Omg National is a great marketing company I highly recommend them!!! They made it easy for me to get the reviews!!! They set a qr scan code on your dash board so when you re out there performing your job you can kindly ask the customer to scan your qr scan code and drop a review . Also my manager Bret is always there when I have a question so yes if you want to increase your call volume and better goggles ranking definitely give omg national a try!!!!

I was having trouble receiving calls and was even ready to cancel my services with you guys and zuhaila went far beyond her expectations to figure out what was the problem going on with the computer system not sending me my calls and with her diligent work she got to the bottom of it and we discovered that it was from the phone company had a Spam blocker on the phone number I will always look to her for any advice on how to build my company she is very helpful. I wish the management team where more appreciative of their customers and give me a credit for the month I did pay for because I was not informed by the company that that feature could interrupt the process, which I believe is the company and it's I.T department to have the logistics on these things. But like I said before Zuhaila was awesome and deserves recognition

Worst experience from a marketing company ever. I was told automated text would go out daily to my customers so they could leave a review. During the first 17 days this only happened once. When I decided to cancel no one responded to my emails. Eventually I got a phone call and confirmed the cancellation. I thought it was cancelled but I am still being charged. Then 28 days later I get an email with a cancellation form. Completely unprofessional.

While I was hesitant to initiate a relationship with a new SEO Partner, I must say OMG National has come through with flying colors! My company is in the 3 pack and sales are up. My account manager Surin Edouar is knowledgeable, caring and always available to answer my questions and concerns. I highly recommend OMG for your Google Business Profile.

Sadly I had a horrible experience with this marketing company. I was scammed when I ended up spending thousands of dollars to market my small business. I was informed by a couple of people that they could see my business was not being handled the proper way, and they refused to refund me any of my money. Instead I was offered a free month of service. I'm my personal opinion this company could have offered 10k in credits and I would still refuse to ever be associated with them.

This has been one of the worst companies to work with and a lot of lost time and a lot of wasted money!! They did Absolutely nothing, I did not get one customer from the few months I was with them! Do not get the website it will take them 2 months and you have to pay $200 in maintenance and you don t get to keep it!! I am writhing this to save someone the money I lost

Update to OMG response: Your employee, Payton was the one who said OMG wants to wait to change our address on our google business profile until after they finished updating all our other pages and by waiting your company and employees allowed google to give our competitor access to our account and our reviews which are still on there and they are now working for the company who stole our page. None of this would have happened if you employee knew what she was doing! End of story.Don't waste your time, energy or money on this company. They will rip you off and promise you they can handle your business but bottom line they cannot. Another company took over our google profile business which they had control of and they could not get it back when they promised they could. We had to start a whole new business profile and lost all of our reviews which I am handling on my own with google. Their answer to any issue you have or question you ask them the answer will be let me ask when I go into my team meeting and then give you some sort of story to drag it on then tell you they have done everything they can and can't resolve the issue. To top it all off they are now helping the business who stole our original google business profile which have our reviews! We fired them and hope people read this review before signing up with they. They will also respond with some lame answer to this review! I assure you, you do not want to have these people help you because they can't, they will steal your money and give your business to someone else. We are very successful and extremely busy now that we are doing this on our own and not paying them almost $1000/month. Please STAY AWAY and save yourself the headaches and money!

we are working with OMG for 3 years I was assigned other agents that really didn't go so well for me, but when they assigned me to zuhaila Parra as our personal agent, everything was definitely different makes it worth every penny by keeping us informed, updating our website and keep in constant contact with our Google performance/status. We are very happy with her and her professional support from her. For me there is no other like her.

I can not tell you what a good job these guys have done for us. Just know that you are in good hands and they have no problem adjusting how much or how little they do for you (it's way more than I expected). My only regret is that I didn't start using them sooner! Hensley thank you a million times over!

had terrible experience very unprofessional changed my rep 3 times. made me a web site that looked terrible. everything there salesman told me i would get was a lie .only thing i got for $300 a month was a few google posts. after 4 months with them my google page was suspended took me 2 months to get it back up. also to cancel they make you pay the last month but they do not perform any services for that last month.To avoid retaliation i had to use an anonymous email because the fact is that in some occurrences when you leave someone a bad review they retaliate on your site with bad reviews so this is why i did not use my name.
