Called to set up an appointment for my 2021 3500 RAM Laramie. Was told had to bring it to the Davenport dealership. This was due to weight of my vehicle. Was quoted 300 dollars for the service to include a car wash. I did not let them know at that time I had a service plan. I arrived at my appointment at 1045am. My vehicle was serviced at the quick lane. Not at the bay that had the proper lift. The service took 3 hrs and fifteen minutes. The tires were never rotated, the technician was covered in diesel, technician asked for a supervisor to move the vehicle. He did not get help having to get on to the truck causing it to smell like diesel in the cabin. My truck was never washed and was changed 504 dollars. Left a message on their portal for a management. Never received a response. I knew the price was to low simply though it was a special. Did not expect my truck to be serviced at the quick lane. This is why it took so long, I did expect a car wash, I was told I would get one, did not expect a supervisor not to help a technician; knowing he was covered in diesel. Expected a call from manager, after leaving grievance on their portal.

This was my first visit. My appointment was at 9:15am for a 10,000 mi service (multi-point inspection, rotate tires, oil & filter change). Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Everyone was friendly and professional. The service was fast and efficient and I was back in my car within the hour. Being my first visit to this dealership and service, I was extremely impressed with the timeliness, professional courtesy, sincerity, and attentiveness of the entire service staff, especially Luis who processed and coordinated the service on my vehicle. My wait was faster than expected, especially given that there were a number of patrons ahead of me who had earlier scheduled appts than I. If their service continues in this manner, I will continue to get my car serviced here, and make my next vehicle purchase here as well. I purchased my truck on same place almost 2 years now. And all my service schedules are been done in an acceptable time and manner always. And the last, is not so different. Personnel always communicate well and attentive. The overall dealer and services area are clean I also have to use the shuttle service while my truck was under warranty services and all when quick and professional.Couple of things I believe needs attention are:1. Service department seemed not having enough representative to answer phones and voice mails and sms service reply end nowhere. I recommend a dedicated resources just to attend the service area phone, sms and online chat. I use them all to have someone assist.2. have the phone app working properly and including an area for owners service status while their car/truck is been repaired. App not working VIN not accepted. With Mopar app I remember I was able to login and see profile, truck and other options dor services, etc.3. Last but the worse to me that had to pay almost $500 for a new battery when the cause of the issue was the BPCM/PPU module that drained out the battery.I accept a battery replacement cost, because I know most if not all car batteries work fine for 3 years only and my truck is from 2020. So I was accepting the notice that the battery could be the main issue, but wasn t per the above. The BPCM/PPU module was covered on warranty and it was the root cause of battery become drained, not charging.Service advisor try having the battery be covered under warranty too, but it was incredibly denied. Very thankful to have Lizbeth support on this process she handled all very well in my understanding as she possibly can.I almos ask to bring me back my old battery to be tested, but it was replaced and perhaps discarded before module arrived and installed week and half later.I m very concerned how is been decided what is or not under warranty when I pay almost $6k in top of the sale price in less than 2 years to have an extended service and warranty in my 2020 truck.

I made an appointment for a Tuesday morning and was told it would take fifteen minutes. I arrived and they said it would be at least four hours. So I made another appointment to come back a full month later on a weekend when I would have time to leave the car. I arrived at that appointment and they said it would be three days because they didn t have anyone there during the weekend to fix the car. I asked why they took the appointment if they didn t have anyone to complete the repairs. The manager told me that they don t have any control over whether they have someone to complete the repairs when they take an appointment and he can t do anything about it. I left my car because I did need the work done. It was a full five days before I had my car back, for repairs that I was told would take four hours. I also had to call repeatedly to get any information about my car. It usually took three or four phone calls and a half hour on hold before I could even get someone to answer the phone. This dealership is poorly run and managed and I would recommend going to the Orlando Chrysler dealership instead. We have had much better customer service there.

