The whole staff at Porsche West Broward were very professional and got my car serviced on time. The new technician videos sure gave me confidence in the repairs. Transportation to my office was a nice touch as well. Thanks guys!

I m very satisfied with the service provided at West Broward Porsche. Rodrigo the Service Advisor is the best, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly makes me feel like I m a family member. As for the technical side, all issues were corrected completely and promptly.

My personal experience for the most part has been excellent from a service standpoint. I ve been dealing with Mark the same service advisor for years. He is always accommodating, attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction.. I had the 30k mile service completed on my Macan S , yes it was regular maintenance nothing complicated but Mark had the car ready in one day.I would definitely recommendService: General repairs & maintenance

It was my first time bringing my vehicle to Porsche of West Broward for service and it was by far the most positive experience out of the other service centers I ve been to in Florida. Laura Cruz was my advisor. She was extremely professional, respectful and took the time to make me feel appreciated as a Porsche Owner. She ensured the work was done promptly . Excellent customer experience!

Repair took longer than anticipated, but they took care of me by making sure I had transportation as needed. A loaner would have been preferred, but was not an option I was told. My service advisor, Luana Cruz, did her best to make my inconvenience minimal.

Pleasant environment and staff. Had to replace two parts on an almost 10-year-old Macan because of age. Service advisor Luana Cruz kept us informed and answered questions forthrightly. Highly recommend.

Service staff was very courteous. Luana was very responsive and communicated well. I received a video of the service update which I appreciated. It was very inconvenient to not have a loaner. Even though Porsche provides Lyft to and from work, I had meetings during my work day that I had to arrange alternative transportation for. This added stress to my obligations.

I had a flat on my 911 and had to have my car towed to Porsche West Broward for a new tire. The service from start to finish from both Porsche Roadside Assistance and PWB was fast and amazing. Both followed up to make sure I was taken care of and happy with the service. There are closer Porsche dealerships to my home but I will go out of my way to always do business with them.

First off I received a very courteous 1st-time welcome by Mark Wright. He then laid out the details of the service for my 2020 Porsche Macan s in a professional & comprehensive manner & I thank him for that. The results are just perfect.I would recommend the dealership & my service advisor to anyone who needs their Porsche serviced. Great experience that was.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Porsche West Broward Service and Parts. After my 2022 Porsche Cayenne was recovered by the police with several GPS and electronic modules stolen, I entrusted this service center for the repairs, which were covered by insurance.What I expected to be a straightforward repair process turned into a 2.5-month ordeal. Not only was the duration of the repair unacceptably long, but the center also managed to overcharge me, adding to my frustration. During this entire period, the lack of effective communication from their end was astounding. Attempts to seek updates or assistance were met with negligible support, leaving me in the dark about the status of my vehicle.Their service fell drastically short of the standard one would expect from a reputable brand like Porsche. The extended time without my vehicle caused significant inconvenience, and the overall experience was far from the premium service that should accompany a premium brand. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in Porsche West Broward Service and Parts and has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.
