Was in contact with the owner paid for a Uber with my 7 month old told them I was coming to purchased a vehicle I got there and they sold it to a Spanish man instead of me I spent $300 to come 3 hrs there for no reason very racist

This dealership is a joke. I was interested in a truck they had. I called ahead of time to make sure the truck was still there and was told yes it was. Drove for an hour and nobody was there. Looked around the lot and didn't see the truck anywhere.Knocked on the door and called several times and there was no answer. I was well within the business hours. I waited around for about 15 minutes. There was no sign on the door stating if they stepped out and were coming back so I decided to leave.Got about 10 minutes down the road and got a call from the dealership. I explained that since nobody answered the door and there was no sign I decided to leave. He told me "come back whenever you're ready". I told him that it's a little frustrating since I drove for an hour and he replied "my bad" and hung up on me.I unfortunately didn't get the guys name. It's whoever was the lone person working on Saturday 7/15/23 around 1:30. I have no idea if he was the owner/manager or a sales person. Regardless, this dealership was very unprofessional. I'm actually glad I didn't waste more of my time in dealing with them, since they can't handle basic phone etiquette, I have zero reason to think they handle any other aspects of business well and would probably sell me a vehicle that was ready to fall apart. I'm also pretty confident that all of the 5 star reviews here are fake.

If I had to pick one word to describe J&J Auto Sales of Central Florida it would be EXCEPTIONAL! We have purchased multiple vehicles here and not only are the prices great, but you can count on vehicles been hand chosen by the owner and honesty all the way around. They also have multiple financing options and will work hard to make sure you are satisfied with the entire process. When in need of a good reliable vehicle, I will always come back!

Julio sold me a broken BMW with oil leaks, alternator problems, ect ect and I am his baby mom. Not reliable vehicle at all knowing I have to drive long distance. He sold it running didn't last much oil leaks tons of issues. He never offered to fix it or any available resources. When I was a paying customer. He did not offer me a decent fiance either. Knowing I am the most ethical mother. I did not low ball him or anything just wanted a car for transporting my kids especially my sons. True story! Zero stars
