Very good experience, had my vehicle scheduled for a oil change, and forward collison warning message on the dash and a safety inspection. Vehicle was fixed correctly. Love going this dealership. Juan the service manager and all of the other advisors are very friendly amazing people.

Took my car for an oil change and to replace the driver s side headlight. Jorge Rivera was the Service Rep that took care of making sure it was done promptly and was very courteous. I had an incredible experience working with Jorge Rivera at the dealership .On the day of my appointment, Jorge had my car ready as soon as I arrived. He kept me updated on the status. The service was completed on time,and to my complete satisfaction.Jorge went above and beyond by answering all my questions, addressing any concerns I had, and ensuring I was 100% happy with the work done on my car. His communication was excellent.I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Jorge Rivera is truly an asset to the dealership and deserves the highest praise for his customer service. I will be requesting him for all my future service needs and highly recommend asking for him if you need service on your vehicle. Jorge deserves 100 stars for exceeding expectations!

My Service Rep was amazing!!Only reason they did not receive a 5 is because my car wouldn t start the next day and it had to be returned to the service department.With that being said Juan (Service Rep) was OUTSTANDING! He made everything go so smoothly. I couldn t even be upset he was so accommodating. I was able to get my car towed to the shop and he (Juan) sent a Lyft to pick me up and bring me to the dealership to pick up a loaner!

Worst experience with a luxury car dealership. I went to Rick Case Alfa Romeo for service for the first time for 30k mile service on my Stelvio. When I pulled up, the service advisor, Adam, was standing outside. As I approached him, he looked at me like I had three heads. No greeting, no welcome , just, you here for service? . I thought he was the valet, not a service advisor, the way he greeted me so unprofessionally (although I still expect better treatment from a valet, especially at a luxury dealership). I told him I had an appointment and I went inside with him. He looked up the service I requested then told me, you know this is going to cost like $500, right? . I told him whatever it costs is what it is, then he told me, actually it s going to be $707 . It felt as though he was asking me could I afford the service. I left the car there and was called about 2 hours later saying that the car was ready.When I got back to the dealership, Adam was gone and I dealt with another service advisor. My car was waiting out front and looked dirtier than when I left it there! I asked the advisor if this dealership washed the car after service, and he told me they do. I showed him the car and he told me, well, they did wash it, but they didn t do a very good job . He drove the car back to get it washed and I went to pay my bill. The total came out to $820, for two hours worth of work and terrible customer service. After paying my bill, the service advisor told me, ok, stay right here and your car will pull up . I stood outside for about 30 minutes waiting for my car. When it got there, the car was clean, and my floor liners were so slippery my foot couldn t grip the floor!! I literally had to take my floor liner off to drive because my foot kept slipping around. Whatever they used was not proper for my floor liner material, and created a dangerous condition for me to drive.Because I was in a rush, I didn t bother to go in and complain. I also felt it wouldn t have gotten me anywhere anyway. But I figured that, if they had the nerve to send me a request for a review, that I would just post an honest review. I normally don t write reviews, especially negative ones, because everyone is entitled to a bad day and I m not trying to hurt any individual or business. But I m a big believer in value and getting what you pay for, and I didn t get this at Rick Case Alfa Romeo.I ve owned Audis, Mercedes, bmw s, and other quality car brands. I always get my cars serviced at the dealerships because I expect them to service the car correctly, and I expect a certain level of customer service. This was the first time at this particular dealership, and I felt robbed for $820. It felt more like I was at a used ford dealership getting service. This will also be my last time going here. Which is a shame because I live in Weston and this is the closest Alfa Romeo dealership to me.

I took my Giulia in for a 40k mile service. When picking up my car, I paid the $1100 service cost and was instructed to wait while they finished washing my car and they would come get me. I waited for over an hour, before going to find the service member to discover that everyone had left and my car was sitting out front. I had to go to the sales people and run around the store looking for the key to my car after paying over a thousand dollars for a service. Over 70% of the bill was labor costs and they added an extra $150 beyond what I was estimated in fees and taxes. I expected more from Rick Case and my family and I have been loyal customers for years and I am sad to see what they have become.EDIT:I was contacted by the manager and they helped to rectify the situation. This is the customer service I expected from Rick Case.

