Chris was amazing! He is so friendly and knowledgeable. He's an asset to the company. He checked my car battery and it was bad. I purchased a new battery that I'm glad you had in stock. He installed my new battery in just a matter of minutes and then stayed with me to make sure that I was able to properly lock and unlock my car doors using my key fob. Thank you so much, Chris for being so sweet. God bless you sir!

Joel is the best! My car battery died and he came to the rescue. He also suggested to buy a charger so if I was on the go and this happened I can do a quick rescue! Best auto zone experience I ve had!

I went to get my 'check engine' light diagnosed. (Firestone wanted $175, BTW.) Kevin (Parts Manager) could NOT have been NICER! The weather was awful, but he was SO friendly and accommodating. What a LIFE SAVER he is! GIVE HIM A RAISE! Esp since he kindly refused my $10. The rest of the staff was very nice as well. :-D THANK YOU, KEVIN, you saved the day. :-D

We had a great experience at autozone. David let us borrow a wrench to take out a battery that ended up being bad. Then Joel helped us get a new one quickly and efficiently. All the staff were great!

The best costumer service ever! My headlight bulb broke down and I called ahead to check if they had the piece and could help me. I spoke with Martin over the phone, who was extremely nice and said that I could come over and he would take a look at the car. At the store, Roberto and Martin were absolutely polite and attentive. They both helped me changing the headlights and testing it. I definitely recommend the place and service, and will surely come back!

Friendly atmosphere when you walk in, you re greeted by the gentleman at the desks, I asked to have a reading on my car and Martin came to help me right away. Martin was very friendly. He tested the battery came in. Let me know the prices and warranties to change my battery and sent me on my way easy in and out experience with a stressful situation.

Best location and best manager David Scott! David found and replaced my windshield wipers all within 15 mins and even gave a discount on top of everything. Very friendly and fast service, 10/10!! Thank you again

The manager today was pretty condescending in the way he spoke to me. Maybe because I'm a woman, maybe he's just a jerk. I grew up in the garage with my dad, and know more about cars than most men, so the assumption that I didn't know what I was talking about was pretty irritating. More than 50% of the population is women though, so I'd reconsider your management team.

I went in because my car battery wasn t holding a charge and they were able to help me. I had to get my battery replaced and they were able to install it and were so happy and nice. Thank you Rashidi and Brianna for amazing service!!

During my visit, sales representative Kevin took the time to educate me on the process with my battery being changed. Kevin was very professional and detailed. I look forward to auto zone being a place I go to service my vehicles on a regular.

Martin, the store manager, was fantastic! I called ahead and he confirmed the store could replace my car s battery. When I arrived he handled everything extremely smoothly. He tested my battery, and a few other things to be sure it was my battery and not something else that was an issue. He helped me select the best battery for my car, and installed it immediately. The whole thing was incredibly smooth and he did the job timely.Would highly recommend this store, they have great management :)

David Scott is an excellent employee and very efficient with customers. I had a crash and the front rang and I couldn't go faster than 40 miles. I came to Autozone looking for glue or tape so that it wouldn't come off or cause any damage to another vehicle. and David came to the rescue and was able to solve me and hold the car's bonnet.Thank you David for your work and for being there for clients. you were my angel

My car battery failed after work, once it was already dark and Martin at Autozone in Davie was extremely helpful! As soon as I got there, we talked about warranty options, he confirmed that my battery was a goner, and he helped install it for me! VERY thankful for Martin!!

Excellent customer service! The store manager Martin Rodriguez is always so helpful and kind. Changed the battery in my car and even checked my tire pressure for me when I mentioned that my tires looked a bit low. Always a welcoming experience when I walk in the store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. If I can rate 10 stars I would!
