I just want to say how amazing and great Crash Champions Davie is. First and most important is their employees, especially Diego and Bianca. They were very friendly and helpful and just amazed with their customer service. And how quick they fixed my car. They did it all less than 30 mins. Thank you Crash Champion, Bianca and Diego

I took my 2021 Hyundai Palisade for body repairs and I got to tell you the service was excellent and the staff made me feel right at home. I would recommend their services to anyone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

(UPDATE: 5/20/23: I finally got my rims fully painted. I don t care for the look. The paint looked good, but chipped off when new tires was place on. I can see the polished aluminum underneath. That means they didn t properly scuff the rims before painting. I m not going back to fight with Mike. He doesn t care at all.)After someone hit my truck. Their insurance helped me to pick this place out of many. Crash Champions aren t champions at all. I dealt with Mike (last name to come in an update). He side that they will take care of my truck. Well, the one star they earned. I wasn t kept in the loop, they use a vendor to fix my scratch rims. Their fix was to patch the scratch and just paint those spots. There was paint on my side step as well. I have polished rims (OEM) and the paint they used was silver. Never advised me that they can t restore them back to factory . Their fix , patch and paint all the wheels to match. However, they did the same poor work on all 4 rims. I asked for replacement rims. Mike said, I m not spending $1,500 just because you want new rims . I had to remind him that I never wanted that idiot to hit my truck and have to be in a repair shop that does poor work. On a positive note, their body work was good, but I wish they would ve removed the overspray that s on my hood and on passenger side of the windshield. So they don t inspect your vehicle before they call you to pick it up (that was don t twice to me). Photos to come.

Geico approved Collision & Repair Shop at the time of this post. Let me start off by saying the staff Matthew (Collision Expert) & John at the desk are super professional as well as thorough and their customer service is off the charts!!! My car was in and out within a few days of it's arrival and it came out perfect. Need your vehicle brung back to OEM standards look no further then this place.

Had the rear door replaced. BMW x4 the turn around was supposed to be 10 days but the job wasn t completed due to bad paint job, door lock malfunction.This job took over a month from October till December. Finally I received the car but once again had to leave it because the rear camera wasn t connected and the rear brake light was full of water acquired during the repair. This shop is a nightmare even my rental coverage was exhausted. Crash Champions no Quality control service. Choose another see reviews. If I could no would be given.

Dropped off my car for front end damage was referred by Gieco, now what a nightmare this is been let me explain-I dropped the car off and was given an estimate on time for repair was told 2 weeks-Did not receive a single call from the within those 2 weeks-was given the run around an delt with a very rude guy in the phone arguing with me giving me excuses left and right about the repairs-car ended up being done in 6 weeks! Far from the 2 weeks quote- at the end the car needed to get aligned from another shop and I am told to call them and ask rather then then doing that, very unprofessional-picked up my car after 6 weeksWith overspray in my car front headlights did not work properlyFenders are bowed out and not aligned properly hood is obviously crooked and not put on correctly the bumper is also bowing out on both ends, the gaps are all off on this repair also my tire was completely flat but I digress I took the car and left was told to bring back for warranty workThe real question is how do you allow a client to take there car back in this condition without even looking at it or giving a detail on the car, was dirt all in my cabin of my car from the workers and they didn t even take the time to whipe the seats or floor mats that where covered in dust from the shop very very unprofessional establishment his excuse was I was rushing the car out brother my car was there for over a month in the first time aroundCame back with the car a few weeks later and was told I cannot leave it as the owner or manager was not in and on vacation so I wait another weekFinally drop the car off and am told about a week this will be quick and easy to fix. I call 9 days later the car is not ready and they are waiting on light will be ready Thursday, call Thursday and the headlights have not come in yet at this point it s been 2 more weeks without my car putting this repair at 2 months in time total.If you have Gieco DO NOT OPT TO USE CRASH CHAMPIONS same your time and energy and go elsewhere

