I called around looking for services and found this place that was a better price. They said they could tow that day so great but hours later I get no feed back and then was told a later time to be able to tow that ran into my plans I already had and said they could do later later came not able to do it so message to say in the morning. They get there in the morning all is well then I am given a different price fine I work w it. I leave ten minutes after and show up 20 mins before them so I message to ask if all was ok. No responce so I call they said they were almost there 10 more minutes go by. Finally they get there and they said the door to my rv kept coming open ok reasonable As they leave I finally get everything connected and notice a gaping hole under my rv and all the lines are leaking . Everything was checked before being towed. I text and try to get someone out and it was a game of tag. I then cAll and get told they would call back and then they never did. This move went from 250 tow to 300 plus worth of damage I now need to fix when there were zero problems at the beginning just beware and make sure you follow bc now I m in bind n really sucks when trying to get on your feet

Great service!! Had to do a review because this man has saved me several times from being stranded on the road. No matter the time he will come out and get you out of any and every situation that you may be caught up in. These are REAL people that keep it 100 and don t overcharge for service!! Truly appreciate the help A!

My mother's van was stuck at McDonald's today. I called Dub's. Told him everything,and he said he was at Bushnell n to give him a half hr to get there to tow the van & give me price on what needed to be done. After a hr n half,I called. My sister called him...no answer n we all left messag3s...no reply. I texted him. No reply. I even called after with leaving messages to say if he can't make it..ok...but to please let me know..n that I still would like him to fix the van even if he couldn't tow. Very rude. No excuse NOT to call back. If u can lie to a potential customer on one thing...how are u to ever be trusted on another? No,thank u!

Put the wrong size tire on. Then they charged for a brand new tire but put on a used one. They take your money and block your number. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We will pursue legal action for this scamService: Tire changeService: Tire change

LIFESAVER!!!! When no one else is willing to recover my husband stuck truck in the middle of nowhere they came through in the middle of the night! Save my husband and his friends! Said they would be there in 30- 45 minutes. Called after an hour and they said it would be another 20-30 minutes. A few minutes later I see some shirtless dude telling me that they were here to change my tire and their truck was overheating on the other side of the interstate. Then they brought over a scissor jack that looked like it was out of an 84 Chevy beretta to try and lift a full size service truck. After all was said and done the fee was $243 .for a used tire. Needless to say I ordered spares for all of my service trucks so this never happens. Call a reputable company with the proper tools. Not 2 guys and a scissor jack Service: Tire change

Don't use this business! My elderly father paid $300 to have his truck towed, and they kept it for 4 days saying they were going to see if they could fix it, but apparently this auto repair place could not fix it. Instead, they brought it back to my father's house in the dark, left it down the street, and ask for more money for their trouble. The truck came back with its radio stripped out, it's backup camera stripped out, tools stolen out of the back, medication stolen, a new battery swapped out for an old one, and probably more once the mechanic gets underneath to see what damage is done. We spoke to Aaron at this business and he admits to the battery, and the fact that he towed the truck without telling my dad where it was going, (my dad was broken down on the side of the road and they stopped and "offered" to help for $300.00).This Aaron states that it must have been ransacked when he stored it on a buddy's lot. We asked for thier liabilty insurance info and they refused. Now they are not taking our calls and we are filing a police report. Do not use them! This was a crime against the elderly.Update For those of you who have asked, here's an update on my dad's situation. The police department called Aaron Weeks of Dub A's Automotive ine City and Aaron agreed to replace the missing radio and backup camera within 2 weeks. It has alrdy been a week and we have not heard from him. the gas tank was drained. It had a half tank of gas. We will let everybody know if Aaron weeks makes this right.Aaron, we did not for an engine rebuild.Service: Car towing

Can not say thank you enough. I was stranded for 4 hrs and the owner brought his personal car at 330 in the morning to jump mine off. Then followed me almost 30 mins to make sure I made it home. No other company would come to help. He got me out of the cold and home and I cannot thank him enough.Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service
