My tire emergency place !I ve been here 3 times in the last year because, apparently, my car is a screw magnet !They are a nice, professional and very fast team!Last time I didn t make an appointment because I got a flat tire that same day, but they took care of business and I was out and rolling within an hour.I also love their kid area to keep the little ones entertained while our car was getting fixed.Definitely recommend.

Absolute Stellar Service. Brought my vehicle in on Christmas Eve after my tire pressure light came up. I had a constant leak from my passenger tire. They were able to fit me in right away even with them closing earlier and trying to fit in all the appointments as well. The price was right and the mechanics were on point and extremely professional. Phone Charging station and if you ever get in a bind or need a quick refill on Air, I noticed they have an Air machine out front FREE. They have earned my future business!

Gator Action Tire was fantastic. The shop cares deeply about customer service. They were efficient in patching the nail in my tire. I was able to get an appointment the same day. This was all done despite their payment system being down. Since I wouldn t be able to drive my car unless it was fixed they immediately offered to do me a favor and fix my tire anyways. I highly suggest visiting this location in Davenport for all your car issues minor or major.

I m new to the area and after a 17 hour drive from up north, my tire ended up with a nail in it I looked up tire repair near me and Action Gator Tire popped up at the top of the list. I arrived in town after 7pm and saw that they were also just about the only operation still open at this time.I got there and Luis (I believe he s the manager) offered a few options, then got my Mini Cooper S right onto the lift. I was in and out within 20 minutes or so and they were super professional.There s also a pretty chill waiting area with video games, phone chargers and even a kids play area! I highly recommend!!!

Action gator tire knew I was in a hurry during my workday and I just needed the spare tire put on. They did it right away and gave me a quote for a replacement tire. The staff was extremely friendly and the waiting area was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

First time here and not coming back. The woman at the desk was just on the professional side of rude. No reply when I said good morning. Very short with people on the phone. Was abrupt and took a condescending tone when I asked if the ownership had changed (the inside is branded Mavis Tire & Brakes, as is the website- only the sign outside remains Action Gatpr Tire), and when I asked how long it might be waiting for my car. I arrived 30 minutes prior to opening time, but she said I'd be worked in after all their appointments. I understood, sort of, but most places leave at least one tech open for walk ins. When I asked what that meant she said maybe about hour and a half. I almost left then, but didnt want to throw away the time I'd waited. And honestly, had she been friendly, polite and/or apologetic, I might have felt like it was 5-star service. They can't help it if people walk in and there aren't enough technicians, but they can help how they treat those customers.Additionally, the first car was not pulled into the bay for service until 8:20am. At this point, I'd been here 45 minutes and watched them open, so I knew there were 3 to 4 techs available. There was 1 car already in the bay, but they weren't working on it yet either. It seemed closer to 830 before anyone got to work. My car got pulled in after 9am.To top it all off, when it was finally done, their computer and phones had gone down. I had the choice to sit there for however long it took them to get it fixed, or leave my credit card number on a piece of paper for them to charge later. I didn't have a total when I left, I did not get a receipt when I left. I have no record of my service, and got only a promise that the CC number will be blacked out with a sharpie before the invoice's sent to their home office. And again, no apology for the inconvenience. Going back to Take 5 or Tuffy in the future. I'd rather have a longer drive than deal with this mess again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE EXCELLENT STAFF GREAT JOB THANK U I originally started out at Tire Kingdom and let me tell you I will never go back there again what they did to me how they acted towards me was ridiculous I called the 1-800 number they straightened everything out sent me to ACTION GATOR TIRE and it was like night and day they were so nice they took care of me they greeted me they treated me like I was a human they took care of the problem and I was on my way but the Tire Kingdom in Davenport between Wawa and Mod wash on old Lake Wilson Rd Davenport was the worst experience I have ever had and I want to thank Mavis and Action Gator Tire they did an excellent job and wil the contact person did a EXCELLENT JOB in guest recovery! This will be my new go to place for my car THANK U ALL AT ACTION GATOR TIRE!!

I had an amazing experience at Gator Tire in Davenport! The staff there is incredibly attentive and kind. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like a valued customer. Not only that, but the service was lightning fast. I was in and out in no time, and my car was running smoothly.What really impressed me was how clean and well-maintained the place was. It's not often that you find an auto shop that's so tidy. It gave me confidence that they take their work seriously.I can't recommend Gator Tire enough. If you're looking for friendly service, quick turnaround, and a clean environment, this is the place to go. They exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be returning for any future tire or auto needs.

World class experience when we came in for our appointment. It was our first time here and we were completely blown away by the high quality service that we received!The techs work hard here and are honest people, especially the gentleman working the front desk. It got busy quickly and he greeted every waiting person with a smile and patience.We plan on coming to this location with all of our car needs!