Part 1: There is room for improvement with this review as my car is still at their shop. This review has little to do with their work and more to do with communication.I like technology and would usually appreciate the system they have in place where, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they send updates on the status of repairs. It seemed great at first, but in actual practice, the system is severely flawed, and I might unsubscribe from the updates if they don't fix it after yesterday's debacle.Thursday 10/26 9:05 AM: "... the repair on your Kia is underway. Your vehicle is on track to be completed on 10/31. Crash Champions."Monday 10/30 9:05 AM: "Update: Hi, we are nearing completion. If we encounter any delays, we'll call you. Crash Champions."Tuesday 10/31 12:30 PM - To be fair, the young lady at the front desk says she sent me text messages (presumably through the system) that I didn't receive. Did they go to the wrong number? She says the messages were to inform me that my vehicle would be at least another ten days.I call at 1:08 PM because if my vehicle will be ready, I need to make a plan to go get it, and as far as I know, at this point, it will be ready. I get the news that it won't, but I had to call to get it."What is this automated update system for?," I wonder.No big deal. I expected that it would take longer than initially estimated. But wait!Tuesday 10/31 5:05 PM: "Update: Your Kia is all fixed and ready to come home! We will call you soon, if we haven't already, to arrange pick up. Crash Champions."Strange. Obviously, the automated system is not connected to the reality of the status of my vehicle.Tuesday 10/31 5:10 PM: "Update: confirming that you picked up your vehicle today. We enjoyed working with you. Crash Champions."Is my vehicle stolen? Who knows. Nobody answers the phones over there, and the system "Press 2 for a list of names and extensions" responds "Not a valid option" or something to that effect, no matter the number pressed.Infuriating.Wednesday, 11/1, just after 9:00 AM, I arrived at Crash Champions in Davie and asked for visual proof that my vehicle was there. The young lady at the desk assures me that she called and left two messages for me (and I believe her), but when she indicates the number she called, it is not mine. She was a little too quick to make excuses for why all of these errors occurred, indicating that this was not an isolated incident.None of this really matters if the repairs to the vehicle are done correctly and completely in the long run.To Crash Champions, I offer this: If your communication technology is this bad, then you should stop using it until you sort it out and call people or text them manually. Not only was it frustrating, but I thought that someone other than me picked up my vehicle. You added to the stress of an already stressful situation.I handle this better than a lot of people would. To anyone else, stay away. And since Crash Champions has multiple locations, I assume they all use this same system.I do not recommend Crash Champions.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Couldn t be happier with the process and outcome. Diego made every step of the way extremely easy in times of stress and was extremely patient with us and answered all our question and dealt with almost all of the insurance claim. Easy as can be and car looks as new.Thank you

I would have been a returning customer, and actually to repair something that they had already repaired in the past, and NOT fully completed the job that my insurance fully paid for. Their estimate was ridiculous and I was paying out of pocket. Not what you consider good customer service.

I left my car for repairs. They told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. I never received a call or message from anyone to get an update. Called several times to finally learn it would not be ready on the date we had agreed. Called again the following week and I was told it would be ready on Wednesday. Called on Wednesday and they told me it was not ready. Another week has passed, and I still don't know when I will get my car back. The customer service in this shop is the worst I have ever experienced. There is no accountability nor any professionalism. Finally, after 4 weeks, two weeks later than expected, I got my car back. They told me to pick it up at 1pm and was ready at 2pm. I will never use them again.Finally, the hood latch mechanism does not work properly. It is bent and loose. I will have it repaired somewhere else.Service: Painting

I got into a small crash over a month ago and I ve had my car at this body shop for about two weeks. I called them last Thursday when they said it would be ready within the next two days but a week later I still have not gotten my car back. They have not called to tell me about any updates and I have had to call them every single time just to find out that the date has been pushed back. I totally understand that malfunctions happen, but the fact that I was never communicated with is very irritating. if you want a reliable company with good communication to fix your car, then DON T come here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I am tired of waiting for these clowns. In mid January I had an estimate done to repair my car. On February 6th I called to move forward with the repair work. A month later after multiple calls I found out the parts were never ordered. I am still waiting for just one phone call to let me know what's going on. If you like your auto body repair shops to be incompetent and never return your phone calls then this is the place for you... still waiting for a phone call that never comes.

I was recommended to this business by GEICO & very disappointed with the service! March/April 2022 I brought my car in to get my bumper fixed. Unfortunately 1 part was missing. They told me it was on back order and that they would call me when it arrives.After 6, 8, 10 months, now almost a year later nobody has called with an update or has returned my call or checked on the status. I did have 1 person tell me the part was there so I stopped by only to have Matt the GM tell me that it wasn t. Matt said he was going to look into it & he d follow up with me, Matt ..I'm still waiting for a call back & the part.Conclusion: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS COLLISION CENTER.Service: Body & Trim

