I am truly grateful and satisfied with my experience with Frank and Nevaeh at Romanelli s. Hands down the most amazing and understanding group of people I could have encountered when purchasing a Dodge from them. I had issues with my taxes this year and was screened for possible fraud with a possible delay of 9 weeks!!!! I do believe they were just happy to help, as we had a new addition to my family making this baby number 7, I needed another vehicle to transport everyone!!! Being grateful is all I can say because I don t think words can justify the level of understanding and professionalism I encountered here. Thank you for all that you have done for my family!!! I truly recommend to my friends and family.

Thank you Jackie at Romanelli & son for helping me in the purchase of my Saab 9-3. She worked from start to finish getting it done. The car runs and drives good, just needs a little finish work which is why they sold it to me at a good price. I highly reccomend them for your used vehicle needs. For cash sales they accept credit and debit card for your convenience.

I can't say enough good things about my experience here, it's so hard to find honest good people these days, and if you come here that's exactly what you will find! They have quality cars, they make the process so easy, and they work with you, compared to other places, there's no comparsion! They have them all beat! They are kind and welcoming and make you feel at ease. I highly recommend them and I will be a return customer for sure. Thank you all so much for a great experience !

Very dishonest person... If you let him sell your car better get something in writing bout the price. He took a man that was suppose to a friend, car to sell an lied bout selling it for a certain price but the man's dead know. So there you go..BEWARE!!!!!!!

Purchased a Chrysler 200. Everyone that works here is friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured and the sales people aren't overbearing like other dealerships I have been to. It also feels good to support a family owned business! I'll definitely be back.

This is the first review I have ever done,Frank and his wife Jackie are absolutely wonderful. They are the best car lot I have ever dealt with. Anytime I had a problem with my van Frank was right there, never had service like that from anybody else.If your looking for an honest car lot, who stands behind their cars, these are the folks for you. I can't say enough good things about them . Thank you !!

Great business people. Frank and Jackie take care of their customers from start to finish. Bought my 2nd car from them and couldn t be happier. They treated us like family. Definitely would do business with them again. I ve done a lot of car shopping and dealt with dishonest people. But not at Romanelli and Sons! 5+ stars!

We have bought 2 vehicles from them and will continue to buy our vehicles for them. The owners are very trust worthy and honest which is sometimes hard to find at used car lots. Both the SUV and the truck we bought were in great shape and got great deals on them. The owners are SO nice and so beyond helpful! My kids even love going there cuz they love the wife and they get popsicles

Didn't have any thing I wanted, but they were very helpful and courteous. Told them what I was looking for, took my # and said they would call if something came in. Got a truck in real nice one. Did the paperwork for a loan. Called and texted, no response from them. I was totally ignored. I don't think he put the paperwork in. He put the truck out on the lot, asking more than he quoted me. Found another truck at Gulf breeze. Filled out same loan paperwork and got this truck. I take back my 5 stars for this place and give them to Gulf breeze auto.

My husband bought a car turned out to be a lemon then got another POS from them. Then a year later our daughter buys an infinity from them had it 40 days and the tranny's no good. Be careful they fix em up just enough to get you on your way.... BTW we did not know she was buying from them or we would of stopped it.

One thing I take very seriously is how I am treated a customer, in my lifetime I have the pleasure to deal with some wonderful people.Then in our lifes our paths cross and we have wonderful experiences with down to earth honest people and it is the. that leave a everlasting memory of just how wonderful and easy life can be when dealing with there customers that they choose to treat like family. Me and my wife were2 people that crossed frank romanelli and son auto sales and can't say enough how wonderful and professional....You want a fantastic deal do yourself a favor and go see frank romanelli you will tha k God you did.

Saw a truck advertised on FB that I was interested in. Asked what time they opened Friday morning. I was told they would be there at 10am. Friday morning I message to make sure the truck is still available. Was told yes. Let them know I was on my way. Coming from another town it would take me a little over an hour to get there. At 10 minutes away I get a text the truck just sold. I was apologized to and told they would send a gas card. Never received. I will never consider them for business again.

We stopped in there today and a lady greeted us. We told her we seen her sign for down payments starting at $500. She said she didn't really have anything with that down payment and then told us to give her a minute. She said her husband would be right out to speak to us. We stood around outside for 20 minutes nobody bothered to speak to us afterthat.We got in ocould help.. when we said we had been bur car and a young man asked if he could help us. We explained we had been waiting on the owner and he said well he is out back working. But offerd to help. When I said thw lady told us we needed to talk to the owner he just said ok.Very disappointed.
