This place and the people are Amazing. We had to end up getting another truck and we needed to put our fifth wheel attachment into the our truck and my boyfriend had to have another open heart surgery and couldn t do it himself. I called other place to see see if could get some help but they couldn t get us in for a few weeks, but we needed it done asap because we had to leave for Connecticut in 4 days. Someone suggested I call the Toy Doctor. When I did they were booked out 3 weeks as well. While I was talking with, I think her Name was Pam or Patty she asked me to hold, Then she came back and said they had a cancellation and if we could get other asap. They are so nice and had it done in 3 hours. We don t know what we would have done if they weren t so kind and squeezing us in.I will always recommend them to everyone.

Toy Doctor started the service and repairs to our 2008 Tiffin Allegro Bus Aqua Hot system on the first week of January 2023, with multiple trips over the span of this last year. The Toy Doctor failed to get our Aqua Hot in operation, and they also failed to keep us up to date on any kind of accurate time frame to expect them to complete this job.After a year of no results from the Top Doctor, I contacted another company (Over the Road RV Repairs) and in less than four days they had a tech at my RV, as they informed me they would, and in less than a hour and half the tech had my Aqua Hot up and running HOT Water.July 1st, 2023, I also called The Toy Doctor to request they work on our broken toilet. After awaiting months and being told that the parts are on the slow boat from China. Then, after the needed part came in and Toy Doctor showed up, the toilet was still not repaired because he said it now needs a new ball valve and seal. Now we have awaited an additional two more months and no calls to keep us updated, Toy Doctor shows up with the new ball valve, but while installing it he breaks the new first part we waited the first months for. Now we end up at the six months point and each time I call to find out a possible date when he might complete our broken toilet, was given two different dates at two different times and both times came with no phone calls and of course he never showed up either. I contacted another contractor, and within a week, we have a working toilet again, NO THANKS to Toy Doctor.One good point I must make here, I never give The Toy Doctor a penny, and they didn t take me for anything but a waste of my time

Had a very nice experience with the Toy Doctor. They delivered on all aspects on the job they did for us, from Patty in the office to there service man Dalton, very respectful and professional. We would use them again no problem

I Contacted them last week. They called me back but they did not schedule a time . I need my A/C fixed it s summer in Florida. And then I call Monday To be told it s not gonna be this week. Hurricanes I guess. Calling elsewhere.****Update: ****After seeing my review they text me saying they would not be working with me. Lucky for me because I opened up my A/C unit and was able to fix the issue myself. Very Unprofessional and Petty. Clearly they aren t aware that I could update my review if they would have simply called to resolve the issue.

Dalton came out and inspected our thermostat and did a general inspection of the 2018 Keystone Cougar Half-ton we bought used. He answered all our questions about general maintenance in that we are first-time RV owners with literally no experience!

I couldn't stop a leak under my 5th wheel. Called Toy Doctor and when they came over, had it fixed in about 1/2 hour.

Beware of Toy Doctor! I had two bad experiences with this company. The first time was when I had them inspect our roof after the company where we bought our motor home in Lakeland was supposed to have fixed a leak we had. We were getting a second opinion. But Toy Doctor made my wife and I believe that where we bought our RV used regular paint that wouldn't cover any leaks. Because Toy Doctor made us believe that, we were fuming and went back to where we bought the RV and told them what we were told by Toy Doctor and they immediately got Toy Doctor on the phone and the truth came out. Toy Doctor admitted they lied to us and the only reason they would lie was to get us to pay them for a new roof. The second time is stated under my wife's review, that included Toy Doctor damaging our roof when installing a new air conditioner and how badly we were treated by Patty who screamed at us and at my wife for no reason except she didn't want to fix the problems they caused. Toy Doctor also stated on the receipt that they were paid $1,840. That was way overpriced. They stated on the receipt they were paid 1,350 for the part, which only included the roof part as they did not replace the inside part of the air conditioner and it didn't even include a heat pump or heat strip. Also, they charged about $500 for labor when it took them way less than 30 minutes. A search online showed a Fresh Jet is less than $1,000. Dalton stated on the receipt it was a Hi Jet, but that wasn't true. It was Fresh Jet as I called Domestic and they don't have a Hi Jet and I gave them the model number that confirmed Fresh Jet. we paid 1,130 for a Brisk II with a heat strip 2 1/2 years ago, so it was definitely overpriced. Think twice before you use Toy Doctor as they are not only dishonest and incompetent but the way we were treated was horrible.

Never showed up for service call as scheduled and didn't call to let me know. I had stayed home from work. When I called to question them, the Lady was rude and didn't care. Had to call someone else to fix our issue.

Called theToy Doctor. We were in Florida, high 80's temps and Our a/c was not cooling well. They came within a few days. They cleaned both airs, but didn't help much with the rear a/c so we ordered a new a/c and came with it in a week.Installed it and works beautifully.Very professional and well worth having them. The repair tech is a great guy. They lady who answered the phone is very rude. I almost did get services with him because of her attitude.

We were very pleased with the Toy Doctor! This is our first time using this service and we won't hesitate to use again! We are snow birding in a age 55+ park and we needed electrical repair as some of RV lights were not working. Dalton was great! We were amazed at his knowledge, hard work, and skill as he quickly figured out all the issues and got everything working correctly! He is also very professional and personable! We definitely will use Toy Doctor in the future when other issues crop up - and we hope to see Dalton again!Service: Electrical

Our AC and fridge were damaged due to lighting. Toy Doctor was able to get to us within only a couple of business days. The tech diagnosed the fridge, and performed troubleshooting and repairs to the AC in only about two hours.The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We were very happy with the service and the price.

