Reunion Care Car is my go too always. John, Carmen and the rest of the crew are amazing. I have been taking my vehicles here for over 4 years now and they are the most reliable,straightforward, and reasonable mechanics I ve ever encountered. Very seldom can you find Honest mechanics and I must say Reunion Car care have been very helpful and honest.

Do not take your car here. The lady on the desk is a rude New Yorker who is impossible to communicate with. They take forever to fix things and do not tell you any problems that arise until you decide to call them . I paid $2,500 and got 4 new tires and engine work done . Tires have since deflated due to them damaging the beading and now the engine is burning oil. I tried to open the bonnet myself and the mechanism is broken. When I called she said she knew about that but of course why would you tell a customer ..then she says oh we don t like to work on mini coopers .why did they not just tell me that in the first place instead of taking my money worst ever experience with an auto shop . When I picked the car up it showed issues on the computer and they had to take it back to work on it again .. beware . Spend your money elsewhere.

Last year my daughter had an AC issue. She took it here, they replaced a valve, and added coolant. Things were great. Then a few weeks ago the AC went out again. She called, asking if there was any warranty on the service and was told no. The lady on the phone asked why we didn't bring it back 3 days after the prior service because they put leak detection dye in. We were never told about said thing.So we brought it back, they added coolant, they added leak detection dye, and they charged the same amount as the first service despite this clearly being their mistake. After three days, brought it in, and they couldn't find the leak. Over $300 spent and zero fixes genuinely applied.

Good honest people. This is the only place I trust with my car! Yesterday I brought in my car because the Check Engine Light turned on. It turned off a few days later but to be safe I brought it in anyway. They found that my dirty air filter had triggered the light, and cleaned the air filter for me. When I asked how much it would be, they said have a good day and wouldn t let me pay. My husband has been going to them for years. We moved recently and will not go to any other car place near us. We will always make a drive down to Reunion Car Care.

These guys were well priced and quick. They sourced the part and did work on my rusty vehicle that other shops turned away. They were also patient with me when I couldn t come get my car right away.

The place was very warm and welcoming. All of my concerns and questions were answered thoroughly and professionally. I understood the needs and maintenance issues of my car. The prices were so reasonable compared to corporate garages.

Would highly recommend this place. Carmen and John are the most honest and helpful people. I took my car in for something that they were not able to fix but Carmen went above and beyond to try to help me with pricing for what I would be looking at at other places. When I picked up my car this morning John did his absolute best to explain to me what exactly was wrong with my car. I am so appreciative of this because so many places, would have ripped me off or given me false hope that they could fix it. Definite 5 stars.

After 2 estimates, both totaling around $1100.00 each; I asked a person who's car I dented to get one more estimate. I choose Reunion Care Care and asked the gentleman to take it for one more estimate.Although I was educated on the different methods for doing the repair; Reunion was the ONLY one that choose the least costly way to do the repair correctly.The first two estimates were costly because they choose to remove items and replace items that were unnecessary to replace or remove but added more profit to their bottom line. Things like removing and replacing the bumper as well as replacing the whole headlamp which costs almost $500.00 by itself!...I've attached a pic of the damage and a redacted copy of the first estimate for reference.Reunion choose a method that had already been mentioned to me from a friend who was retired from the Auto Body business.Reunion doesn't know either myself or the gentleman I referred to them, so it is my strong belief that the honesty I experienced when I received their estimate of $400.00 to perform the repair is a common business practice in their daily routine with all of their present and future customers!

SINCE I retired in Florida, this people have been taking care of my Prius and My Honda. Excellent service! Super quality maintenance and repairs. Definitely better than Miracle Toyota dealer. I buy parts and they professionally install. Best mechanics are those you trust. And I do trust them at Reunion.

My family was on a long trip through the Orlando area and hit something on the road. Our tire began to rattle. When we called Reunion they saw to us immediately and with such kindness! They let my four young children sit in the A/C and worked on our car right away. We were back on the road in under and hour. Our heros! Thank you so much!

Incredible service. We just moved to FL and needed a go to place for our vehicle (oil change, tune ups, tires etc) Based on the online reviews I gave it a try and could not be happier. Have already referred to others that have recently moved here. Fast, friendly and great value. I guess that is why they have been in biz for 40 yrs. Thumbs up!

This shop helped me out when I was in a tough spot. They seemed to be honest and very knowledgeable. They did really good work... AC was blowing like a brand new truck! The only reason I didn't rate them 5-stars is because I had to wait a week to get my appointment and they are a little expensive.

