Christina is a Professional. Her knowledge and ability is impressive. Electrical, mechanical weather proofing. She has come through with effort and enthusiasm I have not experienced with other RV techs. Mobil or shop based. Sealed the roof of my 35 ft Itasca today. Great job, very reasonably priced and no mess. Her attention to detail, communication and pleasant personality has earned her my trust. Thak you Christina. Look forward to doing business with you for many years to come.

Do I recommend this business?ABSOLUTELY!Christina is knowledgeable, professional and just a nice person at heart. She inspected several parts of my trailer and gave me written findings on the areas of her expertise.She and Jake, her brother and assistant, did a terrific job resealing the seams on my 30 foot trailer. Christina also did a few minor repairs to the slideout.Along with her invoice she provided pictures of the work they completed.Her fees were very competitive and more than reasonable. She's probably saved me quite a bit of cash.Plus I was so honored for the military discount she gave me.You will be pleased and secure in choosing Christina and Reliable RV Service.

Highly recommend Christina! She is very knowledgeable in all things RV! The outer cover of our dometic awning arm cover became twisted in a gust of wind and it was severely bent. I was able to find just the cover part. Christina called the arm manufacturer which was no help with instructions on how to install the cover only as they told her she would need to replace the entire arm. Christina allowed me to have the cover part mailed to her house and she agreed to try to just replace the cover. She and her brother came this morning assessed the job and within a hour and a half the cover was replaced and the awning now works perfectly! We so appreciate Christina s willingness and expertise to fix our problem. Saved us at least 500.00 not having to replace the entire arm! Call Christina for all your RV repair needs! She is smart, punctual and great to deal with!

Had an inspection done by Reliable. Very thorough and reasonable. Bought the RV knowing the awning frame and fabric had been removed due being damaged. Bought a new frame and awning from Carefree of Colorado. Awning and frame were too heavy for me to mount. Called Christina at Reliable RV and they came out to mount and hook up all electric. They exceeded my expectations and price was very reasonable instead having the dealer mount it. Save me time by coming to the house to do the work. I am very pleased and will use them in the future. I highly recommend them and Christina has called back to ensure everything is working properly. Thank you for the great service

Christina came to my location to service my Onan Generator on a 2014 Thor ACE. The generator was in serious need of service and Christina was amazing. Thorough, knowledgeable and very clean. Service on the generator was done quickly and correctly. Work done was affordable and a veterans discount was offered after work was completed, an unexpected plus.She also took a quick look at my hydraulic system and offered suggestions and small hacks should something on the system fail in the future. I highly recommend Christina. I ve used other mobile and on-site RV repair services over the past 5 years and 80k miles in my 2002 Coachmen Class C. She s extremely competent and has a great personality too - excellent customer experience and service overall. Very fair and reasonable prices too.Here s what happened: I was just about to leave for a trip from Ft. Lauderdale to Cape Cod when RV had two problems. I called and left a message and Christina returned my call in less than an hour.After I explained the problems, Christina squeezed me into her schedule as she knew I needed it fixed before I left for the road trip.She came over, quickly diagnosed and fixed my problems - clearing a blocked grey tank pipe and also advising me on how to properly vent my gas furnace as the pilot light went out constantly.Thanks Christina!

If you have a problem with your RV, CALL CRISTINA, highly recommend, the best service, professional with all the necessary tools, honest, very reasonable prices , I don't want anyone else for the maintenance and service of my RV, 100% readable. Christina is the Go To Tech....She came out to my site because the water heater wasnt firing... She started troubleshooting and within a few mminutes of checking the whole system, was able to identify the gas regulator was to blame. She ordered the part and the next day (Holiday) came out and replaced it. Now we have hot water again. She is very courteous and even checked up on us a few days later over the phone to make sure everything was working perfectly. Thanks Christina !!!!!

I needed a toilet replacement in an older RV. Reliable RV Services showed up on time and completed an unexpected difficult job despite running into multiple age related issues.Christina even stayed a few minutes and gave me some pointers to keep my RV running smoothly.I love my new standard height toilet!

Wonderful service for a great price. In an industry where everyone is trying to squeeze as much money from you as possible, this rv tech actually tries to save you from excessive costs. Update: discovered a shattered vent cover the day before departing for Idaho. Christina came over immediately, sourced the new cover and installed it. 6 stars. Thanks! Very responsive and responsible. Responded to calls and messages right away. Arrived on time and did a great job replacing all of our dead batteries and checking out the RV's functions. I would definitely recommend.

The service was received today on our 2018 Winnebago. She inspected all fluids, walked us through nuances we never thought of (such as with the inverter and refrigerator) and got us going with working exhaust fans, leveler jack's, and a/c.This was just in time as we were leaving on a two week trip today.5star means top 20%... but she'd get a 100% for service, attitude, caring, expertise and patience!!Services: Transmission, Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery

I called looking for an rv mechanic and the young lady was super helpful. Although they were not able to take on the work on my rig I was given some good info on where to go. Thanks to the young lady in the office and thanks to all at this company. I will definitely take my rig there for some interior work.