Jorge did a great job in finding my son just the right Alfa for his first car. He was friendly and easy to work with. I was impressed with him as well as the finance person. Also gave me a fair deal on my trade. Would buy from them again.

I'm not very happy, I bought a Scion, everything was done online and by phone, to my surprise, the tires had to be changed because they had bumps and bounced when you used them. Since everything went that way, I have no choice but to trust them, which showed me that they do not inspect the cars well before selling them. Now I have to make an investment in tires. If you are going to buy from experience, inspect the vehicle well.

I received excellent service at Rick Case Alfa Romeo. My 2019 Giulia battery died. I scheduled my appointment online for Monday. I checked in the car on Sunday afternoon using the overnight box. The onsite team walked me through the process and Monday morning my service manager and I spoke and the car was in for service. The inspection resulted in the battery being changed. Also, the service team reviewed the error codes and found a fuel pump failure - replaced. Great proactive work. The car was washed and returned like new. The service team was great and I have confidence that my car was serviced well.

I went in to service a recall for my 2021 Alfa Romeo STELVIO. My service advisor, Jorge Ramirez was very accommodating. Not only did he take care of the recall issue, the car was inspected for any other problems. Then they performed an oil change and tire rotation. It was a totally stress and worry free experience. An absolute pleasure.

From pulling into the parking lot until going to the second floor to complete our sale everyone was more than five stars!!! Jorge was patient and extremely knowledgeable and Otto was as well. We had a deposit on another car at another dealership and I can t explain in words the difference in our experience at Rick Case. Highly recommend, the staff was exceptional.

This dealership is changing the game, usually I equate buying a car to going to the dentist but for the first time I can safely say this is down right the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had! Karl and his team offer a no rush, casual, knowledgeable and no pressure buying experience not to mention you don t feel like you are getting ripped off and the no nonsense approach to the finance is truly a breath of fresh air. Thanks for making this leasing experience such a pleasurable one. We are now truly fans of your dealership and especially the team of Karl and his crew for all the assist.

Had a very good experience! The service departmentis incredible! , Service writers and advisers are friendly the service manager Juan Guerra is very friendly and professional. Had my vehicle scheduled and my car was in and out by the end of the same day. The technicians are very brilliant and respectful and honest! I would definitely go back for more repairs!

This was one of the worst experiences of my adult life. My car was towed to the dealership on November 16th and left to sit on their lot for two weeks before even touching it. The service advisor was rude and non-responsive to the point I had to contact the GM to try to help resolve the issue. It had to be towed to a new location on January 9th due to a lack of communication and evaluation. The dealership kept blaming the lack of evaluation on the insurance company; however, the insurance company sent 4 different adjusters to evaluate on specific dates and times that the service advisor provided, only to have the service advisor be a no-show, out for lunch, or "working from home". I would avoid this dealership at all costs.

More than 530 to change oil is extremely expensive. Just told all my friends how high is the maintenance cost. Won t buy a Alfa anymore. Service was ok.

I can not stress enough how impressed I am with the purchasing process I experienced at this dealership. First of all, I was buying sight unseen from out of town. Miguel sent me pictures and video and reassured me that the vehicle was in tip top shape and had been well taken care of. He guided us through the process and was the perfect liaison for handling the paperwork with the finance department. When we arrived all they needed to do was toss us the keys. In fact, they worked overtime to find us an additional key as the part was on back order due to the UAW Strike. Miguel gave us a tour of the vehicle and the features and we were off! I d buy again from Miguel and the team. I trust them. He even called to make sure I had gotten to my destination 11 hours away from the dealership. It s only been a few days and I am in love with my Alfa!

The worst service I ve ever experience's. I Will NEVER buy/lease from RickCase Alfa RomeoJorge very rude to my family. Everytime my cars gone in for any service, oil change, tires, literally all services my Alfa has neededI ve been without a car for approximately 2 weeks with no loaner!!!!!I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND
