Called ahead and asked if they could patch a tire. They said yes so I limped the vehicle to the shop. When I got there 2 lady s were busy having a conversation then once they acknowledged that they have a customer in the store they said can t patch no tire today, mechanic is busy till tomorrow . So if you are in need of help DONT GO HERE. Go to four corners auto repair right by 4 and 27

The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. Instead of attempting to help me she was complaining to her coworker. All I needed was a tire patch but she said it would take several weeks and continued her conversation with her coworker

The lady in the office for the truck wash is extremely rude. Do not use this place for any truck services, they will not allow you to use the bathroom.

They are really not a discount tire shop. I was quoted a price of $41 to install and balance 1 tire that was off my car. I went to Walmart which charges me $15.99 for same service and did my shopping while waiting. I am all for supporting small business but their prices are more than double that of Walmart.

If you're going to charge truckers for an overnight parking spot you should be able to afford to maintain the lot, as soon as I backed into a spot my drive tires sunk into a sand pit, had to pay a tow truck $250.00 to come pull me out!

Luis was the one who helped me. It was $45 for reefer washout. It was very quick and he did a great job. There s limited overnight semi truck parking for $15. They have monthly spots as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The staff are miserable. The one with the blonde hair is rude most of the time and the one next to her that has brown hair and a bit big in size is also rude too. They talk in a condescending tone and if you want your oil changed there it is overpriced. $69.99 for oil change when walmart has a way better price. They should know how to talk to people it is not hard. No wonder why they dont have a lot of customers.

The people at Brad s are great! We purchased a trailer from them and the ladies were very nice and helpful. They were so busy waiting on people, but always with a smile! Mike hooked up our trailer and showed me everything to do, he is a great guy thank you to all of you

I'm just rating on the trailer washout.... It was quick and they got done what I needed.. Not too hard to get into wash out located around the building (once you enter property by the small guard shack)on left (first two bays) Also you must back in (I backed into the bay with the giant hump) The office to pay is located in the other building to your left assuming you've already backed in to the washout bay.

This is where we store our vehicles it's secure and the ladies in the office are great I considered Dania a real friend she's a sweetie maybe all around everybody is great security and all we will always keep our vehicles here

Parked out trucks here it s been problems ever since. The lady with the strange haircut at the front desk seems to be always drunk and rude. She asked an employee to bring her two beers when we were registering for spots to park. We should have seen the red flags.She came to our spot several times as we were leaving to tell us to pick up trash that wasn t ours and repeated herself slurring all all of her words then threatened to put us out before she drove off.Then the red dread head security guard asked us if we had any weed. Last but not least 3 of our vehicles were broken into and some how none of their cameras caught it. This place is very shaky. Look elsewhere.

Russell is a great mechanic. The staff there are nice. They're prices are reasonable. It's very rare to find a repair who actually fixes your right the first time. I have no complaints at all.

Had high hopes for a TPMS sensor installation and relearning of the sensors with the ECU. They installed the sensors but couldn't synch them with the ECU, mentioned their tool could not complete the work. I would have been just fine with this outcome and brought it to a larger more reliable shop but they charged me the initial quoted price for all work completed. I asked why and they said they spent x amount of hours on it, not my fault they could not complete the job. Anyway, I'll never go back. I wanted to support some small business but just forces me to go to a chain that will complete the work (which they did with ease).Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Our new trailer purchased from brads needed a door adjustment and peach cargo warranty repair. The staff at brads couldn t be more helpful! They got us in immediately and a whole crew worked on our issue. Turns out we possibly need a new door, so peach cargo is making it easy for us to stop at their factory enroute home to michigan to complete the repair. We contacted peach cargo Tuesday and it s Friday and already set with what we need. Great help and staff

I was in need of a 7x18 utility trailer, after calling dozens of dealers I found Brad's trailer sales. I gave them a call , they had the trailer I needed. Cathy sent me pictures and I purchased it over the phone. When I went to pick the trailer up, I was greeted by Karen and Cathy, they were very nice answered all my questions and had the paperwork and trailer ready to go. Very pleasant experience. Cathy and Karen went above and beyond with great customer service. I will buy all my trailer needs from them for now on. I would highly recommend if your looking for a trailer save your time and go to Brad's Trailer Sales. Thanks again Cathy and Karen.

I go there for a trailer washout. For my company they charge us $35 for a trailer washout and on weekends they charge $45. They're open 7 days a week, from 8:00 to 5:00. It's not blue beacon but you don't have to sit there and wait for a couple hours to get a trailer washed out. There's one guy that works there and he'll wash that thing out before you pay your bill. I've had no complaints from the customers.

Came here twice on a whim (once for a battery change and another time for an oil change) after recently moving to the area and absolutely love the fast and excellent service that is provided. Russell is amazing and so polite and nice. Hard working too!

Was having trouble with air conditioning while on vacation. Looked and found them online. Took my car there for a 12:00 appointment. The bad, one of their mechanics had a family emergency and had to leave unexpectedly. This delayed them looking at my car but when they did finally look at it they fixed the bad "relay" free of charge because of the inconvenience. I would definitely go there again. They were very honest, fixed the problem and didn't try to say that they "found" something else.

Horrible customer service! my husband went in to get some information the lady was rolling her eyes acting like she was annoyed we were there didnt want to help him find the part he needed or anything! What type of buisness runs off such horrible customer service smh

Always get my trailer washout here. They do a great job and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Washout opens at 8am instead of 7am as listed on Maps. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly.

Not happy took 7 hrs. they said it was the rust, anyway, after put together, tailpipe clap fell off and check engine light is now on wasn't on before...if I had NO work done I know my exhaust would be ok and check engine light would not be on ..Bad part is they couldn't even clamp the exhaust together ..Just not Happy with results....and not happy that I have to go and get my tailpipe fixed somewhere else....A coincident that check engine light(oxygen sensor went bad) SORRY think NOT and my exhaust Sorry they didn't have clap secured and it came off and separated the exhaust THERE WAS NO RUST ISSUE WHERE THE TAILPIPE SEPARATED!!

Went there for the first time. They fixed a problem I had and didn't charge me. Made a appointment and had tires and brakes done. Very Happy. The people are really nice and helpful.

I had my Buick Enclave at Brad s garage a few times . I had an oxygen sensor replace last yr at a garage near me the cost was $ 248.The same sensor on the opposite side was changed at Brad s garage for $108. I highly recommend Brad s garage for your auto services needs

I am a truck driver. Found Brads on google. Needed a place to park truck and trailer close to home because i couldnt park at my house. For the monthly fee to park truck and trailer i cannot complain. Everyone there is very friendly. Where else can you park where you can get a trailer washout also. Will continue parking here. Thanks guys

Just took my 2003 Ford Taurus Back to Kathy this past week and they are amazing. I dont know what the other reviews are all about but Kathy and her mechanics have never steered me in the wrong direction. I HIGHLY recommend them. You will NOT find better prices to get your car fixed. I have spent over 1000.00 at this shop and will continue my business with them. Thanks to all of you at Brads Discount Tire. You guys and gals are awesome!Keith McArthur

Always pleasant to deal with. They do offer paid overnight parking but are not open 24hrs. Washout service is on par and I will come back.

I went today ready to buy a trailer but they have the worst costumer service; the woman in the office was ignoring me while I was talkin,about to close the deal and then she changed her mind and rise the price! Even when the interior was damaged.!! So if someone wants to buy a trailer in this place make sure to check the interior paneling
