The whole team really went above and beyond to make sure we got a great car, without pushing us out of our budget/comfort zone. If we said no , that was it, no further pressure. They were so upfront, honest, and really made sure we had the best price/financing options available. Because we were there after banks closed, they even dropped the car off at our house, 30 minutes away, the next day when the final inspections and everything was done! Really impressed with team, especially Paige, and would highly recommend going to them for any new or used car.

I have been coming to Jenkins Kia since 2017. Dave Bushnell has been my service advisor ever since. Chris the shop supervisor is the only technician I allow to work on my car because I trust him explicitly when he took on an electrical problem with my car no other technician could figure out.The way he spoke to me made me feel safe and that he meant every word he said and that allowed me to trust him. Dave is wonderful every time I see him. He always gets me in immediately. Dave is very professional and we share a lot of laughs during every visit. Outstanding customer service and professionalism every time.I might add, that Keith is such a precious soul. So courteous, professional, funny and ever so loving. I just love Keith

Went here to look for a vehicle to lease. After all was explained as far as price and payments, we decided it was a better idea to buy. I have always serviced my 2021 Kia Sorento since I brought it there.This is one of the best dealerships that you can go to purchase a vehicle. They will work with you the best that they can to make sure that you leave there with a vehicle. They are not miracle workers but they work hard at giving you the best of service with the experience of the sales team. The quality of maintenance service that I have received especially 1 person in particular David Bushnell. I have received nothing but quality service from him and and all the service personnel. I enjoy the service there. They always let me know if something is wrong with my car and always advise me of future services my vehicle may need. They don't pressure you to buy anything. There only concerns are their customers and quality vehicle service. I will continue to go there, continue to be serviced and continue to give them my business.I don't know what others have said but I have never had anything other than 100% service. From sales to maintenance to the washing of my vehicle. Thank you guys for washing my car looks great every time. I was able to make an appointment the same day I needed and I didn t have to wait too long for service to be done. They were able to honor a coupon I had for my Hyundai. I loved the video they sent as they were doing the multi point inspection and told me areas that were in need of attention. I also like that they are close by the area I live. All in all a good experience!

Worst Kia dealership ever, my mom bought a car from this place and they are the worst dealership ever. Poor service! Do not buy a car from this place. Do not trust them, they don t do right by people especially the elderly. They don t fix the vehicles correctly and they sell bad cars! My mom couldn t even get her rental car covered for two days.

I'd give zero stars if allowed. My parents bought a car from these clowns and the finance manager tried to swindle them. He would not take "no" for an answer on the warranty plan, repeatedly pressured them until they said "ok "just to get out of there. Warning to others, they blatantly take advantage of senior citizens. After repeated conversations with the very unprofessional and unethical finance manager to try to cancel and remove the warranty plan, he switched the plan to the more costly premium plan without them knowing. Their tactics are unethical and criminal. Please tell your elderly parents not to go here!!

First time buyers here and by far the best experience we have had. All employees are very welcoming and friendly. They got us in and out with a good timely manner. Of course the best thing was we love the vehicle that my wife and I purchased. Definitely will go back in the future!

I made my service appointment online; very easy! My Service Tech, Devon, reviewed everything with me prior to the service being done. Great communication and great service! They also corrected an item on recall at the time of service which saved me another trip in. I m very pleased with Jenkins Kia in Crystal River!

I did not forget my review I have wanted to finally expressed. Very disappointed with this place. You think the big real care lots will take care of you better than the side ones, that they are trust worthy, and know what they are doing right?!? NNOOOTTTT. How hard was it to make sure my drain oil plug was on/tighten ? Let me not mention professionally trained individuals who we are suppose to trust. Nothing more frightening then driving home from school & your engine die, while oil leaking out oil, in the middle of traffic with semi trucks, people driving extremely fast & not stopping, and only having one vehicle (which is a 2022 K5). The sad part is once calling them for help from the disaster they created. They failed & neglected to take responsibility for their abuse to my engine/oil tank emptying. Did not help at all. Trying to move my vehicle out the middle of the Tampa's traffic to a parking lot was insane. Nevvverrr will they be of service!

