Kevin is super professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of RV maintenance. I am located in Winter Haven, and Kevin came with his assistant to install a new awning on my camper. They were both in great spirits with a positive attitude despite inclement weather and did a top-notch installation job. Thank you for your fine work!!

Good service in past year but have called and left text messages per instructions from his phone answering service. Left messages 4-5 times in the last three weeks and we have not heard from him. NO response or perhaps he has gone out of business or has died.

GREAT mobile RV service. Kevin does exceptional work. Came out to me at a campsite to fix a broken awning, then was kind enough to come back, on a Holiday!, for an emergency repair to help get my front slides back in on the rv.Very reasonable price and great customer service above and beyond!

Kevin was able to come my rescue, I thought I knew what was wrong with my dometic a/c, after all I watched all the YouTube videos and checked many websites. Opened up the unit and went through the steps outlined on YouTube to check. Explained what I thought it was to Kevin and he kindly walked me through the different possibilities. He came by at the end of a long hot day and took my unit apart then showed me the two parts that were not working (not the capacitor that I thought it was). He quickly swapped them out and I was cooling once again. A big thank you KevinService: Air conditioning

We were passing through town in our RV when we noticed our refrigerator was not working, stocked with food for a camping trip. We looked online for someone to help us with this appliance problem in our motorhome and found Onaway. We called and even though they were fully booked for days, Kevin took the time to troubleshoot our problem with us. He was so knowledgeable and with his help, we figured out the problem and were able to solve it. I see why he would be a busy guy! We would like to sincerely thank him for caring and providing great customer service. I would highly recommend Kevin at Onaway for expertise in RV maintenance. Thanks Kevin you were fantastic to deal with! I highly recommend Onaway. Kevin resolved a couple of issues on my RV that was being rented out. I'm in CA and the RV was in FL. He coordinated directly with the renter, provided excellent service, and kept me in the loop with pictures and updates the whole time. Was only one of two whose responded to my call for an emergency water leak. Tried to work with me over the phone to assess the issue prior to arriving. I was able to get someone out sooner the same day to fix the issue. Even so, Kevin was very helpful over the phone.

This guy came to my RV complained the entire time and then proceeded to break the bolt in my A/C Unit and then instead of accepting responsibility for his negligence proceeded to try and blame it on whoever worked on the Unit before when you can clearly see him on video trying to force the bolt with an Impact Drill which resulted in the bolt breaking. He himself stated the only way to repair the damage he caused was to replace the whole A/C Unit. And as if that wasn't enough after I paid him $150 he then tried to send me a bill to pay him even more. I would not trust this guy. Hire at your own risk because when he breaks something he's going to try and blame anyone but his self. He did come back and got the bolt out and as far as I can tell did a good job repairing the cross threaded bolt. He states in his response that the original cross thread was due to a prior repair but unfortunately that is just not true because as stated I do have the video to prove that it was in fact him and not some mysterious other party that broke the bolt. The first time he came he was rude and very disgruntled like he was doing me a favor by working at all. The second time he came his attitude was totally the opposite and he was very nice so not sure which personality was his real one as I have no basis other than those two encounters to judge. Unfortunately I still would not recommend him or hire him again based in this experience.Service: Air conditioning

I tried to call but got voice mail, so I left a message. Then I got a text from that same number asking me to text them. So I sent a text explaining what I wanted. Then I sent some photos. Then I remembered a couple other things and sent messages about those.Then I get this rude message.."Stop blowing g up my phone with texts!!!I am on a job and will try to contact you tonight!!!"So after that kind of a response I didn't want to do business with someone who can't be polite to a customer.

Do Not Recommend for anything other than Very MINOR repairs. We had OnaWay "complete" Warranty work on my NorCold 2118 refrigerator. It was determined that the cooling unit had to be replaced, so he ordered a new one. It arrived 3 weeks later...that is when the issues started. Upon installing the new cooling unit they hit the ammonia line and filled my RV with ammonia. So they put the Fridge back in its spot on the slide (with leaking cooling unit still attached), told me he had to order another new cooling unit, packed up and left. We had to evacuate ourselves and our pets from the RV for 2 days in order for it to dissipate. And it only dissipated because I forced him to come out and remove the broken cooling unit from the fridge the next day. Once, the second unit arrived he proceeded to install that one without too many issues, but he didn't have all the parts to complete the job so he "found enough pieces" in his truck to "make it work." (i.e. the thremistor is not correct for this model)Once he finally got it re-installed and left we noticed all the damage to our rig that occurred. The ledge for the slide is scratched all along the front, the vinyl flooring is tore and ripped, the front of the fridge is dented and doors do not close correctly. Plus, the work he did didn't fix the problem, actually made it worse. The freezer will not hard freeze and the fridge is freezing things plus the fins is the back are full of frost with the temp set to 5! See photos belowNeedless to say I will have to have this "repair" completed by another technician as this was as complete fail.
