.Service: Oil change

Very attentive to your needs,they dont try and talk you into things you don't need and they try to help you stay in budget. The assistant service manager Duaine was the best and I highly recommend these guys you won't be dissatisfied
