Rus & Lily at Car Geeks were amazing to work with. It was a very smooth experience and they communicated on every step of the process. My car was pick up and delivered to my house. They offered me a free rental while my car was being repaired, although I did not use this service from them. My car looks great!! Looks like the first day I brought it. I recommend I you have a Tesla that needs body repair, reach out to Car Geeks.

Wow where can I start. This is the best customer service I ve ever received from a shop that I brought this car, and my prior cars to. LILLY is the best when it came to customer service and communication. They hook my up and these people are a certified Tesla shop so all the parts are from factory and the work is done precisely.

It was great ! From the moment I called to finishing up my wrecked car that was done in less than a week. Everyone was professional and well organised. I cant complain about anything. It was all perfect! My Range Rover came out like new. Thank you and definitely will use again

They towed my Tesla in from GA and repaired it within 5 days. Did a great job , no charge for towing and helped me with my deductible. I dealt with Lily and she was amazing.

Rus and the team did an incredible job on my model Y after another shop did a horrible job Car Geeks was able to fix it and have it looking brand new again , I would never go anywhere else I m locked in for life and the price is fair

Car geeks is the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with for a spur of the moment fix. My car was hit and within the hour they were there to transport and take care of my vehicle without any problems. Car was handled with car and looks like new! These guys are great! Highly recommend

No need to look further this is the place to call! Especially if you have a Tesla! After an accident things can be hectic for Tesla owners trying to find the right shop. Stress no further this is the place! From the first call Rus brought clear direction and solutions to our problem starting with free towing over an hour away! He was by far the easiest and most honest shop I ve ever worked with. What a relief this place is in today s world! They are truly talented at what they do from start to finish!

I had my Tesla towed to Car Geeks from Tampa because my local facility was 30 days wait time. Rus & Alex are trustworthy and run a good business from repairs to communication. They towed my car back to me within 6 days and it arrived like new. Do not hesitate to do business with them even if distance is an issue. I didn t pay a dime for tow in or tow out. Thumbs up to this body shop.

This Place needs to be Report to a Better Business Bureau as one of the biggest Scam artists and also for been scamming the insurance company...For Some reason Unknown till today day I let them took my car to their body shop for a minor repair like a bumper lil damage cuz I got a lil cat hit my car and the Damaged for the repairs was $9876.45 haha what a Joke at this point the report of them having so many things including the head lamps replace for no reason long story short I ADVISE TO EVERYONE WHO READ THIS TO NOT FOR ANY REASON GO WITH THEM TO ANY REPAIR FOR LILTTLE THAT APPEARS THEY GONNA TAKE YOUR LIL BUMPER DAMAGE IN THE BIGGEST PROBLEM EVER.... DECEMBER WAS MY BUMPER DAMAGE FEOM THE CAT HIT AND TODAYS DAY APRIL 11 THEY HAVING MY CAR STILL CUZ THE INSURANCE DIDNT WANT TO PAY THAT 10 GRANDS SO YES THEY MAKE THE DAMAGE PICTURE LIKE GOZILLA IN PERSON DESTROYED IT.... ALSO I RECEIVED O SUNPASS STATEMENT THIS MONTH WITH ANOTHER CAR USING MY TAG in the highway.. SOMETHING LIKE A MOVIES I DONT KNOW HOW FAR IM GOING TO GO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AND ALSO TO LET THE POLICE STOP THIS MTF....IM GONNA WORK HARD FOR PUTTING THIS SCAMMERS DOWN I PROMISE....

Just picked up my 2021 Tesla Model 3 from Car Geeks. Absolutely phenomenal job. The car looks like brand new and I didn t have to wait for days and days to get my vehicle. They even gave me a free loaner to use while they took care of my car. The customer service experience was second to none.
