Professionals! Simply the best auto parts store in town. I ve always preferred the O Reilly chain over the competition. Their teams are always polite, knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. Our Dade City store takes it to the next level. Will ALWAYS go here first.

Stopped in to get wipers. No other customers in the store. Three of them behind the counter. No one offered to help putting them on. Was having a hard time figuring them out. Not one of them came out and offer to help. Very poor customer service at this location.

Any time I need a part for my vehicle, I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts! Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed new tag lights for my car. They had the product in stock and even helped me install the part!

This is one of 5 auto parts store within a mile radius. I purchased parts at this store along with the others, depending on price and availability. I was in need of a stop leak type product, Oreilly's was on the side of the road that I was traveling so pulled in to grab the stuff. One person at that time was working the counter. After waiting five or so minutes some wet behind the ears punk walks past me as says, "hey pal I will take you down here" I would like to point out to.this young man before I proceed, boy I ama voice a 63 years of age and you sure as hell are not my pal. The item was scanned and it was time to pay. I handed him a twenty dollar bill that was in tact but had two small tears. It was so minute I paid no attention, when the cashier in a above normal conversation level said, " hey pal I can't accept the twenty it has a tear in it". At a level that all the store occupants were now focused on me.

Went to Oriley's to get a check engine light code scanned and Xavier scanned it for me in the rain. This place and employees are great, I highly recommend this place.

I wrote this review yesterday and it was listed at the wrong Auto parts store. After comparing battert prices at Napa, Advance Auto parts and O'Reilly I visited all three places. They are close to each other. The difference was friendliness and service. The prices were about the same. At O'Reilly there were three smiling faces behind the counter eager to serve and offered to change the battery. Of course I said yes. You can't beat smiling faces and good service.

This location in Dade city is amazing I have been trying for over a month to find the right part for my car even dealerships and no one could sell me the right part. So I was left without one for some time. One of the people who worked there suggested it could be a simple fix to the part and not actually needing a new one that of course couldn't be found in their computers either, at least not the right one. But after I took the part off and the employee looked at it and messed with it a bit put it back on and worked just fine. All my life I have used advance auto parts but due to the customer service I received from this O'Reilly's in Dade city I would probably be changing.

This was by far the best auto parts store I ve had an experience with. I usually choose O Reillys for the fact they always are helpful and provide expert insight to mechanical issues. But this location specifically enhanced my overall visit. Austin was the associate who helped diagnose my vehicle. Austin provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable on the issues going on with my vehicle. Not only did he save me a good amount of money on labor with his diagnosis, he was willing to help advise on my issue to ensure I was safe on the road. I will continue to utilize this location over any other parts store and drive past any other location on my way just to experience the customer service Austin and his team offers.

These people are wonderful. I've been there several times, every time they have offered good advice, when my grandmother went in after she bought the parts the guy behind the counter put the part on for her.Great place and great people.

I called looking for Gates Green Stripe heater hose. They didn't have it in stock, and they normally don't carry it. Well they ordered a full roll, had it ready in just a couple hours, and sold me a few feet. Great service! I left happy.

I had a really bad experience today, i was told by one of the cashier's to try an item i wanted to purchase, after i tried it, i noticed that it wouldn't not work for its purpose, the cashier notified his unprofessional manager who came assuming that i was not going to pay for the item. I'm a person of color who felt like i was being judged by my Skin color. ( WHO EVER READING THIS, DON'T JUDGE ME WHEN YOU NEVER BEEN IN MY SHOES) The manager didn't even apologize to me about his wrong assumptions. When he noticed that money was not the issue, he kept his mouth shut and ignored me, in fact I never opened my mouth to state that i was not going to pay for it. These types of weak minded people are around us everywhere. i call them ignorant.

Best prices for riding lawn mower and car batteries. Rewards program earns coupons quickly. Lpve that they can test the car/truck for battery or alternator issues.

bought a battery that wont start my lawn mower and returned it to the store 1 month after purchase they tested it and it said the battery was ok but in final stage of life may not work in hot or cold conditions (see pics) would not exchange and was very rude I will never spend money where I am treated like this. would give 0 stars but no option for that

I came to OReilly's Auto in Dade City today in search of a replacement split-washer and nut for a 2 5/16th Reese Hitch Ball, and initially couldn't find one. Brian, one of the associates, greeted me when I walked in, then asked what I needed and proceeded to search everywhere to find what I needed. He found a solution that I would have never thought of and supplied me with what I needed to get the job done for me. I was thoroughly impressed with not only the professionalism and caring that Brian displayed, but his "can-do" "out-of-the-box" thinking that was most certainly customer oriented and has ensured that OReilly's is the first Auto Parts store I'll be shopping with next time I need an auto related product. The engine in my wife's truck went out and I shopped around at all the local parts stores. Chad and the Oreilys team took real good care of me. They were able to go and pick the engine up for me in Lakeland and bring it same day! All the other parts stores were telling me 7 to 10 business days. I am extremely grateful for that. Purchased the engine from this store . Thank you Chad you are a true Parts slinger and Oreilys is lucky to have you.I will only do business at Oreilys from here on out.

Just left the store 6pm Aug 21, 2018 went to buy a brand new bottle jack and it was used. Always check whatever you buy! You never know why it was returned. But they should never sell used car jacks without saying it's used! They hold up 2 tons that can crush and kill you. Seriously!

I am formerly employed at the Dade City lacation; I buy almost all my automotive needs, they are courteous and competitively priced. They will price match all their legitimate competition excluding online companies.
