Raul was absolutely fantastic. He worked around a stubborn handle-to-latch connection that most people would have given up on. We were on a tight timeline and needed our door operational. He came up with a creative and secure solution that had us back up and running in no time. The door, and all its pieces was put back together, as if nothing happened on my Ford Escape. Raul really uses the depth of his experience to satisfy the needs of the customer. He is very friendly and professional too. I recommend him without a doubt. Thank you Raul!

Raul, was not only professional, friendly and prompt. He replaced my broken vandalized window with a smile . He also vacuumed all of the broken glass inside my door panel. I highly recommend Raul as of 2/4/2024 my BMW X6 looks beautiful again.

Professional ! Honest ! PATIENCE! My window was not working for about three years. Raul came to change my motor but seemed like there was another problem. We literally ran a diagnostic to figure out the issue and came back the next day ! I have four working windows now.

Raul was on time and did the job expeditiously. I was able to negotiate pricing, which is great b/c when you take your truck or vehicle to the dealer, there usually is no negotiating the price. He fixed my window in about half hour or less. I have to replace all my window door switches. I'm sure I will be quoted a great price and great service. Second time using Raul for this service. Unfortunately, my truck is 15 years old, soon ro be 16 years old. So, repairs are a little more common with age. Thanks Raul.

100% would recommend for any Power window needs. I spoke with Raul on the phone and he was able to diagnose my problem and tell me what part to order. The window is as good as new and I will definitely be using them in the future with any of my other cars.

The gentleman arrived in good time to replace my passenger window. I thought I would have to drive to a shop and take time away from work but his process was convenient, but he came to my door. He vacuumed all the broken glass and was professional. I'm glad I called.