Stop/start light was on and this function would not work. Posner determined it to be a battery issue. Both batteries needed replacement. One of the batteries was covered under Mopar warranty. Jeffrey the counter agent was professional and courteous. On two separate occasions, I spoke with Eddie who is the service manager. Eddie was responsive to my concerns and even spoke to the Chrysler dealer in New York (where I had bought new batteries 1 1/2 years ago) in an attempt to get the second battery replaced under warranty. Thank you both for being so considerate and professional.

Ponsner Jeep has lost their charm . I went for a scheduled quick oil change at 10:15am and left at 3pm. During that lengthy period, NO a COMMUNICATION was given of what was happening to my 2022 Jeep Compass. At 2:08pm I approved the desk, only 2 service rep were present, that look unhappy, stressed and not too friendly; I asked what was a problem with my vehicle and then t service rep told me that they were having a battery issue with my 2022 Compass. After that lengthy period of time they told me that the dashboard light needs another schedule bc they did not have the personnel to get that fix in Saturday. Unbelievable Posner has lost so many employees that is very concerning factor. Customer service in Service Department is IMPERATIVE

I scheduled a 25K-mile service on my RAM 2500 truck. There were 2 recalls to fix also. The service advisor was very professional and very friendly. The recall fix took a long time, and we were informed several times in between how the service was going on. The waiting room is clean, and all people there are friendly. Arrived at Ponser Park Dodge for a Synthetic Oil Change & Tire Rotation! I had an appointment at 9:30AM service advisor stated that their would be 1 & 1/2 to 2 hr wait with a scheduled appointment smh! My car was ready until 12PM! Came home went to pump gas later that afternoon & when I got home I had a screen issue that prompt us to open the hood! The oil cap was not on just sitting there & the air filter was half way sticking out and the cap/lid to the filter was underneath one of my windshield wipers! I waited 2 & 1/2 hours for this kind of service! I took a picture of 6 services guys in front of my hood just laughing & chitchatting! I went next day to see the NEW service manager he was not friendly, very rude actually just kept saying okay to get me out of his office! Offered a free oil change I give him that (I had already paid for my next one) no apology nor did he show any type of care!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

My appointment was set for 8 am, my car was in the service bay at 8:10 am, I was driving out at 8:55 am. Had an oil change on my Jeep Trailhawk, a courtesy inspection of the belts, tire tread, and over all inspection. The service tech filled the tires to proper inflation, the total cost with full synthetic was $85. Friendly service mgr. highly recommendService: Auto maintenance

All I can say is that they got a new supervisor that is supposed to improve customer service. He was only there 6 days. So hopefully things will improve. The supervisor seemed knowledgeable, competent, and very customer friendly

Service was good. It s the product that seems cheap AF. 2020 vehicle, battery had to be replaced last year which was covered under warranty, only to have to replace and buy a new main battery and small battery for the vehicle. Not even two years old with 50k miles on it. Seems if I m paying $600 for 2 batteries, they should be more than decent.Better save another $600 because these batteries will have to be replaced in a year .

Just wanted to send a big THANK YOU to Luis P. at Posner Park - I was travelling from out of state and had a major electrical problem in my Jeep. Luis understood it was a time sensitive situation and he got my Jeep in and diagnosed very quickly. He took pictures of the damage and gave me a full report of what parts needed to be ordered so I could relay the info to my home Jeep dealership. He also arranged for a fix to the car so I could drive it home 1,000 miles . I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism he provided. I have owned a dodge truck since 1997.I took my ram 1500 to two different dealership to get it fixed. I choose this one cause they didn t hold my truck for 3 day and do nothing to it. I brought my truck in twice cause it was shifting hard from first to second. $2700 dollars later and it s still shifting hard. I thought if I took it to someone who deals in dodge trucks I could get it fixed but it seems like their mechanic don t really know how to fix the product they sale. It really sad you shop around for what you think is a good product only to find out that the people sale the product have know idea how it works.Services: Transmission, Auto maintenance
