I want to thank Robert for the excellent, efficient, and reasonably priced service. I was about to give up on my vehicle and buy something new at a time I could truly not afford to do so. This is a boutique. The old miss behind the counter was more new jersey than wild west and she gave me the business in her fashion. I went home and replaced my ignition coils and plugs myself and saved more than a grand. Make sure you have an appointment before you open her door or be prepared to be treated like a special ed student. Save ur loot and do it urself.

Not the working man s car shop I thought it was. Suggested I bring car to Carmax for a trade in rather than help w/ rust issues. Waste of time.

My Daughter's car dies two weeks into school in FL and I am in another state and was unsure of any recommendations, her school has social media site for parents, they highly recommended Davie Garage! They were so accommodating and explained exactly how they would handle business prior to completing any work. They went above and beyond so she was able to have her car for the Holiday weekend! Super customer service! Did not try to sell me on anything that wasn't needed. Robert was very friendly and informative. I needed an oil change and my ac was not blowing cold. They charged and leak tested the ac Asked me if I wanted to replace the air & cabin filter and I did. I was the one who asked if I should have anything else done. Robert told me no, and that my car seemed to be in good shape. They have made me a lifetime customer. Friendly, trustworthy, efficient, and informative. Couldn't ask for more. I was on the road from SC when I had a problem with my steering and my AC stopped working. As an out of towner with a broken down car many shops would have probably taken advantage of the situation, but I got in right away, and received great service at a very fair price! They did a great job on the steering , and fixed the issues in my AC system that a home town shop messed up. The owner Robert explained exactly what he was doing and why, and completed the work quickly and effectively to get me back on the road ASAP. The whole staff couldn't have been friendlier! I drove 8 hours straight to get home, with the AC blasting and the steering handled like a new car. These guys are highly recommended!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

I highly recommend Davie Garage. Robert, his crew, and Cynthia were great to work with. Straight forward, honest, quality work, and more than fair could easily be their motto! I had multiple issues with CarShield and Robert and Cynthia were more than patient. Took my car for brake service after they "fixed" my brakes the car was still making noise. I took it back and had to pay AGAIN for them to check it out. The issue was never solved. I had to take the car to a different shop for them to tell me the parts installed were not for my car.

Incredible service from very kind and honest people. Unlike other places, they didn't try to sell me on repairs that I didn't ask for, or try to gouge me for money for the repairs that they did. They treated me like family and were very good at explaining things to me as I do not have much knowledge about cars. Highly recommend for Nova students!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My girlfriend has a hard time avoiding curbs and tearing up control arms, she literally broke a control arm which the thought in itself is mind blowing, however, Davie Garage was highly recommended and very close to my home.Gosh, they did an incredible job, the girlfriend was without a car for 2 days, and they were able to repair the car and have her back up and running (hopefully to never see any more curbs, I doubt it, lol). But in all seriousness, the girlfriend told me the car actually drives better now then before seeing Davie Garage.The mechanic, Robert T, you sir are A++ nice job on your part. The girlfriend and I, appreciate you greatly! Keep up the great work! And a special thank you to the lady (I believe her name is Cynthia), she was sooo nice!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Been with them for over 20 years or more the best in Davie can't be better than them kept my vehicles going day in and day out never had a problem just a wonderful people Bob and Cynthia it's just great being with them and having my car worked on

I've been going to the Davie Garage for at least 15 years and the service and work has always been excellent. From bringing them used cars I was thinking about buying for a pre-purchase inspection, to servicing and maintaining several cars I've owned over the years, Robert Tubach and his team have always provided excellent service at reasonable prices. They will always work to find ways to make the repairs at a cost savings to customers whether it means repairing a part rather than replacing it or replacing it with cost-effective alternatives to the typical "dealer" prices. A great repair shop with personal service that's among the last of its kind. It's a particular favorite among NSU staff and students for good reasons.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

I previously wrote a review giving low ratings on this garage, but immediately after I did, Robert gave me a call asking me how can he help me feel better about Davie's garage. And as a customer, what can I share with him, on getting a better experience and service. That alone, was more than enough to change my view. There is a reason why I researched what was the BEST garage in Davie, one that is honest and fair priced. There is a reason why Davie's garage has been here for 50+ years. With a customer service like that, there is no reason to go anywhere else. Truthful, family orientated and always feels like your car is getting treated like one of their own. I don't take my truck to just anyone, I make sure I take it where it gets treated and worked on correctly and honest.Thank you Robert, hope every shop owner learns to be as serviceable and as honorable as you are.

I have a been going to Davie Garage for the past year and a half and it has been a great experience every time. Robert and his professional and knowledgeable team have always been upfront and honest with me no matter the issue with my car. After I found Davie Garage, I do not take my car anywhere else. There is no one in the county that I trust with my car other than the amazing people at Davie Garage. I would recommend Davie Garage to anyone who lives in the South Florida area who wants a quality mechanic.

Had a great experience here. I was greeted the moment I walked in and received incredible service. I normally get my tune-up at another shop but since I live near by I decided to give it a try and am glad I did. They had my Equinox running like new and somehow had the AC blowing colder.

