Totally Amazing Experience at AutoZone today. Sergio and Jeff were helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Felt like family. Sergio took the time necessary to figure out my vehicle's issue, offered the correct part, and proceeded with installation. I joined the rewards program for additional savings. Needed a battery in my Toyota Camry. Chris was super knowledgeable and helpful. He tested the old battery. He showed me the reading on the tester so I could see it was bad. Then explained price options and installed the battery I chose. In and out it took about 15 minutes. Awesome customer service!

Sergio, Troy, and Chris were absolutely amazing and helped me in every way to get my car running again.. Sergio went across the street with a jump box to get my car into the autozone parking lot. Where Chris and Troy took out my old battery and got the new one in within minutes.

The Assistant Manager Mark helped me figure out why my automobile would not start. Going above and beyond and giving great customer service. He was willing to get to the core of the issue, making sure I would not be stranded.Would highly recommend store to others!!

The other morning before work I needed to check my oil so I stopped by the Crystal River AutoZone and Marc was so helpful putting the oil in for me and also showing me how to check it each time I get gas. Thank you Marc for all you excellent help!

1st as I walked into the door , the other worker was busy taking care of customers doing his job. But there was JEFFREY behind the counter and he was just sitting there so I asked him to come out and help me with a blown fuse and he already has a attitude from the start and when he came out to look at it he started man handling my fuses and lost one and I had to find it underneath my car and I started talking to him about my situation and said I cant help take it to a mechanic and walked back inside worst service from AutoZone I've ever experienced

I ordered some sway bar end links for my 2004 Nissan Xterra 3.3 liter v6 not only did they stock the aftermarket polyurethane ones that I was looking for they had the best price. The customer service is great and they're so helpful

I think I finally figured out I should just stop going to this store. Every time I walk in lately the people working there try to act like they don't see me. Then they disappear back behind one of those huge file cabinets. When they come out they still don't speak to you. You have to ask them if they can help you. When you finally do get someone to help you they just disappear and then you hear someone say "down here." They keep changing registers for no obvious reason and they act like you're the problem because you didn't know they were going to just walk off as usual. Even when they so graciously wait on you, they let other people cut in front and they will disappear again and leave you standing there. Then the customer that cut in front of you has to remind them that you were there first. This last time the instructions on the product I bought were very unclear and the guy acted like I was stupid and he knew exactly how to use it. He had no idea what he was talking about. When I tried to use the product, he was completely wrong. When I came back to return the product, I had to explain to him how the product worked, or should I say should have worked. Tired of the arrogance and rudeness. These people hate their job. O'Reilly's is just down the street. I will go there from now on.

Thank you Auto Zone for your free battery check service. Not only did they confirm that my battery needs to be replaced... but also let me know that the battery should be under warranty (only a year old), through Walmart... saving me about $200.I will do all of my parts business here, from now on. I appreciate your customer service and not charging me for a battery when I had another option.

Best staff and best service ever! They work so well with their customers. Always super-friendly and highly knowledgable. Reliable and honest. They always take the time to answer my questions over the phone and in person. They've saved us so much money toward repairs and maintenance. Would highly recommend to friends/family. Everyone at this store is great. Brian is the man and always knows exactly what I need. Very friendly staff and a clean store, too. I choose AutoZone over every other store in the area, because they have the best prices, and unlike their competitors, they actually know how to order the correct parts every time.

Stopped in to replace a headlight, and the manager- Robert - met me and shared a trick he picked up. Did it all for me quickly and saved me at least 45 minutes without me getting dirty in my dress clothes. Many, many thanks!! I will be back. Great customer service!!