This place on my insurance companies list of shops to use. The employees are friendly and cordial. I brought my car in on a Tuesday and they said it would be done it a week. To my surprise I was called on a Friday to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. The work done was perfect and the car looked great. I really have nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend this body shop to friends and family. The employees are friendly and professional and the work done was excellent!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

after seeing the recent poor reviews, I was skeptical but still decided to give them a try since they were so close by. I was a victim of a hit and run, and unable to use my insurance either. So, when they quoted me with a very reasonable estimate I was very happily surprised. Thankfully, they had availability for me to bring it in the same day, and returned it to me fixed later on the next day! Very happy to have found them and with the services provided. Definitely give them a chance, I will absolutely return if I ever need them again or recommend to others.Service: Body & Trim

DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible in communication, customer service, and will argue with you. I ve been here 2 times and people are always in confrontation with the front desk. Save your time and go somewhere else

The repairs from a simple body work was OK. Had to come back for a couple of issues. Scheduling and communication need to improve. I paid to order the parts up front, so that my car doesn't have to sit in the lot for a long time. It still took a week to repair a few bumper items and light. I was told that they discovered more after they started. Fine, but I still can't believe it should have taken a week to do, and then I had to return for a couple of issues. For communication, I did all of the calling and follow ups. No one ever called me about the status of my car or when it would be ready. I made the calls, and then I had to call again even when it was promised that someone would call me. The people at the shop were nice in interacting with me. However, I rated a 3 star because of the reasons above.Service: Body & Trim

I was referred by Geico to this business. They're very professional and kept me posted about the progress on my vehicle. The fact that they called me 30 minutes before they close to pick up my car, was funny! I liked that the repairs have a lifetime warranty.I would definitely recommend this place based on my experience!!

A tree fell on my car and I needed to file a claim through Geico. I chose Signature Collision Center Davie and I couldn't be happier that I did. These gentlemen are fantastic. Super professional and excellent work. They made the process very easy. Nothing like other auto body shops. Easy authorization available online to begin work. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Took my car here for some minor repairs(mostly my front bumper) only for my whole car to be torn apart on the inside. Looks like somebody was searching through my stuff for something to steal. I'm just glad I didn't leave anything too pricey in my car when I brought it in. They could have at least put back all of my stuff that they searched through but they left my partially opened belongings all over my trunk and back seat.Overall, the repairs were alright if you can ignore them going through your personal belongings but I definitely would not go here if you aren't going through insurance. The bill they sent had nearly $4k in repairs for a front bumper and undercarriage that I had gotten appraised at another shop for around $1500. Nobody was even there to help out when I came to pick it up and they had me waiting in the lobby for several minutes while I could hear them chatting up a storm in the back. Find somewhere else to bring your car because this place can't be trusted!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Yes they saved my vehicle. I ll admit that and yes they fixed my car. But I could ve gotten way more work done for a way lesser price for what they charged my insurance. If your a logical person like I am. Don t send your vehicle there. They had my car there for over 3 weeks when they told me it supposed to be there for 1 week. No special favors from these people they don t even work with you. They even told me my car had warranty for the paint. I called a year later to see if they ll honor the warranty and that is a lie. Matter fact they were talking real sketchy they didn t tell me that the warranty has stipulations behind it nor does it say that in the contract to me warranty is warranty you supposed to honor it. Lesson learned always talk to your local bodyshop to see what they can do to work with your insurance and the adjuster if your car is repairable.Service: Body & Trim

They're nice people but it took them 3 weeks to repair my car's bumper cover. Apparently they couldn't get the part delivered. The part was available but they couldn't get it.

I will give them 3.5 . I had a minor accident and I was referred by GEIGO. The work that was done on the spot that was damaged was nice but not excellent. I don't give them 5 stars because the accessories that they need to remove to fix the damaged were not properly removed and now it has scratches and stains also some places in the car included the steering wheel were stained with a kind of white glue. They left yellow cover tape in the gas lid and a big foam thing in the trunk.The costumer service was good.

My mom was sent here by Geico and it was a horrible experience. They had the car for almost a month and did not communicate with us not one time. Only a text message to complete a survey and the car wasn t even done yet! Car still is not complete and we are supposed to receive a call when the part comes in but I highly doubt that since we never received any communication from them to begin with. I also attempted to contact them and no one answers the phone.

I would highly recommend Signal Collision for all auto repairs. They are truly superb! The Staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and friendly. I was in a car accident and they made the experience much less stressful. The repairs were awesome and the car looks brand new!! Your are in great hands with the entire Team!!!
