I highly recommend this place, Terry does and excellent job of locating the problem and getting it corrected. We are from PA. So we really appreciated all that was done for us. Her and her mechanic are awesome...and called to make sure everything was okay...

I recently purchased a 2013 Mercedes. Undoubtedly, two days after purchasing the problems began. I took it to All Prestige to investigate and diagnose. Terry was so very helpful! They thoroughly inspected the entire vehicle, diagnosed the issue, and did a thorough walk through with us to explain the condition of everything- not just the issues we were having. The communication was wonderful, repairs were done correctly (I ve had it back for about a month now and no issues!), and I feel the prices were fair and reasonable, and were reviewed with me before any work was done- no surprises. I will definitely be a returning customer, and I recommend to anyone needing repairs or maintenance on their European vehicle. Thanks so much, Terry!!Service: Auto maintenance

Took my car there for a CEL diagnosis. He had the car for less than 15 minutes and still couldn t diagnose the issue. Claimed it was an improper air filter installation which I did myself 3 months ago. Was charged for a full hour of labor $100 plus shop supplies whatever that was. The mechanic couldn t even make eye contact with me and all the information was relayed to the counter clerk.I would highly recommend that you AVOID this business. I could never trust them again for any service.Those who say that the new owners are better could not have had the poor experience that I did. I can t imagine it being any worse.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

There's no need to pay attention anymore to the old negative reviews below. The people that ran the company so poorly back then are now gone. The new owners are great. The new name of the company is All Prestige Services. I brought my A6 in for an overall inspection and an oil change. The car had an issue that they could have soaked me for but they didn't. They were honest and professional which to me is paramount and speaks volumes of the integrity of the new owners, staff and mechanics. I will not hesitate to bring any of my cars here for whatever they need. This business is no longer deserving of the old bad reviews posted due to the previous owners. I rated this new team 5 stars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ms. Terry is always very helpful and very straight forward about what you are looking at to fix your vehicle. The mechanic has always been nice as well the shop looks clean and kept up on. The only thing I see that could make it difficult is coming in and out of the parking lot.

I took my Mini Cooper here because the check engine light was on. They diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repairs within 24 hours. What stood out to me is while washing my car the hood trim broke off and they offered to replace it at no cost. I knew it was hanging on by the final clip before I took it to them and they knew this as well but still offered to replace it at their cost. This will be the only pace I take my baby from now on and would recommend them to EVERYONE!Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Never too late to leave a review. It was 1999 and these guys went the extra mile with my 1994 Volvo 940 station wagon on a T-belt job. The harmonic balancer center hub gave way and they didn't charge me for a replacement. I hope CR is still like the old redneck, fishing, nuclear good ole boy place it used to be.

Very good service,- excellent diagnosis. Honda engine is abruptly undrivable so had towed home. Prestige did everything to assist and offered available parking until tow could be done.

Very disappointed. They replaced a part when we took the car in for air conditioning repair. The problem was not solved. We took it to the Mercedes dealer in Gainesville, who said the part was installed wrong, and that installing it correctly did not fix the problem. The dealer replaced a different, less expensive part, and the now the ac works great. When we complained to All Prestige, at first they said they would give us a refund, but then they got defensive and accused the dealer of lying to put small shops like theirs out of business. I would never go back here again.

Intially my 300SD was to have a 24 point inspection, vacumn tested, brakes fixed. Instead I replaced a brake booster, master cylinder, rear brake lines, all 4 new caliber's and brakes. For my brakes to not work any better then when I brought it. I bought my on vacumn tester and it's not getting vacumn. I was lied to from the begining. Then last visit( been there twice) I was left with one lugnut on both rear wheels. Grease prints all over exterior paint. No wonder why he's going out of business.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I had my Mercedes 560Sl there to get it runnin' again. After an inspection they quoted me for about 1500 dollars. I had to return the car 4 times and spent another 2500 dollars the problem was still not solved. After complaining they only quoted more thinges that need to be fixed. That`s fraud! I would have sued them but it is not worth my time.Brought the car up to Mercedes Benz of Gainesville. One time visit and problem solved. Never again doing business with these people.

I have never took my Mercedes there but my neighbor took his Jagg there he had to take it back like 5 times from what he said before they got it all straight I have been there and bought bulbs for my dash we they had in stock which was nice the man was very helpful the lady does not seem to be all that pleasent she may have just been having a bad day she was not rude but not all that friendly I now just buy my parts offline and do all my own work