The jack on the tongue of my travel trailer was bent completely out of shape and had to be replaced. I made an appointment for early in the morning. Google directions are accurate, but when you get to the destination, stay on the left fork (ignore the sign that warns against public access, this is just to deter random people, not those seeking services) and there's a short drive with a loop - paved. The owner was in a bit of a rush, as his help had called in and canceled work that day, and he himself had to leave early. When we realized that my ball was making my trailer sit too low to attach the new jack, and going to the store to get a new one would have put him past his departure time, he graciously gave me a new ball. I thought that went above and beyond. He answered all of my questions, was quick and pleasant to talk to, and was fair. Thanks!Service: Body & Trim

I needed my awning motor replaced and I had seen the Toy Doctor truck on the highway They set a date and time and arrived as promised. Friendly, professional, and willing to answer any question I had, Fantastic group although they were only here for a half hour. This company will be my go to for any future travel trailer needs.Thank you Toy Doc.

Toy Doctor diagnosed and repaired our RV a/c issue in about 25 minutes. They had come equipped with potential repair parts so it was a quick fix after the diagnosis. Super friendly and very reasonable prices.

I am very pleased with services provided by Toy Doctor. This is the 2nd time that they have taken care of problems ( refrigerator and most recently my propane furnace ). The repairmen were very polite and very experienced. Jamie was very informative on arranging appointment dates and times. Thank you Toy Doctor and employees.

I left Orlando heading to campground in Dade City, along the way my front A/C unit stopped working, i called the Toy Dr, i asked if they could see me the same day. They asked what time I would arrive. I told them that i would be on site by 2pm.As i arrive to park the unit on site, The Toy Dr was right behind me.Thank you guys you fixed the problem, you professional, and price was amazing.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

They did it again!!! Our hot water heater was leaking. Fear over came me on how much it would cost to replace it. The Toy Doctor replaced a washer that was defective. Their honesty and service is beyond compare. Thank you Toy Doctor!!!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Competant, busy and honest, who can ask for more?Oh, I can (but I usually settle for one of three). And when I get someone who will explain the problem, what the options are and listen to the owner well, you can bet that I will write a great review! Too bad I can't give six stars.As a woman, now retired, I have more than once had service people misrepresent needed repairs or overprice simple work. Any other company might have tried to tell me that I needed a new converter. At Toy Doctor, they removed a faulty transfer switch and had me up and running 15 minutes after they arrived.Oh. They also squeezed me in on a fully booked day AND did NOT charge extra for the service. This is the 3rd time they have done work for me, and when I need service again I will choose them, even if it means waiting several days, rather than trusting anyone who doesn't have a well eatablished reputation.

I contacted the Toy Doctor on 11-28 ( two weeks ago), and through a series of back and forth phone calls the owner quoted me an installed price for a used 18 power awning, and a NEW a/c for my cargo trailer.I have been trying to get on their schedule for the past week to have the installation performed. I even spoke with them this week, to be told that they were backed up due to the recent cold snap & that they had a backup of furnace repairs. I finally received a return call this morning with the details....They SOLD the awning last weekend & NOW the a/c turns out to be a used unit pulled off another RV.All of this when The owner and I agreed on an installed price.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS UNSAVORY COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Ive used toy doctor in the past and they were always great but lately when u call the girl is short and rude on the phone. I will start sending all my rv friends some where else. If u want business u can not be rude, word of mouth is the best advertisement and my word will go to another company from now on.

the 2 men that worked on my 5th wheel furnace were great. they explained everything to me on what to do if I had a problem. they arrived around 5:30 and went right to work, and fixed my problem right away. I would recommend Toy Doctor to anyone that needs work done. 1/27/20.

We had a difficult to diagnose issue with our RV's second AC unit. The thermostat read 32F even though it was 90 degrees in the room. AC wouldn't turn on because 32F is below the AC and thermostat operating range so the room stayed hot. Toy Doctor came by and fixed the problem in five minutes. A secondary temperature sensor line (which wasn't connected because we don't have a secondary sensor) had become wet and shorted out causing the thermostat to give the 32F reading. Toy Doctor disconnected the shorted-out line and the AC worked immediately. A humid Florida problem taken care of quickly and efficiently by Toy Doctor. Great work!Service: Air conditioning

Excellent business. Honest and trustworthy young men. They repaired multiple small items on our coach, installed a new backup camera, and fixed our a/c unit when others had told me there was nothing wrong with it. I highly recommend them.

Professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. On the down side, takes forever to get them because too much work for the number of technicians. Also the woman answering the phone was less than pleasant.

These guys are the best for RVs, both chassis and coach. They did a complete rear brake job on my 95 Hurricane, on-site and at a better price than I could find after hours of online and local searches. They are professional, courteous and very fast. If you are anywhere near Dade City or Tampa and need RV repairs check them out first and save yourself the tme and leg work. Trust me know you won't be disappointed.

Sometimes it takes two weeks to get an appointment, but these guys are worth the wait. They are very RV savvy and can fix just about anything.

We have used toy doctor about 6 times now since July of 2019....We are very happy everything they have done. They show up on time and get right to diagnosing the problem ,...then explain it fully along with cost estimate.....Knowledgeable with a can-do attitude ....We highly recommend these guys
