I wanted to share how incredible our experience was with Fort Lauderdale RV. We had some insurance work done there and couldn t have asked for a better experience. We communicated most with the front lady who understood the insurance process well and was good with communication. They were very accommodating to our scheduling needs as we live and work in our rig full time. We would recommend this place to a friend with confidence.

We took our Wolf Pup in thinking the worse about our slide out. Instead, it was fixed within a few weeks and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Fort Lauderdale RV to do work on your RV.

No communication, doesn't stand behind their work. Blisters all over brand new $15,000 roof install. Don't come here for RV repairs!

John and Stephanie went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of a Motor home. 2 trips from Michigan during the pandemic and they were very accommodating. Even meeting me on their day off. Honest in representing the motor home as well. Highly recommend.

Took my brand new rv to get fixed after it was hit and man did John and his crew do a great job! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Stef kept me informed with all the parts being delayed due to covid and I couldn't ask for better customer service! This will forever be my go to spot for my RV. Thank you again!

Do not bother calling, they cannot take you for MONTHS. This is the second time we have called for a repair and this one was an emergent window repair and no availability until January. All she stated was, "Yeah, we're really sorry".

We no longer have our RV, but we had one for 7 years, and would take it to no one except Bill Sands and his crew. We had it in for general maintenance, but we also had a few accidents, from dents to a major roof damage repair. All the work was professionally done. Bill also has a great relationship with insurance agents, our being Progressive. Now that we have stopped RVing, the RV is in the lot for sale. Take a look - it's great!

Do not ever trust these people. Even after knowing that I had been ripped off when I purchased a fifth wheel to live in with borrowed money from someone on craigslist, that I was unemployed, that I was losing my house and that my mother had just passed away, Bill Sands made me give him a deposit of $4,000 toward the repair of the slide out and wall and told me that if I didn't come up with that deposit I would have to have it towed back out that day. He advised me that the fifth wheel that I had just paid $7,500 for was probably worth $2,500 at the most, but since I would soon have nowhere to live I decided to go ahead with the repair. He cashed the check immediately, but then let the fifth wheel sit there to leak and rot for over 1 1/2 months, through all of the torrential rains without even checking on it, before even looking at it even knowing that the tow truck driver from the towing company that he had recommended, J&J Towing in Margate, had backed the fifth wheel into my carport and totally smashed the ladder breaking the seal with the roof. Both the tow truck driver, Alex from J&J and I told both Bill Sands and Frank that the tow truck driver had backed it into the carport on the day it was towed in. I even expressed my concern that it may have caused leakage, but in December he denied even knowing about it and then defended the towing company saying that couldn't have caused the leakage even after I had told him that there were no active leaks before the fifth wheel left my driveway. He then told me that the fifth wheel that I had just paid $7,500 for in September was now worth $0, that I should junk it and that I needed to get it out that day or the day after, knowing full well I had no way to move and nowhere to move it to and had the nerve to suggest I use the same towing company that had smashed it up to begin with...Then on top of everything, knowing that I didn't want to buy anything older than 2000, Bill Sands tried to get me to use my deposit to purchase a bank owned 1995 motor home, telling me that it was a 2001. When I found out the truth and I wouldn't buy it, he charged me $220 for his attempt at fixing the leak 1 1/2 months later and $100 per day for 4 days until I got someone to give me a small amount and pick up my now worthless fifth wheel, when in my opinion, they were the reason it was now worthless.And finally he didn't even send out the return of the balance of my deposit until January 7th. There is nothing I can do about any of this because I have no proof of what or how anything transpired, but you be the judge as to whether you want to trust people like this...

On 2 May 2016 I dropped off my RV to fix an intermittent refrigerator problem. They had worked on it previously. When I picked it up 4 days later they had not fixed the problem.I found that they had removed and broken the circuit breaker panel and not reinstalled it. They also removed the gas sensor and did not reinstall it.At the first gas stop after I picked up my RV (the same day) I discovered that the outside refrigerator panel had blown off. They refused to accept any responsibility even though they are the only ones to touch the panel.The refrigerator still does not work.

Office staff is completely disorganized. Cancelled an appointment on me, was told they d resched and call me back. Never did. Happened again when they said they d call next day. Never did.

I brought my RV in and it was fixed and returned in a timely manner. I don't know where else id take my vehicle since there's not alot of rv shops in the area. Strongly recommend!

We highly recommend fort lauderdale RV, I called them to look at my fathers RV because the air conditioning would not work, They took it in replaced the fan motor and told my dad it was warrantied, easy to work with such a nice, honest, upfront business.
