Highly recommend Jenkins Lincoln to anyone looking for a vehicle. Patrick, Keith, & Melissa went above and beyond to get us an approval for the vehicle we wanted. Not only did they work with us during some challenges, they ensured we were satisfied the entire time we were there. Thanks a million guys!!!

I recently visited Jenkins Lincoln and was approached by one of the salespeople Ashley Craig. Even though I wasn t quite sure if I was ready to buy a new car she showed me the a few SUV s. She described the differences between the models and the various packages available and how they worked. I didn t feel pressure and felt bad taking up so much of her time. I will need to save up more for the down payment and will contact her directly when it is time for me to buy.

Well. The car wash was very well done. They left me sitting in the waiting room almost four hours. Finally walked outside and saw it sitting there. Paperwork said car ready at 12:06.I found it at 1:30.

So worth the wait and anticipation on my custom Lincoln Aviator. What a beauty! Everyone at Crystal was so kind and welcoming. And a big shout out to Casey for walking me through all of the bells and whistles, which there are many. He is very patient and very knowledgeable. He even has the page numbers memorized in the owner s manual. If you need further guidance on that feature when you get home, you can go to page 190 in your manual or give me a call. Happy to drive away as a member of the Crystal family.

I live in The Villages, FL. I went to Crystal Automotive to lease a Lincoln. The staff at this dealership were superb. Excellent customer service. You pay what they say you will pay. No hidden costs. Don't purchase anywhere else until you visit their dealership. I would highly recommend Crystal Automotive. I will be a repeat customer.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Lincoln. The following employees (all-in sales) were outstanding people to deal with. Garrett Iffts was extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Patrick, sales manager, very understanding, also great to deal with. Elizabeth, sales extremely nice, although I dealt with her briefly. I highly recommend Garrett if one is looking for a Lincoln or Ford. He is ACES. On the negative side, I did encounter one very poor employee. Bruce Acevedo, a sales manager, should definitely not be dealing with the public. He lacks people skills, talks over and down to you. Stay away from him and you ll have a great car buying experience.

I had problems with my Lincoln MKX....back lift gate would not work. Took my car to Crystal Lincoln in Crystal River. They were professional, thorough and detailed. Cameron arranged a loaner car for me. He notified me that my car needed a new part. He ordered the part and notified me when the car was ready. I appreciate the way the service team handled my problem. It was a pleasure to deal with Cameron and the staff at Crystal Lincoln.

Complete disappointment. First experience with service dept since Jenkins acquired dealership from Crystal. Jenkins could definitely take lessons in customer service from Crystal. Check engine light came on week ago. Mileage was under 50k. Still covered by warranty. Called Jenkins for appt. First available was yesterday, more than week after I called and check engine came on. Arrived at appt. Mileage 50.8k. Because I had to wait, and mileage over 50k, vehicle no longer covered by warranty, even though I tried to get it in when it still was covered. Jenkins employee stated sorry nothing we can do, you have to pay for work, and suggested I call Lincoln as they will probably cover if I explain situtation. I called Lincoln and it was immediate..."unfortunately, there's nothing we can do for you." Diagnostic test was over $200 and with everything else, it would have totalled nearly $800. If I could have taken my vehicle in when I called, this wouldnt have been issue as my mileage was under 50k and still covered by warranty. Will never recommend Jenkins and will definitely never use them again.
