We had this storage unit for several years for our Girl Scout service unit. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The unit was sufficient for what we needed it for. It was conveniently located, easy to use and payment was automatic.

I just rented a storage unit today and Denise made it a very easy and pleasant experience. She was friendly, helpful and professional. All in all I m very happy with my choice of storage facilities.

Real good storage place. Is cleaned and well maintained. I have two units there. The management is very friendly and always around. Strongly recommend !!!

I've had a unit here for the past 2 years, but fell onto hard times - was even close to loosing the unit all together. Denise, the amazing manager of this location, made sure I had all the information I needed to feel safe and at ease. Not a great feeling to know your close to loosing precious family heirlooms and other valuables.Thank You Denise for being an amazing purveyor of this location. You really helped me through a very difficult time. I cannot say Thank You enough. 5 Stars My Lady!!!

Despite the attention from office manager is good, the problem is the access to the site. It doesn't work properly. Not even the app. During last 4 days has been impossible to use the access code. I'm frustrated having a full loaded truck charging by hour and not been able to download the stuff. Lost of time and money... Any solution? Any other option available?

For the 3 months everything was fine, then I get a notice of a rate increase. I understand that sometimes storage place need to update their rates but I thought as a new customer I'd have a year. Oh well, I guess a rate increase of like $10 a month is fine, but it wasn't $10 a month. They raised my rate by $52 a MONTH!!! Guess they figured I wasn't going to go through the hassle of moving everything out, LOL!!! So if you're looking to be completely ripped off and taken advantage of then this is the place for you.

I ve had my belongings in storage for couple years now I had somebody moving my stuff out when they were moving it out for me to move out of town. There was rats everywhere they eat through my furniture in boxes. Very disappointing.

I wasn t happy with the rate increase and had issues with rodent droppings and a terrible stench inside the building. One of my garments was destroyed with bite marks as well. After I informed the employees, I was just handed a form to make a claim. I do not recommend.

Great service by Denise. They also had the best price around Davie area. They have lots of storage carts available and you can also rent their truck for a couple of hours a day.

Very conveniently located next to the highway. Friendly and helpful staff. Gus always greets us with a smile and takes care of whatever we need. Clean units and safe property.

Really needed a storage unit last minute. Cube smart offered the best prices and it was very easy. The next morning I got a call from Denise and she helped me get all setup. No stress or hassle. She was very helpful.

Denise has such a great, warm personality and made us feel very welcome. She also put up some small holiday decorations which made the office festive. I spoke with Gus today and he, too, was very nice. Great employees!!

My daughter and I have been using CubeSmart for years. Gus has always been very patient and very helpful. I will not go anywhere. I have a suggestion. I think the AC NEEDS TO BE COOLER. I will appreciate that. Thank you.

Came here to rent a space and spoke to Gus and Denise. They re both great, informative and kind. I was able to reserve their truck for my moving needs and had no problem going thru them. Thanks so much guys!

Denise from this location is always extremely helpful and professional. She helped make our move smooth and seamless. The facility is clean, easily accessible and has reasonable rates. We've rented a storage unit here for many years and have been very happy with the staff and facility.

Gus and Denise at the Davie Florida location made the rental experience pleasurable. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable as I had several questions that they took the time to answer thoroughly. I was not rushed even though it was almost closing time. Love the security cameras on the property.

I had the most amazing experience at this location! Gus and Denise where able to accommodate me with a unit and a moving truck at the last minute. They were beyond professional and their customer service was not exceptional but much appreciated. I ll be sure to recommend this location to anyone that I come across that is in need of a storage unit!Thanks again for everything!

Great Customer service, very well organized as well as respectful of the needs of a customer. Daniel, Gus and Denise all entail what it takes to continue to be a great staff and provide impeccable client services. They made the process understandable and easy for me and were patient in helping me find the perfect unit for me. I will definitely be be looking into another unit there.

Loved my experience here. Daniel, Denise and Gus are all tremendously helpful and pleasant. They all worked well together to make sure my time at their facility was amazing. Gus makes great Cuban coffee too!!

The facility is clean and well managed. The units are all walk in and pretty clean, I was impressed, I also did some competition research and Public Storage charged more for the same unit I got (5x5x8'). First month free is true, no switch and bait here. Staff was so helpful and courteous. Best facility I've visited. I am a new customer and I'm very happy with the customer service here. Highly recommended this facility.
