I arrived for my Maintenance appointment and Rick Case Honda and almost immediately I was attended by a Service Representative. He informed me that I could enter the Dealership and make myself comfortable while they serviced my vehicle. My vehicle was among many, yet, I was there for about 1 and 1/2 hours. The young Service Representative came looking for me and brought me my report and my keys and thanked me for choosing Rick Case! Thank you Rick Case, your staff treated my time and business with great care.

Rafael was the person who helped me buy the car, service was incredible. We al know buying a car takes time and this transactions is slow but after 5 hours I left the delearship with a brand new car, stick transmission and literally everything I wanted on a car. Staff here was very helpful and patient with me which I appreciate it. Kamar and Rafael were the people that took care of me and the service was incredible. I am extremely fulfilled!!

Great experience buying a Honda Pilot. The exceptional customer service from Frank, Wayne and James made the process actually enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience. With Rick Case Honda. I sent all the information that was requested of me and the process of getting a car was smooth. Ray provided great customer service. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. He made the process of getting a new car ,quick and he. made sure I was comfortable with the monthly payment. Ray was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Again I had a wonderful experience.

So I went on Easter Sunday and was looking for a certified slightly used Honda Civic for a while for my son and they were all unbelievable. I had gone to every Honda dealer you can imagine down south and nothing compared to Rick Case, wish i would have gone straight them to begin with. Our sales advisor Dusika Sarcansi, had us test driving the vehicle right away and in less than 10 mins. was so knowledgeable and fast with everything. From getting the keys to the vehicle to getting us water, paperwork, answering our questions on car etc. The finance manager Andres Sanchez Lopez was also phenomenal, very fast and to the point and gave us all the options. Informed us of possible discounts, extended warranty for 6 years for an amazing price and made the overall transaction so fast and easy. I was happy with our numbers, vehicle and the great feel of everything. We got in at 11:30am and were out with a car in less than 2 hours later. They have discounted gas and free car wash as an added bonus and boy did i see customers taking advantage of it, things like this are so important. I will be back soon, as i have a Toyota which lease is ending soon. Officially my new dealer, thank you Rick Case and Dusika in sales and Andres in finance for really valuing customers. Rick case give them a raise, seriously. I have dealt with all south Honda dealers and nothing compared, buy at rick case you will not regret it.I wanted to add that 14 days after purchasing the vehicle I contacted Dusika again because of a noise i heard in the vehicle and she was sooo fast at having me take it in the very next day to service. Service was done, something replaced and out of there in less than 2 hours. So appreciative with her, and also the quick response and service as well. This has by far beat any other experience at any other dealer including with the service department. Thank you Dusika and Rick Case!

We recently went to Rick Case Honda for my daughter s first car. Our experience was great. Our Salesman was Marlon and Ethen helped us with the financial process and they both worked together to achieve the best deal for us. We were treated with respect and catered to like we were family. We have been going to this location for many years and have always experienced a smooth and pleasant transition no matter the situation. We appreciate the opportunity and the support of the team at Rick Case Honda in the Weston Location. We will always go back and remain loyal customers.

I had a great experience! I have used Rick Case Honda for my last two vehicles and both times were amazing! Everyone is so nice. I worked with Gian and he made the process very easy and the finance department is great! I definitely will continue to use them and refer them to friends and family.

My family and I are completely disappointed about this place and Honda. We went to buy a Honda Pilot last week for Christmas family gift. They did us waiting for around 7 hours believing the deal was close. Suddenly the financial said we weren't approved. My daughter is 4 years old and left the dealer crying. We were exhausted and feeling very disrespected. That's was my daughter's christmas present.. It's against Rick Case legacy!! The staff should read Rick Case book and learn about business and clients

Rafael and Steven helped me with the purchase of my first brand new car. Both were very patient and answered everything I had questions about as a first time buyer. I brought in my Honda CR-V for its first service, and I am new to this dealership. Service was excellent; really nice people, thorough and efficient. My car was serviced in a timely fashion as I waited. I went to the Collision area to get advice on a small chip someone had caused by opening a back door onto the side of my car. Everyone who helped me there was terrific, and at the Parts department too. They were happy to offer advice and patiently answered all questions. Excellent. Thank you.

I should have known better than to go to a dealership alone as a woman but they are such a popular dealership I felt like it would be fine. My mistake. I have a lot to say but I ll keep it short. I was greeted by a salesman and a DJ?? (Not even sure what is going on there but) I was very clear I wanted to compare offers I had already received and I wouldn t be leaving with a vehicle because I would be going home to discuss with my fiance. They wouldn t take no for an answer no matter how many times I said it. I was there for TWO HOURS when the salesman says before you go let me just get my manager to speak with you *cue eye roll* The sales MANAGER greets me with hey pretty girl and I should have ran out of the door then. It s 2024.. these businesses should know better than to think they can be slimy just because I m a woman. I cannot believe so many people do business with them. I will never be going back.

I just bought a car with David M. and had a wonderful experience. He was very attentive and made this normally very stressful and lengthy experience feel stress free and easy. Ethan, one of the finance managers at Rick Case , made us feel comfortable and answered any concerns we had. Service at Rick Case Honda is top notch. I text Duane my service advisor when I m ready to make an appointment to bring my car in and he answers me right away. When I arrive for my appointment, everyone is friendly and helpful and genuinely interested in servicing my car efficiently. The service is done while you wait or they have a courtesy shuttle. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and coffee is available. The experience is always pleasant and easy.

I had such a great experience at this dealership. I would recommend anyone trying to purchase their first vehicle to come to Kevin. He s customer service is top tier! He is very informative and an honest man. He was able to explain to me any questions that I had and tried to get me the best deals. Also, Joe ( Finance manager) is so nice and helpful. I was worried that I wouldn t be approve due to my credit ,but he did his magic and got me approve with a low interest rate. Honestly, Rick Case Honda should be very lucky to have these two men as an employee!

I finally had my car repaired for a recall issue regarding the steering mechanism, which made driving a bad experience, as if I was driving a beat-up 1990 s car. This took over 5 months, and too many calls from my part, during which I got few responses and zero accountability. I understand cara are a commodity, and that a Honda Civic is a low level car; but I believe I payed top-dollar for this vehicle and I deserve a level of service that matches it.I loved the purchase experience. I love the car when it works as it should. I might never buy a Honda again

Scheduled a 830 appointment to have my car looked at was greeted by Brian helped me with all the information told me I was due for an oil change. He scheduled that at the same time I asked him how long he gave me an estimated time went and did my errands and before I knew it, he called and my car was ready went back, picked up my car. He was waiting for me so professional very kind. I would recommend him to help anyone who walks into the Rick service area.

It was a very pleasant experience! My car was returned to me looking like I purchased it brand new. The collision team went above and beyond with my repairs. Jennifer was my assigned expert. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I was notified weekly of my cars progress until it was completed. Will refer friends and families in the future.

They don t honor coupons. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. I mentioned I thought I had an oil leak, The service department said it would be $225 for a diagnosis. Rick Case Honda has service coupons online, in my situation it would have been $25 off the $225 price. Tyler, the assistant service manager that was helping me , he was very nice and polite and said his manager would not accept the $25 off coupon.
