It was a very easy checkin. I was late getting to my storage unit on moving day. The lady working called me to check to see if I was still moving. They were closing in 5 minutes but she waited until I got there before she closed. I had to sign my contract. I would recommend this storage. I love the climate control. I feel like my things will be safe.

Very clean and secure but the rates are outrageous. I don t mind having to pay a premium for 24/7 access, but having my rent raised without my first 3 months of having this unit, I think not!Less than 3 months and an email letting me know rates are being jacked up $50. Had higher hopes, but honestly you can get better rates elsewhere and for the same size, even as an environmentally controlled unit. I wouldn t give this place my business, it s theft.

I had rented a storage unit and realized it was too small. A couple of days later when I, when I contacted the South Ferdon location in Crestview, FL to upgrade to a larger sized unit, Michelle was extremely helpful! This is a very clean storage building with great security measures in place. Highly recommend!

Update: Be aware that their systems may glitch with your entry code when you have multiple units. Corporate is no help during emergencies. Their reps denied having an emergency access code, but the local management staff confirmed that they do have one time use access codes. Local staff is great. Corporate is horrible.------------I initially left a 5 star review yesterday regarding that the staff was nice and helpful, but I'm paying for 24/7 access at a premium rate and my code no longer works. I can not get into the building and I have items left in the hallway. I call the emergency number and they said their is nothing they can do after hours. They refused to call property manager. They refused to give me a record of the the call at 12a. I now have property loses of $50 due to not being able to retrieve my items. I want a refund of the storage unit as well as the 24/7 access since you violated our terms under the agreement and are holding my items at now my items will be stolen.

Unfortunately I have to update from once 5 stars to 1. I would give a negative 5 if I could! Our unit was burglarized and we lost thousands of dollars in value of our stuff. They will not review security camera footage unless they get a court order. No one seemed to care, not even the insurance they force you to get. What's the point in the insurance then?The ceiling to everybody's unit is chicken wire with a big gap you can see into every unit there. Let that sink in! See pictures.On top of going through an obvious very difficult time and breach of privacy and security, we were treated very unprofessional on the day we were trying to move out. Our door access was removed so we could enter the building because we didn't get all the rules of checking out a cart. They had faster response time on a cart then when we got burglarized.I will never recommend this facility nor company. It is not secure. The high prices for a false sense of security!

I made a reservation online and got an additional unit when I walked in . I had a long day from work and needed to get this done. When I came to the location Mrs. Marcie , Greeted me at the door and had me ready to go with my application she also showed me the units that I was inquiring about. She was such a big help . Great customer service, which is highly rare in this neck of the woods. Very pleased and I will only use prime storage for any storage needed! Best in town and very clean!

We highly recommend Prime Storage! Michelle was the main representative we dealt with while storing my parents belonging with them. She was always welcoming, helpful and always professional. Facility is very clean and very secure. Definitely would use again!

I had an excellent experience with Prime Storage. Michelle was very accommodating, making sure I got the correct size unit, the best available rate, and the best location for me. The service was so exceptional that I rented a second unit when I filled the first one. Same great service renting that one, too.

Shout out to Michelle at Prime Storage in Crestview next to Antioch. Long story short. Had a unit with these guys since 2017. After widdling down our stuff my mother wanted to move into a smaller unit. On 2 October my brother and I moved everything out of one unit and into another. I told Michelle that my bill for the month went out and because of paying month by month she couldn t give me credit. I said thank you and left it at that. A few hours later Michelle called me to say she talked to her boss and I was going to get my full month back. I thanked her and said I appreciate everything she did for us.If you re looking to store your stuff I am quite sure Michelle will be able to help you out! Thank you again Michelle for your kindness and understanding. feeling grateful at Prime Storage.

I would give a 5 star rating, however I must be completely honest. The facility is impeccable, some of the staff, on the other hand, are very immature and unprofessional. My advice to those looking to rent a storage unit is to do your research, ask questions and shop around before you commit because some of the staff here will not help you but will instead act as children holding a secret. And I do mean as children (whispering, staring and giggling). These units are not cheap and some rules are not idealistic for some situations, such as the rule stating you must give a 15 day notice in advance prior to moving out. In some cases, like mine, my move in date was not scheduled 15 days out, it was a last minute decision. Further more, there are NO prorated amounts, so if you don t plan to use the unit for a full month, I don t suggest you use prime because you will not get your funds back for the time you do not use it. Also, if you re move in date happens to fall on your unit payment date, and you would prefer to put those funds to better use, still prepare to pay for another month, even if all of your belongings are moved out. You may or may not get a call 2 days later stating that. As I said before, the facility is nice. It is impressive and secure for the most part, however if you re moving from another state like me or if you re just unfamiliar with how things work in the area, RESEARCH! It may save you a headache and a few extra bucks in your pocket. Note to the company, all bad experiences matter, even if they are small!

We used the facility for over a year and never had any issues. It was always clean and it is climate controlled which was important to us. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.

This facility was clean and the employees were so very nice and helpful. They didn t put you through a lot of heartache or charge useless costs. They have rolling carts available for customer use and elevators large enough to move your furniture to each level. I used a climate control unit. I will use them again if I need to store anything again. I am absolutely referring them to anyone that may be looking to rent their storage unit. Easy in and out access with code entry security. Someone is available for a good portion of the day as well, which is a bonus. Look no further. This should be your next storage unit when needed.

Very Nice People. Nice and Clean. The Carts are Fantastic they have there to use. I even went back to get another storage unit. Again friendly service. We ended up with 3 storage units and still have one left. They are so friendly and keeping it clean. I would recommend Prime Storage all day long.

Easy access to your units. They supply carts on wheels for moving. It helps tremendously. Clean and climate control. This is the best storage facility I have used. I thought it was a little high in price, but now I understand why. It's well worth it if you have nice furniture that you want to stay in good condition.

The transition from space box to prime was a nice one. Customer service started out bad and by the time I left it was great. Floors are a bit dirty at all times and the elevators are really dirty. It s hit or miss with the office being open but just have to deal with it when there is only one person in the office. Rarely two. William is great. Very helpful. The whole facility is great. Prices are reasonable. If I ever need storage I ll definitely go back. Not 4 stars but 4.75.

There is no comment against, or complaint, toward Prime. We have items already in; with more coming a.s.a.p. from Wisconsin. We are satisfied; plan to stay until.......

Amazing customer service! William helped me sign up for my first storage unit today. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was very polite. He even showed me around the facility and the individual units available to compare sizes. The facility is very clean and offers a great variety of amenities. Love the 24/7 access tenants get.

Very clean, mostly quiet, feels pretty safe with the door codes. Glad they have the big dolly's because it makes the process a lot easier. A little pricey, but well worth it.

We have only been storage users for less than a month, but the sign up procedure was super easy. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with and the storage building/area is super clean and nice.

So the facility itself I give 5 stars. The people working here are great and easy to work with and the facility itself is great. This new company however I give 0 stars. I understand the occasional markup in rental price and that's not a big deal to an extent, but this garbage with denying entrance to our units between 10p-6a is not cool. But hey, for a small (very doubtful on the small part) fee they will allow you premium access during those hours. What a joke! You should be ashamed to be honest.

I rented a unit there for about 2 years or so and it was a great experience. No issues with the space I needed, hours of access were good, and facility was clean.

Sean Davis, the store manager at this location was absolutely awesome. Very polite and professional and helpful. The facility is brand new and easy to access. Shawn gave me a tour let me handpick my unit and even Let me use their box truck to move my items free of charge. I highly recommend this climate controlled storage. My wife and I could not be happier.
