Jayson is the best Diesel mechanic I know. He has been able to diagnose the issues quickly and correctly. The repairs also done quickly. Very friendly and knowledge and is very happy to discuss details with the client. I've taken my e350 7.3 van there after months of problems and $$ at the local Ford dealer. And it was worth the $$ to have it towed an hour away!Excellent customer service all around.

BEST place I ve been to. Communication is easy and quick, and Jason always has time for my car if needed. Very honest, no rip-off, takes time to explain the issues, fair pricing, answers all my questions in a very knowledgeable way. They were fast and professional. And once because our schedules didn't coincide, they delivered my finished car to my door. I consider Mack's Garage my.personal mechanics. vehicles. I've purchased many things here at this store and everybody has always been helpful and awesome but what I didn't expect was when I was looking for a bushing for my truck that it wouldn't be there and apparently it's nowhere to be found in any store locally. I had no idea what to call the part other than a bushing but the person in the store was exceedingly helpful and was able to find the part number despite the fact it's not something that is made aftermarket. I was able to order it online but I'll tell you something they went above and beyond on customer service. For those things that I can purchase in a store I definitely am happy with NAPA.

I own a Disaster Restoration Company and Jason keeps our high milage diesel trucks running like brand new vehicles.Hands down the best in the area!!

While travelling in Florida, the alternator in my car broke. My car was towed to the shop and was quickly replaced by the owner, Jason. The service and price was good and fair. If I lived near his shop, I would have no hestation taking any vehicle to his shop and know that I was treated fairly. It is always tricky being out of state and trying to get a car fixed. 5 stars is not enough to show my appreciation for Jason's shop. Many thanks.

Every time I seem to go here the given deadline gets pushed back about ten times. They do decent work but expect to wait a freaking millennium for your repair. Plus communication skills are dreadful.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

First trip in we thought it was my water pump .that is a huge expense on my p.t cruiser because its attached to another part .anyway they quoted me 1200$ for that n some other minor work based on our diagnosis without seeing my car .I approved it and had the car towed in ..a day later they call me back and ADMIT my water pump is fine .fixed my issues for 500 n change .fast forward 6 weeks and the car is overheating AGAIN .call them up and ask about the warranty on the work .am told 1 year or a thousand miles .they send a tow truck .me I'm freaking because my Christmas is about to be ruined because NO place ever admits its their fault right? WRONG ! They paid for the tow fixed a loose clamp on the hose n had me back on the road the very next day ...they could have easily argued that the clamp vibrated loose n wasn't their fault instead of admitting it was defective .I'm female n would not know the difference .these guys price fairly and back up their work .if you are looking for a good honest fair mechanic I highly recommend them .especially if your a single female who has to trust the mechanic not to take advantage of you .

This is the worst shop around dude running has no clue what he doing waited 2 weeks to get in for him to tell same thing I told him what's was leaking and I'd have to wait another week dude clown and dont know how there still in business thanks for wasting hard family time when we could of went somewhere else and had the problem taken care
