Judd was an awesome salesperson in this experience. Quick, knowledgeable, and professional. No nonsense, I told him what I needed and he made it happen. The actual dealership was impressive. Finance dept was swift in handling any hurdles in the process. Will be a returning customer and highly recommend. PS- this Bronco Badlands Sasquatch is SWEET.

I was looking to purchase a truck, the first one I looked at was out of my price range and Chuck was very honest about it. But he kept working on it and we could one I love. Great salesman. And Joe in finance was great to deal with explained everything in terms I could understand. Will definitely go back!

Your Service Advisor, Terry, is awesome!! He was super busy with other customers when I dropped in on your dealership without an appointment, but still greeted me and was unhurried with the customers he was with so they too received great service.Terry kept me informed of the process and status throughout the service. Great Customer Service from Terry. Have used Jarrett Gordon Ford multiple times for service on my Ford Raptor and each interaction is great. Terry is awesome!! Give him a raise!!!Final call out is Nick, answers the phone with a smile and makes someone want to spend money! Jayson Rodriguez at jarrett-gordon Ford is the best hands down! I've been to other places but no where else has treated my wife and I like they he did. Made you feel comfortable and kept it real. None of that pushing business for numbers it's was like family helping out family. We will definitely be returning when it's time to get another vehicle.

I'm in Illinois and found a non-Ford vehicle that was in stock at this dealership. Since I couldn't see the vehicle in person I was asking for lots of information.JT worked with me during the sale and went above and beyond to get every piece of information I was asking for - vehicle history, maintenance, remaining tire and brake life, additional pictures, and highlighted any areas of concern (scrapes, dents, dings, and small broken pieces).Finance was awesome too, very easy to work with remotely, no gimmicky tactics, and we were able to come to a deal where everyone was happy.5-Stars thanks again for your help, we are very pleased!

I could not be any happier!! Got the vehicle I wanted, at the payment I wanted to make! MY THANKS to Gene and Sylvia, felt like they went above and beyond (probably an everyday thing for those two). As a side note... I purchased a 10 year old car with high miles, within a week I had an issue, my "problem" is being handled by their service department (under warranty) and they gave me a loaner... Expedition with 8 miles on it!! Scared to drive it but the sentiment is MORE THAN APPRECIATED! At this point I can't image dealing with any other dealer!

Outstanding service!We have a 2008 Class C Ford motorhome and had been having difficulty with finding a place that could check out our vehicle. The Quick Lane team at Jarrett Gordon Ford was able to accommodate us for an oil change and fluid check the next day!Very friendly staff.If you live around the Davenport area bring your RV here - or if you are like us and are just visiting the Orlando area it's worth the drive!The lobby includes three waiting rooms, free bottles of water, clean restrooms, vending machines, and even a viewing window for any little car enthusiasts. All with excellent AC!Great all-around experience!Thanks.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Jennifer Butler is a service advisor there and she was awesome!!!! I've had extremely bad experiences in Miami at the dealerships there & was hoping up here in Central Florida it would be different & it sure was! I highly recommend the dealership and I will definitely be visiting them in the future for all services needed for my truck.

Went in to service my vehicle. As I waited, young guy Josh Bishop gave a detail, transparent, thorough and personal explanation about the new 2024 Mustang GT. Guy was amazing and helpful, answered all my questions. Will definitely be bringing home my new pony by next year. Best thing was he did not pressure or push any sales at all. Just a nice, smooth informative talk. Keep it up!

We found ourselves in the Davenport area when our NY Ford Explorer needed 25K Service. The online appointment could not have been easier to make. It was scheduled for a few days from then, and they kept in constant contact reminding us. We arrived at a covered service area, handed the keys off, watched some TV, read, and had a coffee. They texted me with recommendations that could be approved or not. We were out in less than 90 minutes. All service team members were courteous, helpful, and friendly. Will definitely use it again when in the area.

Phenomenal team! I just bought my 3rd vehicle from Jarrett-Gordon and wouldn't go anywhere else. Anthony Gordon, David, Will, and Gary made the purchasing process as smooth as possible and took amazing care of me, per usual. They go above and beyond and it's deeply appreciated!! I recently traded-in my vehicle after a difficult month of dealing with car troubles (6x tows totaling $900 across 4 different service locations). By the time I contacted a dealership looking for a trade-in quote, I felt defeated and deflated (and boderline desperate for a solution). John Bishop was my Salesman and from our initial contact throughout the entire process he was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. Gary in Finance also played a pivotal part in putting in extra effort to make sure I got the best deal possible. Buying a vehicle was not on my 2024 bucket list (at all!) but I ended up driving away in a brand new vehicle, at a great price, with an amazing interest rate! We had a GREAT experience at Jarret-Gordon Davenport due primarily to our Salesman Will V., who was very professional, extremely efficient and wonderfully personal. We actually bought our Expedition King Ranch over the phone and were thrilled when there were no "surprises" at any point in the purchase process. Several other members of the team were also very helpful. We hope to buy from Will and this group again!

