I really tried hard not to do this. We chose to use this company to support local small business. After 4 months of back and forth we were finally informed that the car was finished minus a small plastic piece under the mirror. I got the keys from the shop and let them know I would be back after closing to pick the car up once I had a ride. When I got in the check engine light was on. I drove home to find the transmission not shifting, the AC blowing hot, and the power steering make a noise. Part of the repairs were crushed lines so I knew what the issue was. Power steering fluid was empty, AC was not recharged and transmission fluid empty. Took the car to dodge who had it for another month (yes 5 months no car) just to find the transmission was compromised due to negligence and had to be replaced. Fast forward car is repaired. Still needing pin stripes and the plastic mirror piece from the body shop that they said they would call about when they received. Went to the shop to ask when they would finish just to be informed they would need to ask our insurance company for more money. So they replaced a fender that was pinstriped and refuse to finish without more money. Awesome customer service. If you go here and they say they will call you back.......nope. Don't expect them to stand behind their work or call you back. Every time we call the desk lady will say I will call you back. Her call back button is broken. Clearly a tactic to get off the phone. Oh and I am still trying to figure out how they cashed my insurance checks without my signature.

Wow is all I can say. These guys did a super amazing job fixing my Hyundai Elantra and wow wow wow. Check the photos out. Highly recommend this shop to anyone around. Super good guys and the turn around rate was fast. Thank you again guys for fixing my car. Looks brand new and drives smooth wow

I m amazed at how beautiful my truck looks again. They fixed a small rust spot by my XM antenna where a rock had chipped the roof area. They did a great job and it was done a day early!! I m so happy, I was a little nervous to try somewhere new but SpecialT is first class. I d give them 10 gold stars if I could.

Didn't get any work done. They couldn't fix the problem with my jeep but recommended a shop. Nice people.

Never hired a body shop before but they took care of the body that had small rust holes, saved the panels (my request) and painted everything to match. There was a small oversight and when I pointed it out Tim asked how I wanted to resolve and made it right. The end results were great, I just waited a little longer, no problem for me. Thanks for the great work.

I hit a deer and Special T Auto was able to get me right in to take a look at it. They worked directly withy insurance and got the ball rolling fast! I didn t have to do anything they took care of everything for me. When they got done with my repairs my car looked better than ever before. They are very nice and they care a great deal about their customers. They take pride in the work they do and I ll definitely use them again in the future if needed Service: Body & Trim

The reason I m writing this review is because I want people to know that they have No communication, and they have NO respect for your vehicle. So if you value your vehicle and would like to be kept informed of the progress , try to take your business elsewhere. On top of the cost, I m having to repair items taken off and misplaced or items damaged.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Special T auto goes above and beyond!!! They came to the accident site, got the tow truck, helped me get my rental, even gave me a ride to pick it up!! My car was fixed in a timely fashion. Their attention to detail , like the paint job is outstanding!!!I would never go anywhere else!!! I went to�Special T Auto yesterday.They replaced a door hinge on my 2002 lincoln. I waited and had some conversation with the�owner and a few employees.Everyone had a great attitude�and that reflects a great work environment, I like that.They do excellent work at fair prices.I will confidently recommend this shop.

about 2 weeks ago i bought a trunk lid for my kia rio sedan. the old one had a hole in it and i did not want filler on the car. i pulled into special T auto and noticed that things were on a mega clean up. we found out it was not dent in one anymore, but i decided to give these people a try. and i am so glad i did. i asked for just the top to be painted and leave trunk side as it is. nope! they painted the hole trunk lid and called me to get it installed. HOLY SHNIKE what a job! perfect match, all body lines good and all hardware installed. from now on special T is my to go to place to get bodywork from. personnel are professional and caring. good bunch of people. and by the way GREAT PRICE. thank you special T.

Great people work there. Talented , knowledgeable skilled whatever you want to call it . I have had to call on their help twice this year and I decided I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. I have used Special-T Auto 4 times now and they by far are the best. The owner Tim makes sure your job is done right. The workmanship the painter Ron does is fantastic. Had a body fender issue with my 2010 Chevy hhr. They not only fixed it but also found a very serious problem with a wheel bearing hub. Got the part locally and had me back on the road with everything fixed to my satisfaction. They also wash the car and polished my alum wheels! Special-T Auto was an absolute pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job fixing my BMW bumper. The workmanship was top quality for a reasonable price. Tim was very friendly and helped me through the decision-making process. Body shops can be very hit or miss, but Special-T is certainly a 'hit'. I highly recommend Special-T Auto.

These guys at Special T did an awesome job on our 2010 Miata. Work was finished as scheduled and kept us informed along the way. This will be from now on our go to body shop if ever needed again. Honest, attention to detail, easy to talk with. Much appreciated.

I got into a accident with my car back in January, and I couldnt have gone to a better place for my car to get rebuilt! my car is my baby, I love it to death. they fully rebuilt it 0 issues, 0 flaws I loved the results, honestly my car feels better now! project took a little while, but with it being an european car and corona delaying alot of stuff worldwide, it wasn't much of a issue. Tim and his crew are fantastic. They repaired a few major indentations in the rear bumper. The bumper looks like a brand new bumper. When I was there I looked around at the repairs that they had done. I highly recommend Special T Auto for all you auto body repairs.

Have had numerous dealings with this place to do paint and body work, and had to return to have them redo there work each time. The last visit the owner was very unprofessional and refused to stand behind there work. Would not recommend them and urge others to steer clear!

I highly recommend Special T's Auto.Took my Toyota Corolla in to have my badly oxidized roof painted and after 3 weeks I noticed a little spot where the clear coat was coming off.Took it back and repainted it for no cost.Also had my hood and trunk painted.Justin is very honest and fair.I will definitely go back and recommend this business to my friendsService: Painting

Holy S#!T! My husband took our old 1998 dodge ram 1500 with low milage an no rust, damage on door and quarter panel and peeling paint throughout. Special T made it look better than new. These guys have old-school work ethic and clearly take pride in any job they do. Seems like the owner will treat you with respect whether you have an old truck or a Mercedes. We are here from Maine and plan to bring our jeep and hhr down for some work in future winters. They even polised the rims and cleaned the engine. I will share photos when we get the replacement grill.
