These people are unprofessional and engage in criminal activity. My car was left in their hands and when I retrieved it, my personal property valued at over $1500 was missing. Don't do business with criminals.

Car was towed by this company and my items were STOLEN phones Brand new tools. Well over a thousand dollars worth I am currently filing a police report and will be doing anything in my power to be given my stuff back. Then they try to lie and blame Avis at international airport

Came to pick up a vehicle from impound. Had to wait well over 2 hours to get the key from one of the Tow guys who kept the key to our vehicle in his tow truck. They sent him on more pickup vs having him bring the key back. Terrible and unprofessional service. It wasn t until we got very unhappy with them and told them they should send someone to get the key. We paid you for the release and had to wait over two hours to even get the vehicle back.

Wait for my tow truck on i4 and truck A23 comes flying down the shoulder almost hitting hitting myself and my son. Call to complain and the manager out of the Orlando office told me, he on his way to a call. BS

Overpriced and the driver was not very experienced in decking trucks. Took way too much time to get set up.
