I would like to express my disappointment with the service provided by Central Florida Pool and Spa LLC this past week. Unfortunately, there were some miscommunications and misunderstandings that led to a less than satisfactory experience.We called on Friday with an urgent request for an inspection on a spa at one of our vacation rental properties. While we initially agreed on a same-day inspection, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to confirm and had to seek assistance from another company and we got them in our property on Monday to install a new pump. The new company identified a missing piece and scheduled a return visit on Tuesday to complete the installation.To our surprise, we received an invoice from Central Florida Pool and Spa LLC with a $99 service fee on Tuesday morning, stating that a hose was loose. This was unexpected, as we had not authorized any work to be done during that time. They just end cap the hose causing another issue with the system, in the original condition this was a bleeding hose for the pump. The company who was replacing the pump charged us extra money in order to fix that connections. Central Florida pool and spa didn t take responsibility on this matter being unprofessional.We understand that mistakes happen, but we were disappointed by the lack of communication from Central Florida Pool and Spa LLC regarding their visit and the subsequent interference with the spa equipment. This lack of transparency could potentially lead to further issues and cause discomfort for our guests.While we appreciate the apology from customer service, we believe that improvements in communication and obtaining prior consent before performing any work on the property would greatly enhance the client experience.Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope that this feedback will help Central Florida Pool and Spa LLC in providing better service to their clients in the future.

This is the vendor through whom my property management contracts. This is another consecutive week of them reporting a cleaning was conducted without the cleaning being complete. Please see the photos of what this pool looks like immediately following their service.

After installation , the fuse has tripped and I m still waiting for a response from them because they want to charge for this. If it was correctly wired, then this shouldn t happen so it s their responsibility. Good service means responding to issues after installation!

Update 1-24-24: Central Florida reached out to me after I wrote my original review to remedy the issues. After discussing my concerns, they were quick to resolve all. They also followed up a week later to ensure things were working well. I've used them before and will be using them again when needed in the future. They were quick to resolve the misinformation, miscommunication and updating my warranty to prevent issues in the future. From 2** to 5*****Original:I used Central Florida Pool and Spa to repair a pool heater. They came out two days later and diagnosed the heater.Then the next day, and the First $$$ repare attempt, did not fix the problem and I was told there was an additional part needed.Third visit, 2nd repair attempt the following day, and an additional $$$$. Still not fixed 100%I explained that the heater was new and under warranty. Since they did not do the initial install I was told I had to go through installer. Installer said to go to manufacturer, manufacturer told me to go through Central Florida P&S. They again did not return calls and I was told to wait till the next day for an update.Bottom line is that heater is not working properly and I've been charged the full bill. It's been a week and they brag about 1-2 day repairs. Would have been 1 star, but I've used them before with better service results.

We were so pleased with rhe service provided to fix our SunBlazer pool heater. After waiting 3 weeks for another service provider, I called Central Florida Pool and Spa. They had it fixed in 3 days. No fuss, no mus. Reasonable efficient, and pleasant to work with.

Very bad service -- you sent a person called Manuel who is incompetent. Despite having been there three times never solved my problem - after charging $350. One time left my home with any electrical power. At the end is guessing that the problem is my remote switch and it is asking to replace it with a $2,700 switch that is almost as expensive as the full heating unit. Ridiculous!!! - you need to hire competent people.

I want to thank you for sending Luis to come and replace my pool motor. He is friendly, has a great attitude with customers and smile in his face. I felt comfortable with him and he is truth wordy. I will recommend central Florida Pool to my neighbors. By the way I am an old customer of yours.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I had multiple issues no other pool company could figure out or fix and Luis and Steve came and had my whole system back up and running immediately! I ordered weekly pool cleaning service and my pool has never ever looked so good and clean! It s sparkling balanced and so so clean! Every interaction with Luis and Steve has been so friendly and they are so helpful, patient with all my questions and knowledgeable! A gem in central florida! Perfect service time and time again! Hire them now ! You won t regret it!

I have contacted a lot of work from Central Florida Pool and Spa. Last year they installed a new heater, resurfaced my pool, and refinished my deck. There was great reason for me to have them install this year a multistage filter pump and salt system without shopping for a competitor. That is because I totally trusted them to once again do a very professional job! They did! As far as I'm concerned, they are the only pool contractor phone number I have in my cellphone.

