Last night I needed a tow. I am unfortunately a AAA member. After waiting way to long with my disabled father, and a state trooper telling me to just cancel AAA as it is worthless, I called GS Auto Towing. In 20 minutes my car was picked up and being transported to a dealer close to me. The driver was extremely friendly and quick. Allowing us to get on our way quick. I did not get a call from a human from AAA until well after I was home and car was dropped off at the dealer. Don't waste your money with AAA, call local tow companies. They will always provide way more reliable service and worth it.

Needed a tow yesterday due to a dead battery. Mitchell with GS Towing came quickly and got my car started. Will definitely call GS Auto Towing when in need again. Mitchell was great!

If you are gay, do not call this company! Says open 24 hrs, but doesn't answer if he knows you're gay, will also call you some very hurtful slurs! What a shame to treat people this way for no reason AT ALL!!!!

My truck was stolen in chiefland last night and was found by the police thank God and they used these guys to tow my truck from behind abandoned house so I called they was great coming out about 9pm no attitude at all they want almost $500 to get it remind u less than 24hrs ..so I called them this morning Gary or Greg whichever name he gave me was very rude said he can't get it till Monday he's not sending his guys in this weather ok I get it but the attitude and getting loud and mean wasn't necessary and ccso needs to get better towing business js I've never been in this situation but i know this isnt how to do it but what goes around comes around. Gs towing.so ive heard...I do have proof that I'm the registered owner you wouldn't give me a chance I don't live in c.c so yeah your response makes no sense

After calling 2 other tow services to rescue our box truck GS towing said we will be right out . Matthew showed up in twenty minutes. After discovering the trucks problem Matt repaired the truck enough so we could limp to the service center for the needed repair, ultimately saving us the towing portion of the bill. Being a non-profit saving money means a lot. Thank you Matt and GS towing for exceptional service.Service: Special vehicle towing

Matt is my hero! We broke down in Inverness and had to call for a tow. First time having a car towed in maybe 25 years? I was very apprehensive. But Matt was professional, courteous, and friendly as he towed our car to a local shop at a reasonable cost. Thanks GS Towing !!

When our newly purchased used car died on the way back from the DMV, we contacted AAA for a tow. After an hour wait AAA called and advised they could not get a tow service and to wait until they contacted us. Our daughter suggested G&S whom we called and they came right out. Jeff, the tow technician, was extremely professional. He advised us of the options and took photos of our vehicle, then loaded it on the flatbed. When we arrived at the garage, Jeff went above and beyond working with the garage personnel to shoehorn the car into a maintenance bay. Everyone at G&S, from the dispatcher to Jeff were incredibly friendly AND helpul. It's a class act.Service: Car towing

Thank you Greg for coming and rescuing my daughter's car today! You were our knight in a white Ford! Greg, was incredibly patient with my questions over the phone. He even tried to help me fix the car over the phone. When we couldn't fix it, he was there in 15 mins to tow us from Inverness to Crystal River. Very affordable! Thank you Greg! We will recommend you and always use you! You made a customer for life! First timers today, life timers forever. <3

We were getting a serious runaround with our roadside assistance and several hours passed while we waited for them to arrange transportation from our home to the dealership service department in Ocala which is only 24 miles.After reaching our limit for frustration, we called GS Towing from a Google search and Matt had a flatbed tow truck out to us in about 30 minutes. Best of all, they agreed to allow the roadside assistance handle the payment! 5 Star For Sure... Spent 100.00 on meat came out of store car would not start.. Called GS and I had a tow truck in 15 min. Great Service and the driver was also Great.. Had my car and meat home in less than an hour... If I ever need a tow again they will be my first call...

This company responded by way of OnStar. I had never heard of them until today. The first thing I noticed is how clean the tow truck was. The two gentlemen that arrived were friendly and thoughtful. I had a Mustang that with an security error code and wouldn't start. I called GS for a tow to my mechanic to get it diagnosed. When Rich showed up he was polite and asked what the problem was. I explained what I was experiencing with my vehicle. He then told me he could probably get it started for me and did. It was a reset from a low battery. I had lights so it never crossed my mind a security error code was battery related. He jumped my battery and it started right away. My jaw dropped. Great company Rich is awesome and I will be sending everyone to these guys.Service: Car towing

We were locked out of our 300zx at Biscuit Barn, we were going to use AAA but fortunately GS towing was right next door. They had us unlocked and on our way in 5 mins. Doug is the best!!! I was told it would take 40 minutes for the truck to get to me but it took half the time! I was an hour and a half from my house and my car had broken down and he didn't have any trouble taking me that far. He was very nice and told great stories the whole time. I'll definitely recommend him and his brother to my friends and family. Thanks for everything

I inadvertently hit some road debris which puntured my tire. GS was hired by my insurance company and they arrived sooner than expected. Matt was polite and very efficient. Fast and professional service from the tow-truck driver. Promptly answered my call on the first try after calling 2 other local places because they were closer and not getting an answer. I was in a pinch and they wasted no time in getting to us!