We have been coming here since it was called citrus Kia, and I recently traded in my car to a bigger car and Timmy and his staff went above and beyond to help get me in my new car. They are willing to work with you even if your credit is not the best, and will most definitely give it there all to help get what you need. We found the website for Jenkins with a vehicle we liked and contacted their online department about the vehicle. The ad sad the vehicle price is $48,385. We told them I was driving 3 hours to get there. When I arrived I was treated great by Tim, the sales person. Then he turned me over to his sales manager who proceeded to tell me that the actual price including "dealer add-ons is $58,934. He said the online ad mentioned the add-ons. It did not under any circumstances say it was an additional $10,000 over the price in the ad. It must have been some very tiny print as I've looked and looked for it. I drove 3 hours there and 3 hours home due to unacceptable advertising practices. They KNEW I was driving that far. I guess if you don't live close by you don't get the same treatment as the local customers. I have photos of the ad and the other price I got when I arrived there. Shame on you Jenkins Kia. You can and should do better. KIA lost a customer today. Be prepared to pay more than you anticipate. Extremely tiring and disappointing day. Also while introducing himself to me the sales manager let me know immediately that someone else had just called about the vehicle. I didn't think that was true. I felt like he wanted me to feel pressure to hurry up and buy the vehicle. I've been a sales manager my entire career. I would never treat a customer like this.

New car buying the way it should be, easy, no pressure sales, got good trade-in $$ for our other car, great dealer discounts, and they were able get us a super good finance rate especially in today's economy. Not just saying stuff for a review, but I am truly happy with my purchase experience. Buying a new car can sometimes be such a pain, but they honestly made it easy. My second purchase from Jenkins Kia in CR, probably be a third in a couple of years. If you go there looking for a car be sure to ask for and see Brandon. He and Scott (finance guy) made it easy.

Darien and the rest of the staff at Jenkins Kia were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help our son get into a car that he loved and could afford. There were a couple times that we thought it might not happen (one because of how crazy high our insurance was going to be) but they helped us overcome every barrier! Excellent experience and I would highly recommend them!

Nelson and the fine gentlemen on the finance team did such a great job. No pressure in me buying my colorado. I orginally went in for a Ram but it was already gone i ended up with a better and newer truck in the end!

It was brought to our attention by another Kia dealership that Jenkins Kia inflated that purchase price on a vehicle we weren't even shopping for in order to make it look like they were offering us more for our trade in, setting unrealistic expectations, while trying to justify numbers that didn't make sense. We've been told that this isn't uncommon for this dealership. Not the place to go to if you're expecting transparency.

I came into jenkins kia to test drive a 2001 Mustang. Nelson meet us outside. He was very nice and outgoing, he was not pushy, and took his time with us. He is a great sales man. Keep up the good work.

We recently visited just to look at the carnival and find out cost. We were greeted by Nelson who took his time answering all of our questions even at closing time. He never made us feel rushed and wasn t pushy. It was overall a great experience and we left with a brand new Kia Carnival.

Traumatized from my first car buying experience..After saving up my husband and I came to Jenkins Kia of Crystal River to purchase our very first car together.We ended up on a 2018 certified Kia soul and if I knew then what I know now we wouldve ran out of that dealership at the speed of light.We have owned this car for just almost a year and in that time there has only been TWO months we haven't had to take it in for work to be done and that is including a NEW ENGINE .We haven't driven it more than just around town and to work for fear of it giving out at anytime.When the engine gave out we were closer to Lakeland so the vehicle had to be towed to regal Kia .After dealing with that nightmare when the car had engine failure A WEEK LATER I called and spoke to Jamie and told her everything that had been going on with the car and provided her with the paper trail of fixes the car had to have in the short amount of time we've owned it, she just stated that "they would never knowingly sale us a bad a car and that she was sorry it was having issues " but never once offered any type of assistance or accountability for the vehicle.After speaking with her and providing her with the documentation of work orders and documents showing we've taken it to all its oil changes and ect. She just kind of shrugged it off and told us we needed to get with Regal Kia to get it fixed since they were the last ones to touch it which is just perfect since regal Kia is stating since we bought the car from Crystal River we need to take this dud back to them.I don't have the funds to keep taking this car into the shop every month to get God knows what fixed and I live in fear Everytime I have to drive this vehicle that I'll be in a wreck or can't get to work because I was taken advantage of and sold a lemon.My husband and I believed we were getting a reliable vehicle and instead we got a death trap. I hope this can deter someone else wasting there hard earned cash on a vehicle that will continue to break down from a car dealership that could care less.BUY ANYWHERE ELSE

Tire light went on and I took my car to the dealership! They took my car right away. In addition to my tires they checked anything recalled and ordered parts. Safety of my occupants is number one , so I appreciate that. All in all a good experience.

Usually service departments let you know what was done to the vehicle my experience with Jenkins. The only thing they do is call you when it s car is ready and have you sign the paperwork and hand you your keys. It seems like they re all very busy.
