It was an excellent experience. They took care of my insurance claim. They clearly communicated the timeframe and technician. Parts and service were provided on the same day. They came to us with all the tools they needed. A very reliable company. They knew exactly what they were doing during the install and calibration. The technicians were mannerable. The windshield has been replaced and the car restored to new state. This process was very stress-free thanks to them. I highly recommend them. Great job guys!Service: Auto windshield repair

I had called them to see if I could get an empty crate so that I could use it to ship an SUV front grill on eBay. Everyone was extremely nice. They even unpacked a windshield for me to have the crate. After seeing it, the size was too big and heavy for me to use. Based on that customer experience, I would highly recommend them and I will surely call them for any and all of my glass needs.

6 weeks to get a window replaced. They had a different excuse each week. The worst part was the total lack of communication with me, I had to call weekly to find out what was going on. In the end they did give me a discount and that helped a bit. Would I recommend them to friends or family or use them again probably not.

Went to KK Glass Dade City to replace a few windows for my home the moment I walked in I was help out the big nice guy at the desk was really helpful I think his name was Keith or Kevin, he was very pleasant with helping me with my measurements and with choosing the right glass ..quick turn around time I was able to pick up my order the next business day by Noon .

Save a headache to yourselves and dont even try to do business at this location. They put me on hold for 30 plus minutes and never came back to me with the promessed quote.Very disappointing experience.
