Kevin and Bobby are great. Always fix my atv and utv and the price is very fair. My machines always rode and operate better after being there. They are very knowledgeable and I d highly recommend brining your machines there

Bobby and Kevin are truly remarkable and knowledgeable individuals. We installed flat tow hooks on my Jeep and the whole set up which required cuts into the bumper. They did an outstanding, neat and clean job. Their integrity and compassion are evident in everything they do, which is increasingly rare in today's society. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Citrus 4x4. These guys are the epitome of professionalism and authenticity.

My father recently passed away and we found out that one of his cars was in the shop here. I was excited to get the car but then found out that it wasn't running and I would have to trailer it home. The guys were in the process of doing a major restoration on it but we couldn't leave it to be finished because we had to account for it for the estate. They were nice enough to offer to let us use their car hauler to bring it back to the house. When we came to pick it up, the car was sitting in front of the shop, they had fixed the fuel pump so that we could drive it home and did it for us free of charge! Of course we offered to pay but they wouldn't let us - I found their kindness to be very touching during our loss. We will definitely be bringing the car back up to finish the restorations when everything is settled. We need more people like this in the world!

So I bought a clean 1982 Jeep out of state and had it transported home. I needed it all checked out as it was parked/stored all winter up north. It has 57k original miles on it. Talked to the owner here and had a good conversation. Gave him my list (verbally) of what needed to be done/checked over and felt like they'll get it done. Made the appointment and soon AAA towed the running Jeep there.Only 2- things on my list were done, new carburetor (Chinese, which I specifically asked not to have) and my provided fender flares were installed. Flares installed nicely. The brakes, front and rear oil leaks, fuel filter, and a few other items I wanted checked and or done were never checked, estimated, replaced or repaired.After nearly a month, I called and asked if the Jeep was done, said yes and picked it up the next day, paid cash. Jeep was hard to start because they said it had been sitting. Total of 4-hours labor at $109 per hour. Total for parts & labor $830. It took a couple days short of one month to install a carburetor and fender flares.When home, I checked the Jeep over and first thing I noticed was the air cleaner was all rusted out and the air filter was rusted and bent up. Well, I received someone else's rusted out air cleaner, not my original. I had to drive back (in my Dodge) to get my original one. They found my part, the wing nut missing, but I received a nut to tighten it down. Oil was low 1.5 quarts along with the tire pressure in all 4-tires below 18-lbs. I drove home like that. A good shop always checks air pressure, even a quick-lube oil change place does that. Not here.**UPDATE 7/17/22: On my invoice I was charged $10 for gas even though my gauge read full and wondered why. As of today I know why. After putting 24-miles on my Jeep since leaving this shop, I ran out of gas. Gas gauge still reads full. I"m guessing they ran out of gas and of course never bothered to tell me. Why else would they put $10 worth of gas into a full tank?

All I gotta say is Bobby, Kevin and the guys are awesome anytime I was in a bind they managed to fit me in and take care of the problem 100% honest People taking care Of their customers one by one. Thanks again guys.

Supposedly replaced torque converter and all parts a year ago to my jeep.Recently check engine has been on. Went by Auto Zone to have engine light checked per their system.Report showed an important clutch solenoid electrical circuit indicates a fault.Also Evap system has a large leak.TCC out of range.This company is suppose to specialize in jeep Wrangler 4X4's.ive been promised several of times from the owner for certain parts exterior like shocks,and interior parts like door straps and I paid over $300.00 for a radio with a CD player. Got the radio but with no CD player. My advice get everything detailed

Took my f250 to them to get front axle looked at asked then to check the rear while they had it and found that my carrier in the rear was cracked. They were very quick on getting parts and get it all fixed for me. They do amazing work. They fixed a few things i completely forgot to ask them to while they had my truck. Very happy with this shop and the people that work there. Would 100% take my truck back to them for future work

Really friendly! They fixed my tire quickly and on the cheap side. I appreciate the honesty, Firestone will tell you to get a new tire.

I continue to be impressed by Citrus 4x4! They have proven on 3 different occasions how honest they are. Two years ago I stopped there for an oil change. I was convinced I also needed an air filter. They changed my oil for a great price and told me my air filter was fine. They cleaned it and said I didn't need to spend money on a new one. Then I needed new brakes about a month ago. I shopped all over for brakes and when other mechanics seen a single woman asking questions, they quoted me super high prices. That's when I remembered Citrus 4x4 and decided to stop and see what they charged. The charged me over $200 less than every other quote! I was amazed at just how much others were trying to take advantage of me. Today my battery died. Fortunately, I live close to them. I called them and within 10 mins they were at my house, jumping my car. When I tried to pay them, He refused to take any money. The level of professionalism and respect is unlike I have ever seen at a mechanic. THANK YOU CITRUS 4X4!!Services: Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Citrus 4x4 was recommended to me.I am so glad I went with the recommendations.My vehicle, which is a older pickup truck had not run in 2 years plus and needed much work.I was continually informed of what was going on with it and when I should expect it done.They did an awesome job and did not disappoint. The price was right where they said it would be.Later I encountered another issue unrelated to the work I had done and Bobby said bring it in, they fixed it that day. They stand behind their work, they are honest and reliable.I would recommend them to anyone needing work done, car, truck, suv or even a simple oil change.You will not be dissappointed!

I should have gone to this shop years ago. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere! Fantastic customer service, fair prices, and a great breakdown of how the job went upon pickup. No problem answering any questions I had and went above and beyond for me to ensure my truck was delivered on time. I highly recommend Citrus 4x4.

Good honest guys. They do a great job at a great price. Have had them do a few things for me. They have used tires in stock as well as service and repair anything 4x4. They are well worth the trip!

Brought my jeep to them to replace the flywheel. Told me it was done went up there after hours to pick up jeep but wasnt running right messaged him on facebook and he called me on his personal cell. Told me that they will get my truck back into the shop and get it fiqured out. Which he did and helped me with a couple other small things. Hands down the guy is awesome.he didnt turn his back and say its not his problem he helped out greatly. Deffinitly will return and recommened people to him. Thank you again bud, your awesome.

My F350 was being a nightmare and everything went wrong at once the crew @ Citrus 4x4 were very patient after multiple visits and intermittent problems. I would have been stranded without their help. Took my car for a tune up and went home and engine light came, on took it back, they replaced fuel pump, promised my car was fine for my trip to Illinois. Engine light still on drove home from Homossa and blew my headgasket! Now I wrote to you, you erased my comment and blocked me! Please help or it will be on my public site!