Buying a car at Jarrett-Gordon was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Brandon was our sales representative and he did an outstanding job. They were very helpful in getting us financed and they made sure we were good with each step. They went out of their way to reduce the price of the car to help with some negative equity we were trading in. I highly recommend you give them a chance. Great sales rep, great finance manager, amazing atmosphere, and an amazing 23 Escape.

Joseph, my salesman was the most knowledgeable person I have talked to in a very long time checked out two other dealers and walked out because of lack of knowledge. Very impressive not pushy very sincere and showed genuine concern. Avoid dealerships that sales sound scripted . Run away

I want to thank Gene, Chop, and Sol for an amazing buying experience. They were extremely patient and honest throughout the whole process. I have purchased many vehicles and always felt like I was being taking advantage of. This was not the case at Jarrett Gordon Ford. They truly have your best intentions at heart. I went in with a prepared check from my personal bank, and the Sol (in finance) told me that the rate from my bank was a little high high and asked if I wanted to let him get me a better rate. I didn't want to have my credit pulled again, but I'm glad I did. I told him I was adamant about not having my credit shopped around, and he got me an interest rate that beat my personal bank (whom I have had a previous auto loan through) by 1.60% in one shot! I was comparing an identical vehicle at another dealership, that was slightly cheaper, Chop (Manager) gave me honest advice and told me to call them to get an out the door price. After all of the other dealership's high markups, the out the door was more than theirs. Gene (salesman) was amazing and even delivered my car for me! I want to tell everyone interested in buying a car in the Central Florida area, whether new or used, stop by Jarrett Gordon Ford first, you'll be glad you did!

Ed was the one that provided the worst customer service, how Am I going to reach out to resolve the issue Ed didn t care to resolve Jarrett Ford has the worst customer service at this location. The manager didn t care I was a regular customer and decided to lose a regular customer instead of honoring the offer sent by their quicken lane ford oil change offer sent to me personally. If you are in the marketing department and know you are sending offers please do not false advertise. You have cost me time and money. I used to service all my vehicles here. As of today No more supporting Jarrett Gordon Ford.

On September of 2023 we decided to invest in a brand new truck f350 from Jarrett Gordon in Davenport fl for our plumbing business. The representatives from ford were great on their customer service that we decided to go back and buy a second one . However only a week after buying the second truck our first truck broke down and was taking back to ford for repairs it literally stayed there for about 3 weeks . Soon after that the same truck same issue was back at ford for repairs in fact as I m writing this it s still sitting in your shop waiting on parts. At this point it s been at ford repair shop longer than our work site . I ask you guys to find a solution and compensate us for our time and money wasted. It is safety hazard which is why we can not drive the truck without being fixed I also have everything documented if needed , and will send it to our lawyers if no action is taking.

I really tried to refrained myself from writing this review due to the staff, they are super friendly. But the body collision side is awful. The first time I came here, I spoke with Jan Martinez. (I ll attach the photos below) was for an accident as shown below. The other guys insurance accepted fault so luckily I didn t have to pay anything out of pocket for it. I was promised the repairs in a week. And 2 weeks later!!!!!! I finally got it back. The work was nicely done but it took way to long. I come back again, and this time it was for a simple bumper fix. I spoke with Jan Martinez again, very friendly guy, I explained everything to him and he told me 2-3 days max. I ordered the parts a week in advance, prepaid for it and paid for a rental for 3 days. The enterprise Team next door is amazing and there staff is very helpful so props to them. But I m sitting here, a week later I dropped my car off Monday and it s still not ready. The back bumper is just now barely getting painted. I ve extended my rental twice already, and they don t work on weekends, so I guarantee you I have to extend it way longer. I ll attach the photos below to see all the progress they done, in a week. mind you I bought the parts on a Wednesday 6th of April, and Jan told me to bring the car on Monday cause they won t work on it over the weekend. So it would just be sitting there. Barely any progress has been done. Don t waste your time on this location. Twice they have done this. There time management is awful, don t waste your time.

I was expecting a normal dealership with high pressure tactics, bait and switch, extra add-ons I don't need and being there for hours on end basically wasting a complete day. I was so wrong in my expectations as I found out this is a Christian based dealership that truly follows Christian values. From the greeting at the door from JT our salespeople to Soloman in finance with the assistance of Marcos it was by far the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle in 35 years. From now on all my vehicles come from here, even if I lived in Alaska. Thank you for a great experience and too all of you many blessings in your life and family.