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in after noticing a coolant leak. Spoke with Robert. He asked for details of the problem and made an appt for me to leave the car so he could inspect it. The appt day I got a call back explaining the problem- bad water pump- and the recommended replacement. Impressively, Robert also detected other small issues that I was aware of but not too concerned with. I'll give Robert credit- he was not pushy at all and let me decide what repairs I was comfortable with. I feel very comfortable in the competency of Robert's work and appreciate his customer service skills... He listens.. My Jeep thanks you and so do I. I was directed here by a tech that I trust (Jon from Jon's Auto Air 600 NE 26th Ct, Pompano Beach, FL 33064). Had my AC taken care of at Jon's 2 years ago and you can still hang meat in my vehicle.- I needed someone nearby, fair and most of all trust worthy.Had my vehicle towed to Davie Garage.Before anything took place I was given a pretty good outline on how my particular issue was going to be attacked. Here's what got me... I was asked about the history of the vehicle, symptoms, etc., and Robert didn't say another word. He just listened. Once I was done he hit me with a bunch of questions about the vehicle and symptoms, in more detail.Long story short, a diagnostic was run on it and so many codes came back they stopped writing them down. He explained that one or two things could be throwing the entire system out of whack. He asked for another day. I gave the green light and the witch hunt commenced. They found the problem and all the damage along the way that caused all the codes to go off.Not only was everything explained to me in detail, I was shown. Ended up replacing one major component and two minor components. Actually one, I decided to change the second one since we were already there (my choice).She's up and running now 2 weeks. Back to normal minus the check engine light and the slue of codes. Man I hate that light.Davie Garage is also one of the most organized and cleanest shops I've ever seen.The entire staff are so easy to talk to and they're just happy to help.I really felt at home at Davie Garage.They've earned my trust, respect and business.Thank you Davie Garage & thank you Jon's Auto Air for pointing me in the right direction!!Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I recently had my 04 Dodge Ram break down on west I-595. I live in Pompano Beach and was on my way to finish a construction job in west Davie 25miles away from home. While stranded on the side of the road and waiting for the tow truck, I had called a buddy of mine to look up online the closest mechanic to where I broke down. There were a few options but I chose The Davie Garage from what he had found. I called them up and Cynthia politely answered and then handed me off to John. He seemed have a good idea just what had happened from what I explained to him over the phone. Once there I met with Robert and handed him my keys. The next day after a thorough investigation Robert called me back and told me the damage. No one wants to ever hear about an expensive auto repair but he gave me some options so I could save a few bucks. They were Quick, Honest, and There work is Top Notch! Got my Ram back as good as new and the cost of the job actually came out $80 less then what he quoted me. It is so hard to find an honest mechanic that does quality work and has reasonable prices these days. They only fix what needs to be fixed and not unnecessary BS like the other guys! The Davie Garage is my new place for my auto repairs! Thanks Again Guys!

Davie Garage is where I always take my car, my creaky (but not cranky) old Honda Accord. Robert, Cynthia, and the rest of the crew treat it with respect and keep it running happily. As I come up on 200,000 miles, she still purrs when I bring here here for work, oil changes, and checkups. The advice Robert has given me has never gone wrong, and their courtesy and intelligent conversation always makes me glad I came to them. I'm looking forward to celebrating 300,000 miles there someday.

Robert and his staff are EXCELLENT! I recently moved to the area and was recommended to Davie Garage. Robert and his staff patiently explained to me what my car needed, what was most urgent, and why it needed done. They did a through job, and I will be coming back! Also, Robert said he would talk to my dad if he had any questions as my dad always took care of my car care before I moved here. Thanks Robert and Davie Garage!

My wife's Ford Explorer broke Down on I 95 about ten days ago. We had never heard of this shop being from the Stuart area about 90 miles north. This place is a gem! Robert and his staff are caring, concerned, and have the utmost integrity and professionalism! The prices are fair and most importantly they are honest!Do not hesitate to do business with this company.

Robert is absolutely fantastic and I give my highest level of recommendation to anyone wanting an honest, compassionate, and economical master of mechanics. My car broke down a week ago and Robert made sure to inspect it as soon as I brought it in as it s my only means of transportation. Unfortunately for me, the head gasket blew and radiator unrepairable so I was looking at $2500-3000 worth of repairs and replacements for a 2002 Camry. Robert told me bottom line that it would be advantageous to salvage it and use the money towards a new-to-me used car. He went above and beyond and looked up the price point with my Title information so I knew what I would receive. Robert didn t charge me anything for the inspection and superior level of customer service. There are few locally owned and loved businesses that operate the way it s supposed to be and Davie Garage is #1 on my list. They even offer free car inspections for new car purchases! I will use Davie Garage for all my vehicles and give a 5/5!

Our car alternator went out and it was a very difficult replacement position . Called and they got us back on the road the same day! $200 less than what other garages quoted!!! Everyone was friendly and no upsell attempts were made. Highly recommend!!!!

Davie Garage, by far, is THE BEST auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. They are beyond fair and honest to a fault. This is the only garage I have ever dealt with that has not tried to over-sell me on a repair. They go out of their way to make certain the repair is done in the most cost effective fashion possible.Last summer my son's truck was overheating and I took it to Davie. The repair was going to be expensive- the truck wasn't really worth it. The Davie people refused to accept payment for the diagnostic work they had done, recognizing that I was faced with the unexpected expense for buying a college student a (another!) car. Class act.
