I shredded a tire today on the road in front of their shop. They came out to help & had my tire replaced in minutes! What wonderful caring people!!

Called today and spoke to a guy about a part. He told me they had 4 in stock. I then asked if they were already pulled or did I need to pay ahead of time and then they pull it. He told me they were all off and the price of the part. I showed up and they couldn t even locate one of them. Drove 25 minutes out of my way after being told they had something and they didn t. Will not return.

I have had nothing but the best experiences with Reutimann. Top notch customer service. Whenever i need parts and am in the area, this is where i go. Originally heard about this place when visiting a friend so i took a minute to check it out. Skeptical at first (as i am with all parts places i havent used before) i decided to give it a shot. After having a great experience i decided to get a few more parts. Now to this day even living in Michigan, i call and order parts from them. They arrive quickly, and are always the parts i order and in great quality. I very much reccomend this place to anyone in the Dade city area, and even to people who dont live in the state.

I have had nothing but good service and purchases from them.Heres my take on things.If you want new parts theres always parts stores that will sell them to you.If you want to save some money theres always a salvage yard.Heres my opinion on the people leaving negative reviews.Im sure you inquired about warranty before you made your purchase.If you took the time to take photos of the car you have been pulling parts from then you were completely aware of what you were buying.If you have been using said motor for the last 9 months with no problems then i dont see where the problem is.After all its a used part with a limited warranty.I dont see how you can fault the seller.keep up the good work guys, im sure ill see you in the future.

Gregg, we sold you a running engine out of a running vehicle with 122k miles. There is a 90 day warranty on all engines. Your engine was purchased on October 16th 2018. It is now may 2nd 2019, over 6 months later. Unfortunately our warranty is out warranty. All salvage yards give a short term warranty as they are, used parts. It is not bad service. It policy.

After the company was bought out by the Reutimanns the service has been very poor. I purchased a motor from them that was bad from the start. I asked them before was it tested. So far I have been given lies, no return calls, and unfairness. The owner Wayne Reutimann himself told me in face that all the motors they received from junk cars were pulled out, sealed and tested from the time they get it. I personally have taken previous parts off the same vehicle that I bought the engine and even took pictures and was walked to the vehicle by a staff their to check the vehicle before it was pulled. That engine was sat in the vehicle at least one year in the rain with the hood up. I know because I have actual pictures of it that I took. In the end I lost out on $1100 from the motor plus another $1000 est. In trying to restore this motor when all along it had a major problem. My mechanic had called the company himself within the first 2 weeks telling them that this motor had an issue. They told him that as long as it cranks it is basically passed for them to sell it. When I finally had the diagnosed cause results from another shop it was 6 months past my 90 day warranty. The result was low compression in banks 2,4, and 6 cylinders. Reutimann Auto Salvage would not honor a refund or replacement despite we did actually contact them 2 weeks after I purchased the motor. Be aware of their poor service and lies.

Great customer service make sure you talk to jimmy he s so helpful! And the owner went out of his way to locate a few things for me that I needed asap. So far I haven t had any problem with the parts and it s been several months now, overall definitely worth the trip!

Long story short, I needed a transmission for my F150 and Jim Brinkley got me hooked up...I received a better transmission (lower miles) and shipped for less than what I found around my area...Best experience ever and will be dealing with them again...

I have used this shop multiple times. I appreciate the help locating parts quickly and fair prices. I would certainly recommend using this shop because they have years of experience with auto parts and will go out of their way to help you.

By far some of the nicest folks I ve ever dealt with. They go above and beyond to get you what you need. Will most definitely be back for anything else I may need. Jim made the experience painless. Prices are great. No recycling yard around compares to these folks.

Thomas was super friendly and helpful in locating parts that I had called 8 different places trying to find, having the items I needed delivered the next day. I will absolutely come back to Reutimann's!

I was skeptical after the original company was bought but I have nothing but good to say about the change. I'm always able to get what I need and at very reasonable prices. The folks there, especially Jimmy, go out of their way to help you.

Called and they said we have the part but I needed to be there before 430 . Show up at 420 and they tell me they won't pull the 2 bolts for the part . I was there 10 minutes after calling . Worst customer service ever . Would give them my business ever . A bunch of lazy people

They sold me deployed/stuck seat belts. As soon as I found it (before the installation on my van) I tried to return it and was even agree for restoking fee. But they refused without any normal reason and explanation.

Awful stuff and attitude. They are selling bad parts and don't want to take them back and return money. Thought I didn't use it and tried to return according to their policy (in time and in the same condition)
