I would 1000000% recommend this tire kingdom location to anyone! I needed a new tire. I called to see if they had my tire in stock & to get a quote - Chris answered and gave me multiple options, but never made me feel like I had to choose a certain one. When I arrived at a great time and, they were able to pull me into the bay pretty quickly. The team in the garage were quick, friendly, and courteous of my vehicle and my tire change!My tire was competitively priced for those around the area, and I just felt more comfortable at this location because the staff (Chris & Griselle ) was incredible.The waiting area was clean and smelled really good. Currently it s decorated for Halloween, so that s cute :)There s a complimentary coffee bar for while you wait and clean restrooms.

Stopped In late on a Friday afternoon, about 3:30 PM. I had a nail in my tire and was leaving for the beach next morning. Walked in & Jesus at the desk approached me and said no problem we can look at it now. WOW!Impressive! To my dismay, Ross the tech found tire was not patchable. At my request Ross took off my flat and put on my spare tire to go to my dealership due to warranty. When I asked how much, Jesus said no charge. WOW again! I gave Russ a tip as Jesus declined because he said Russ did all the work. What wonderful employees you have!The customer wins! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Tire Kingdom. A company who Cares!

Huge thanks to Tire Kingdom, on Lake Wilson Rd, Davenport! We popped a tire on I4 and had to get to my nieces Christmas Concert in a hurry!! We rolled in and asked for help! We were quickly greeted with friendly staff & was told they would do their best to get us out quickly! Twenty minutes later we were rolling out!! Thank you for helping us get back on the road! We will forever be a Tire Kingdom customer!

Thank you to Kenny who helped replace my flat tire early Saturday morning so I could get back in the road and make it to see my daughter s volleyball game. Excellent customer service. Kenny is the type of employee you would want working for your company. He is a great asset.Thank you so much.John

Kenneth and Gabe were a huge help today for me and my sister. They are a quick and friendly staff and have always been able to help when needed. I would recommend this place to anyone. Kenneth is very professional and friendly and seems to genuinely care about his customers. 10/10 place and even better staff.

Jesus and Ken are awesome! I came into the shop an hour before close with a huge screw in my tire and they were able to take care of it without blinking an eye! Awesome service and awesome guys!

Great and speedy service! Came here with my roommate who needed her tire replaced and when I casually mentioned my tire light was on, they offered to put air in my tires for free! Keith was so kind when he filled my tires.

I was told on the phone for a tire the rate was $168 out the door. I needed to give a $25 deposit which would be deducted. However, the price I was quoted supposedly was from the call center which was incorrect and almost $30 higher. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and it didn't take long to get the tire fixed period hopefully I won't have to go through this again!!!

Had to get my tire patched today. I had plugged it before but it was still leaking air... UGH Made an appointment & was out in less than an hour. Couldn't have asked for anything easier. Kenneth was very professional & kept me posted through the work. Highly recommend & will be back.

Booked an appointment at 8:00am for a tire replacement. Friendly customer service and good price for a moderate tire. Took about 40 minutes to get everything done. They also put my spare tire and tools back in their compartment; I appreciate gestures like that. A+ experience for me.

I came in for an issue with my tire and the service I received was great! Everyone was super helpful and Griselle went above and beyond. She called me with updates and made sure I was aware of how long it would take. She was friendly and kind! I will definitely be going back there in the future!

Arrived here and this place is absolutely amazing the guys is SUPERRR ATTENTION with my problem ( Eric). Cause i have a screw in my tire and im a woman . I'm a woman and I had absolutely no idea what to do. So providing good service at these times is really all we need. At all times the attendant came to tell me what step we were in, so women, if you need help like me, feel free to come to this place!!!! SUPER INDICO

Booked Appointment online for 10 am to replace 3 tires. Told I was next in line. 3.5 hours later and counting- my truck is still sitting on the lift with no tires on. looking like they haven't even been mounted.

This location and the people that work here are amazing. I came in late in the evening to have my tires looked at, I was expecting it to take a while since I came in so late but they were done within about an hour. They worked with me to make sure I had the repairs that I needed done at a price I could afford. I am beyond grateful for their kindness and for working with me, and for completing the repairs so quickly. I cannot recommend this location enough

Great service fast courteous. I will always get my vehicles serviced here! I couldn t find my style tire anywhere but, tire Kingdom had it in stock. They had me back on the road in no time to catch my flight! Thank you very much I appreciate you!!!!

Went to get a screw removed and patched. The worker told us we should just try to remove it ourselves because it may not have gone through the tire. He did not want our business and repeatedly told us we would wait all day if we stayed to have it repaired. Poor customer service and will not get business that way. Our business did not stay with tire kingdom and we went elsewhere.

Had a punctured tire. They were able to get my vehicle in the next day and quickly fixed once it was in the shop. One of the only shops near me who work on teslas routinely as well.

I stopped by while running errands to get the shroud under my engine reattached because it had fallen when I hit a bump in the road. Chris was able to take the car right in and assess the problem. They had the fix done within 20 minutes and they even added air to my tires which were running low. I m very pleased with the service I received today.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had getting my tire fixed! Would give 10 stars if I could. I was traveling between Orlando and Tampa and my tire pressure light came on. It was quickly losing air so I got off I4 and made my way to the Tire Kingdom in Davenport. They were super busy but worked me in. Tire fixed and I was out the door and back on the highway within 40 minutes! I actually hugged the service guy because he was so kind. Definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience - they saved our trip. We had a blown tire- and they got us back on the road quickly. They were incredibly honest with us and didn t do unnecessary repairs. We really appreciate the hard and efficient work they did for us today.

Well let me start by saying 100% satisfied I came in 30 minutes before close because I stop for gas saw 1 tire needed to be changed. Gee the AM was outstanding and GM was great as well making sure I was taken care of. It doesn t end there once my car was in the air the safety check started. Gee came and showed me tire 2 and gave the recommendation. She stated to me it s my job to make sure you have safe travels . Now that s what s up! It wasn t about a sale. And the tire had my car riding even better.Thanks to the team

We were passing through and I needed to get my tire checked, at this tire kingdom location. They were excellent with customer service and time efficient.A guy Ryan helped us with our tire problem and got back on the road in no time. 10/10 recommend Tire Kingdom Davenport.

Griselle s customer service is unmatched compared to anyone else. Very sweet and knowledgeable. I needed my tires replaced for work and she went above and beyond to make sure they ordered my new tires and placed them on my car the same day. Go to this Tire Kingdom, you won t be disappointed.