I highly recommend this company for all your pool needs!! Whitney in the office is absolutely wonderful, and has been amazing at answering all of my questions, and the technicians and cleaners all do an excellent job. They ve got the best price around on liquid chlorine, and keep the store well-stocked.

My pump stopped worked after just over a year. Central Florida Pool and Spa came out and replaced the whole unit under warranty within days of my call! They cleaned up and left me with a pump that s working great!

Manuel was just here. With his expertise and experience was able to quickly reset my system and it is now up and running.He also ascertained that the universal salt cell I purchased was not compatible with my system so I have ordered the correct replacement.Thank you for prompt reply to my email, for keeping me updated on arrival time and utmost, thank you for sending the right person for my needs.

Update: company does not answer any email from me!I'm very disappointed in this company's services. I asked this company to find a leak in my pool. I paid $350, and I was told I needed to pay another $400 to just tell them there was a leak in the pool. I already knew there was one. I have been going back and forth with this company; each employee has a different answer. I requested a refund from them or even a partial refund, and they have said no. I am completely disappointed in the action of this company, as I have used this company many times in the past for previous jobs.

I have to say I am impressed. I sent them an email late on Friday before the memorial day weekend asking them about installing a new pool heater. They had an estimator out first thing Monday morning. There was a little mix up on the estimate in terms of what I was looking for, but they fixed it right away and had my heater installed the next day. Very happy with the professional service and the excellent tech they sent.

Update to owners response. Yes, i am 100 percent. This was the correct place. You will not find my name because my property manager called you guys out. Would you like to look up my address? Just dropped the second star for your response . Do better !Replaced the pump .Cracked the plastic housing during the process. Claims they did not do that and charged another $300+ and almost 2 weeks later it was fixed Never leaked till they touched it. Looks like they put weight on it while tighting the pump up .

I have been using Central Florida's Pool and Spa for weekly service for a few months now. They are always around the same time of day every week on the same day, which makes it nice for security to know who is there. Hunter is awesome in ensuring that everything is working properly and assisting with any questions I have as a new homeowner with a pool. Excellent customer services in the office typically I deal with Leslie who is equally as helpful. Every interaction I have had with anyone in the office have been phenomenal and courteous. Cannot wait to reach out to them to have the pool resurfaced.

Professional, responsive and on time! We had some concerns with our salt system, scheduled an appointment for review and within a week we had the system unit replaced. This company is ready to help and definitely ready to deliver on your pool system needs! Highly recommended.

I m an out of town property owner so I can t manage the pool on my own. Central Florida Pool is responsive, thorough, and well priced. I ve enjoyed working with the team and thankful they are there to take care of my pool. It s just one thing I don t have to worry about living out of State.

UPDATE- Jeff is a technician and stepped up and fixed all issues with my pool. He apologized about the issues with the office and told me they would get some training and took full responsibility. My pool does look amazing and can t wait to swim. I left my first review as it stated that the installers were great and a true representation of events.Had them recently resurface my pool and that looked great. Installers were nice and prompt. Added a heater that was to be able to be turned off and on remotely. That s where the customer service went downhill. I can t get any help on the new heater. I asked multiple times to PLEASE have a technician to call me as I live in another state and was told sorry technicians don t have work phones . I then asked for any paperwork (Manuel , website, phone number) for the heater I just bought. She told me she didn t have that info. WHAT??? They installed it! So be aware before you spend $10k on upgrading your pool make sure your local and can walk in to get help. Apparently they are not helpful when your from out of state.

We had a bad pump motor and they replaced it quickly for a good price the first time. And, unfortunately, the new one started making noise and they changed that one just as quickly (under warranty). Very happy with their great service.

I'm so grateful for Central Florida Pool and Spa. It started with a simple Google search and they saved us bunch of $$$. We had issues with our pool pump. We had 2 other companies gives us quotes to replace our pump and plumbing. Then the team from CFPS came out and suggested we change the O-ring and lid and it would solve the problem. BAMMM!! It's been working ever since they came out. I've referred my neighbors and our pool cleaning service to them as well. Honest and Fair prices!! Will definitely be using Central Florida Pool and Spa for ALL of our future pool needs. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
