I just had a battery replaced without charge as it was under warranty. I was waited on by Adam, a great guy, very professional and knowledgeable. Could not have been a more pleasant experience. Well done Auto Zone

Top notch guys! I stopped in because of a check engine light. Fabian took the time to check out my truck and the check engine light to make sure it wasn't anything serious. He got me rolling with ease. Thanks again Fabian! That's leading by example!

My husband and I came to this AutoZone and received excellent customer care service! We bought a battery for our car and was quickly helped by the employees at the store. MARSHA assisted us with installing the battery and was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely return for our auto parts needs.

Amazing service! Speedy, a tentative. Alex was awesome, helped me out with a dead battery.Took his time didn t try to oversell me but was honest with what I needed.Didn t seem bothered by my questions and gave me genuine answers. Changed my battery and made sure I was set.Refreshing to have great service. Thank you Alex R.!

Very unprofessional manager! Kira (short blond hair) was very rude and unprofessional with her employee who made an honest mistake a mistake made by another manager soon after. The employee was scolded with theatrical eye rolls and all. Not the type of person who should be managing other people.

Called ahead and asked if I could get a battery check and told the guy the make and model of my car. He told me to come in and they can check it no problem. I drove up there and the General Manager helped me and had to rip the lining out of my trunk to find the battery and then said it was going to take about 30 mins and he didn t really have time for that. He pretty much refused to help me after telling me to come and ripping apart my car and offered to super glue it back. There were many workers there doing nothing and no other customers so there is no reason he couldn t help me. Very bad service and will be taking this up with someone higher.

The manager, Carlos, hooked up the diagnostic and discovered a loose hose clamp that was causing a false engine code. All fixed up and back on the road. Great service and attention to detail!

They could not have been more helpful. I had a dying battery and a broken terminal connector and they were able to fix both for me. I could not be any more impressed with the customer service I was provided. If I could have given 10 stars I would have.

Wow!! Best customer service ever! I was told that my brake light was out while in traffic. I googled Auto zone and decided to come into this location. Super happy I did, Fabian took care of me right away. He was able to help me and went above and beyond by installing my other brake light. He answered all my questions and ensure my problem was fixed. Thank you Fabian for the great customer service experience. Will definitely come back! You Rock

I stopped in to pick up a few items, probably a little over $100.00. After 15 minutes in line, and I was the only one in line, had to wait 5 minutes for managers approval for military discount, but walked out the door to help a customer outside. I left my stuff at the counter and walked out. I drove to Walmart and got what I needed without any delays.

Manager Aaron is an asset to your company. He needs a promotion or raise or both! Exceptional young man, very knowledgeable about anything that has to do with cars. He helped me with my batter and installed it for me in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be a returning customer just to get the exceptional customer service I received from Aaron.

Aaron was absolutely fabulous. he listened to all my dumb questions and didn't treat me like they were dumb hahaha. also he tested my car that I had to have jumped first just to get to AutoZone. and found it was only the battery, not the alternator and replaced only what I needed in one visit and a half an hour. I totally recommend this store and especially Aaron!!!