These guys are absolutely amazing! I had a tire leaking air on my new car and they were able to switch it out for another tire I had from my old car, no problem! They've all been super polite and understanding, 10/10 definitely recommend. I'll totally be coming back here next time!

I was on my way to Disney for a fun family day and had an emergency with one of my tires. Scheduled an appointment in the moment with this location and was blown away by their professionalism, courteousness, and knowledge. I managed to make it in and out of here within about a half hour. I forgot the name of the man who helped me (salesman 000066) but he s awesome. Thank you!

Was going to wait till I got back to Vermont to replace tires and align. Felt like I was driving a clown car and decided to see if I could get work done before I returned to Vermont. The guys at Action Gator/Mavis were so helpful. They got me in the next day and everything went exactly as planned at an affordable price with great tires !! Feels like a new vehicle!! Thanks Mike!

I would give this place and James 10 stars if I could. I came in after a doctor's appointment with an emergency tire issue. James was so kind and told me he would definitely work me in to the schedule, which it looked very busy. His approach and demeanor made me feel less anxious as I was really concerned about making it home. Ladies, please come here . James was fair and very professional. For quality service and wonderful technicians.. go to Action Gator tire. James you are the best!!!

Awesome service, Luis and his crew are fast and courteous and a pleasure to do business with. Had an issue with a tire puncture that needed repair asap and they were able to accommodate me super fast. A++++ definitely will be coming back for future services

I made an appointment for 12pm and my vehicle still did not get pulled into the bay until 12:45pm. Thank goodness I brought my laptop because I would not have been able to get any work done. Took 3 hours to service my vehicle. Services included installing (4) tires and an alignment. Everyone was super pleasant but, be cautious with you time when stopping by for a service; it was not a quick drop and go experience.

This is the best spot to get your tire repaired.These folks are professional, very helpful and quick when it comes to servicing your car. They are up front about the estimated time and always answer the many questions that I have related to tire, tire rotation, and so on.My most recent experience with James R. Was above and beyond. Definitely will be back here for more service.

Had an issue the other night had gotten a flat and had a spare tire that just needed to be switched out called here and Lewis answered said if I could get it there before close which is @ 8:30pm they would do it, I pulled in walked in @ 7:50pm told them who I was he said drop my tires by the bay door within 10min they had changed my tire and brought it back out to my vehicle, thanks to lewis I didn t have to make an appointment or drop off my vehicle and they made it happen in record time. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone that is in a pinch for me it was excellent customer service.

Will... John... Lewis & the whole team were AWESOME!! My family had a tire emergency coming off an 8 hr drive and even though it was close to closing time they made sure they took care of us and got us back on the road! Another shop across the street told me I had to wait until the next day. Would give these guys 10 STARS if I could !!! HIGHY RECOMMEND !!!

I had to bring my car in early this morning due to a nail in my tire, they were amazing and able to fix day of with amazing customer service. I can always count on them to provide great quality care with amazing customer service I would recommend everyone here for any car needs!

I originally went to Tire Kingdom to get a tire repair and was told it would be 3-4 hours. They sent me across the street to Action Gator Tire and advised me to ask for Louis. Best thing that could have happened as Louis got me taken care of immediately and was very nice as well as professional. Thanks Louis for saving our day and getting us back on the road to enjoy our vacation!!!

Luis was amazing despite the system being down this morning. I can understand how hard this may be not being able to run an operation with malfunctioning software systems. However, in Luis eyes, the customers still came first and did everything he could to take care of us. I had what it looked to be a nail in the tire, so instead of me waiting for the system to re-boot back up he grabbed the keys and the guys went to work to take care of the situation. That s Grade A Service!! I will definitely be coming back for any future services as needed. I appreciate Luis and his Team for the positive attitude and taking care of their customers! We re new to the area and still trying to understand where the great service is - This is it right here!!

I brought my car in for a nail that was in my tire. I came in without an appointment but they took care of me immediately. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and friendly. The location (Davenport, FL) was very clean as well. I would definitely recommend this location and will keep coming back!

Great service. They were able to work me in for a flat repair while getting a nail in our tire heading to Disney for the day! Make sure you check out your tire pressure before you leave. They filled me 9lbs psi over the recommended on the door. It was 7 lbs over the other 3 tires. But otherwise service was friendly and they didn't turn me away like Tire Kingdom across the street..

They took three hours to change my tires WITH an appointment. I had this appointment set for two weeks in advanced so they knew I was coming. There is NO EXCUSE for them to take three hours to change only two tires.Like c mon. Extremely unprofessional and lazy. Don t go here. You won t be getting my business again. It s unfortunate because I ve been here twice before and they weren t that bad. It must be going downhill.