We were out of town and our car broke down. Saw good reviews for Reunion Car Repair and had our car towed there. They replaced the alternator the same day, which was the day before Thanksgiving !! They were so helpful, professional and the cost was very reasonable ! So grateful for their wonderful service ! 100% recommend this business !

Saw the high ratings, near my new place. They didn't disappoint! Recommended headlights on Amazon squeezed me in to install them fast very fair pricing won't go elsewhere for anything again!

We were visiting from Michigan when our vehicle malfunctioned. We had our vehicle towed to Reunion Car Care. We were nervous about being ripped off since we re from out of town. They got our vehicle in as soon as they opened. They diagnosed and fixed the problem by the end of their work day. They charged a fair price that gave us faith in humanity! They offer a Veteran and other civil service discount. We chose them for their respect of those who serve. We are so grateful to them for making us a priority. We feel valued and respected! We HIGHLY recommend them!!

Very experienced workers, always have my car back in a timely manner, and I can always rely on John (owner) and Carmen (supervisor) to be completely honest about my situation, they havev NEVER tried to over charge me or over price a quote. I very highly recommend this company.

I brought my car in for body work around 11 am Monday morning. Both drivers side doors and the mirror were damaged. The shop was busy and obviously the other cars had priority over mine (First in-first out). Wednesday morning I get a call to come pick up my car. WHAT???? Doesn't it take longer than that for paint to dry? WOW I'm still shaking my head. My car is perfect They said they worked on it non-stop from the time it came in until it was done. I am SO impressed Quality workmanship in record breaking time. These folks are friendly, easy to work with and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REUNION CAR CARE to any and all who need expert craftsmanship.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is my favorite auto shop in the area. If you need reliable, friendly, and honest care for your vehicle, come here. I came here to get my vehicle inspected and checked after airport parking hit my car and fixed it for me. After multiple visits, they continued to work with me, make sure my vehicle was up to standard, and was honest with me about their opinion on the quality of the work the airport body shop did. Helped me notice a lot of issues I hadn't before. Great and honest shop. Honesty is a huge deal when it comes to auto shops so trust me and try them out!!

I heard an unusual sound and and took it in to be checked and unlike most mechanics that would try and take advantage of you they did not. They stopped what they were doing to check my vehicle and even went on a drive with me to see if they could hear anything. At this time nothing could be found but it was the most comfortable experience I have ever had with a mechanic. They were extremely professional and helpful and I highly recommend them.

I am very impressed with Reunion Car Care. Yesterday, I brought in my car for an issue that it has had for some time. In around twenty minutes, the problem was fixed and I was on my way. Friendly, professional and down to earth. They let us bring our car in the same day and gave us an honest and fair estimate for repairs. Even though we did not end up having the car repaired here because we ended getting a new vehicle, I would recommend their repair shop to anyone!

I had a very pleasant experience. The service was outstanding and the price is great. The staff is courteous and friendly. The lady is very lovely and courteous.. and of course me and my daughter enjoyed Cash company..He is the Star in there <3 Will definitely will be loyal costumer me and my husband!

This place was incredible. The people there (John was our mechanic) put people first, care deeply, and quickly sacrifice their time to help others. We did not have an appointment on a Saturday with an emergency AC situation, and they took 30 minutes out of their morning to help us. Very grateful. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Unbeatable customer service. We drove from Boston, ma for vacation our suv started to randomly have a temp gauge issue. They were able to see me the morning I called, diagnosed the issue and repaired my car the same day! Quality work, friendly techs! If I lived here they would definitely be my go to service shop!! Thank you for getting us back up and running for a worry free rest of our vacation!!!

I am disappointed in this service because I heard so many great things about RCC. I emailed a day in advance regarding coming in to service my car for a screw in my tire and was told to call a little in advance and they would squeeze me in. So I did what they asked, and when I got there, I was greeted outside by a woman and she informed me I read the email incorrectly and they didn t have a lift available to service my car but would look at it to see if they could do it without one. After looking quickly, she informed me that the screw was in a bad place and my tire had to be replaced. She said it would be illegal for them to patch it and I should go somewhere else to get a new tire. She was very rude and just sent me on my way. I went to discount tire in Kissimmee to get a second opinion and they took out the screw and patched it free of charge. I m not sure what the issue was but I felt very unwelcomed here. I would not recommend this place.

Needed brake work on a Saturday afternoon. Techs here was very nice and got me back on the road. My rims were stuck on (northern vehicle) but they got them apart and put some anti-seize on every bolt. Prices fair and they speak English and Spanish.

My family is from out of town and our car broke down near by. We called the company late in the day and they agreed to stay open to help us out. They stayed far later than expected due to issues with towing and helped us out at a reasonable cost. Great experience, thanks!
