Not happy with this company at all! Used to be great, but new owners have changed that. Made appointment on Monday for following Wednesday,,no show no call, called them and they had no record of my appointment, but said they would still come out that day! Again, no show, no call. Im going with safelite.

I recently had 2 chips in my windshield and K&K glass was recommended by my auto insurance. I am extremely pleased with their service. It was fixed within a few days of my call. The tech called and gave me a time and he was there exactly when he said. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend K&K glass.

I just wanted to thank Jason with k&k glass for his awsome work. He came out and replaced 2 of our truck windows this weekend. There was a mix up in the order and we received the wrong window at first but he quickly resolved the issue and came out the second time in a very timley manner. He was very helpful and professional we just wanted to say thank you and that we highly recommend Jason and k&k glass and will definitely use them again down the road!

Granted they got the right windshield in, mess free, they added a strip at the top of the windshield that wasn't there before. So now the seals on the side stick up at the top and the one clip was broken. Called the first time and was told that the automotive part was finishing up a claims call and would call back. Never called back. The windshield calibration guy to do the computer part and noticed it too. So he called and they told him that they will have to see if they can just trim the top seal, and if not, a new windshield would be ordered again. They never called to discuss it with me further. I called again and got the dame excuse that someone was finishing up a claims call and I would be called back. Never called.

K&K, Citrus County, Fl installed glass doors on my shower enclosure. Thank you K&K for the great job you did. I love the results. The installation was flawless. No need to call back for adjustments. The men were courteous and hard working. I highly recommend this company. Lopez Family posting.

Did not care for their workers or communication for a quote on a shower door. It was clear they didn't know what they were talking about..they couldn't even answer my questions and said the office would get back to me..which they didn't. Glad I went elsewhere.

Just had my windshield replaced by K&K glass.It is not often you see someone work with great confidence. Tyrone exceeded my expectations.He was polite, knowledgeable and took pride in his work. K& B is fortunate to have him

If I could give this company negative 5 stars, I would. Simply one of the worst expierences EVER. They didn't call or show up as promised. When the tech finally showed up at my house at 6 pm (in the rain), he tells me that he doesn't have the correct windshield for my vehicle.

These guys are the real deal. They go above and beyond what normal glass installers would. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and fair price. Cheaper than Safelite and willing to do the work they aren t. Would recommend to anyone.

I needed a slider window glass replaced. It's an old window. I was quoted about $200. Seemed crazy to me. I mean it can't be much more for a whole new window. So I took the slider out myself and took out old broken glass. Took the slider frame to the store and asked how much to just cut and replace glass. $45. Put the order in for it on Monday they said it will be done Thursday the latest. For something that takes no time at all. But I said ok. Well, Friday rolls around and no one calls to tell me my glass had been ready. I had to call Friday morning to find out it has been ready. I've been waiting with a board in my window and it's cold with kids in the house. AND they did an awful glue job, very poor craftsmanship. Very disappointed. When time comes to replace all old windows in my house it will NOT be with these guys. Unorganized and unprofessional.

I've used them in the past with good results. Today I have been placed on hold. 15 minutes so far. I just want to order a piece of glass. May need to go elsewhere...

K&k representations on the phone was very polite and reached out to their employee immediately to arrange for my windshield to be fixed within a couple of hours. This was in Gainesville. I live in Madison FL. This allowed me to get home asap....Thanks

Do not deal with this company, They replaced my shower sliding doors and sold me a different style which they said would resolve a problem of water splashing out from the bottom, which was happening with the ones I had. They told me unlike other companies they cut the glass out of square if need be and to size. After months of them installing standard size glass doors and cutting the bottom track out of square, water still splashes out from the bottom. There is still a gab on the bottom allowing water to splash out. They now tell me there is nothing they can do and so I need to just put a rug down. They refuse to cut the doors to fit as they said, and have not offered any another solution. In conclusion after months my shower still has water splashing out of the bottom and the warranty and guarantee they will not honor. Now I have to report them to anyone and everyone and most likely hire an attorney to force them to do the right thing.

Told me they'd fix my window on Thursday. Guy comes with the wrong glass and says He'll be back the next day. Goes home early the next day and no phone call to reschedule. I called around 3 oclock and receptionist tells me they cant have anyone out there till monday. Zero compensation offered for their poor customer service.

As a business owner I post this k&k glass will leave your job a mess and then when you ask them to discount job to make up for the mess they will happily tell you that they are sending you to collections. When you are willing to pay minus the time you spent to clean there job.

Brought in 4 pieces of plexiglass in with my mom had it done within 15 minutes while we waited it was super great service and excellent customer satisfaction will definitely recommend to others I would like to thank them for their wonderful service

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEMI have used them for everything to do with winshields for my vehicles 1year ago I needed a windshield for my work truck they came put the glass in I paid out of pocket the glass is leaking now they told me that they would get back to me within A-day it's been 3 days now no call back will never do business with them again
