Went in at 10 minutes to 5:00 and was told I had better make it fast because they were ready to go home. I was told repeatedly that I couldn't possibly have anything so important they may have to stay a minute late for. If l hadn't been broke down and walked there, I would have left right then, but I will promise I will never be back!

I work as a diseal mechanic and go here everyday multiple times a day. Best people to talk to. Got your dog with you bring it in and dewayne has treats for them. Just a great group of people that makes a bad day better because if your there that means something is broken.

Just pulled up at 3:15 on a Saturday to buy some tools for our RV. They closed as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, weird time to close, right? I guess we'll take our money to Advanced Auto Parts.

Closes at 3 on a Saturday needed simple gas line fittings but I got to Napa at 3 pm not ever thinking they would be closed. I prefer napa over other places because they carry higher quality products. But at this point it s just easier to go to O reilly in Chiefland. No longer will step foot in cross city store.

Just stopped in for windshield wipers for our rental. The lady there even installed them for us in the rain. Awesome customer service.

I would like to say big thanks to guys at napa they took care of me yesterday my truck broke and i walked to their store which was like a mile away they took care of me there immediately and got me right part and also recommended on of the local truck repair friend and called him for me to come install part. Guy name boby came amazing guy thanks to him also , afer that they offer me ride and took me back to truck so i dont have to walk with all the parts which was lil heavy truck part , just amazing people and nice attitude there strongly recommend this store for everyone to buy parts and be part of their great experience!!!!!!!

Gave me front brake pads when I clearly asked for the rear. Never assume the guy behind the counter knows what they are doing, always double check the part #

Had the worst service at this store. Will never go back to the cross city branch unless they get different employees. This store lost a customer.
