Natalie helped me rent a 10x10 unit. She provided me with exceptional service. She has extensive knowledge, and a warm energy that makes me feel welcomed. The office has amenities available including cold drinking water and clean restrooms. The unit I m renting was also spic and span.

This storage facility is very clean with security cameras and code access gates. The storage spaces are clean with many sizes available. There are covered storage spaces for large vehicles such as Recreational Vehicles. There is handicap parking available and access to every storage space is paved. Packing supplies and boxes are available for purchase in the office. Tanya and Bri are very friendly and professional representatives of this company.

Everything was great except had to get an access code for the gate. Called and told them I was on the way. Got there and no one was there. Called and got a code tried it and it worked. Then 5 days later went back and it didn t work again. So had to call and on the 3 time I called someone answered. They did something and it worked again. So I just hope it doesn t happen again.

Price Rate Increase of 28% (Nearly $50/mo.) w/ no mention of it until after Invoice was sent-out. This increase amount seemed excessive to me.Therefore, I relocated to Move-It Storage here in Crestview.Only restroom is in the office area (no restroom on-site Sundays/Holidays or before/after office hours).Current Mgr. Natalie is a very nice person! She treats you with Respect.The company treats you like "a number".Moving forward - I would prefer the option to "lock-in" the quoted rate.Otherwise, great location.

I felt very safe with my belongings being there. Everyone was so friendly and caring. It s the only place I will store my stuff. Awesome place, Awesome people.

I never used the unit but paid for it. Then they bugged me until I submitted this review. The customer service was aight tho.

After doing price comparisons with other storage places in the area for quite some time, I rented a covered outdoor space - which is one of the more pricey options this Hospital Drive location offers. Within 4 months, they went up on my price by nearly 13%. I had to call 2 different times over a 7 month period to request my rate be extended since it was too hard to move my item to another company due to its' size and my location. After around 9 months, the rate I agreed upon (price that was advertised online - after 1st month deal) was no longer obtainable and they were now requesting nearly 19% more than I had originally agreed upon. I would have have never wasted time with this company if I would have known they would change pricing on me, so soon, and by so much. It's a lot of work moving/securing items and then having to beg for extensions I feel like their month-to-month lease is not in the customers favor because it allows them to change prices very frequently. The inflation excuse just didn't work me.

Door frame has a gap between concrete using a furniture dolly is a mission, whenever i went to take stuff out one of the gates was not operating. i was a year there and all that happen was they kept raising the price of the unit . They don't even prorate if you move out early. Paid $212 +/- for three days of use. UNIT WAS C21 AND UNDER D. MARTIN

A very professional organization. I ve had an ambient unit for over two years and recently upgraded to a climate controlled unit, both of which suit my needs perfectly. The management and staff are high above industry standards in regards to helpfulness and courtesy. I ve had a lot of experience with many other storage companies in the last several years and Prime Storage is far and away the best with which I ve had the pleasure of doing business. Highly recommend.

Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Prime Storage for all your storage needs. I have dealt with both Crestview locations and am extremely pleased.

Good facility. We had mixed feelings about the staff. When we spoke about rented our unit, the service was wonderful. Quick and easy. But when we reported one of the gates wasn't working for the past 2 days we were in and out of our unit, the person responded very rudely that it had been broken for 2 weeks. I won't blame that on the facilities but it wasn't necessary. We didn't know if they were aware or not and we were just trying to be good customers.

I needed a place to store my things fast. I ordered my unit online without seeing it first. The receptionist was extremely patient with me and my situation. After seeming the unit and facility I knew I mad the right decision. Facility organized and welcoming, unit was extra clean and easy to locate.

The storage is great, but if you don t do automatic payments it s super annoying, bc they set up your payment only a few days in advance, but other then that. I m sure you could pay before.

I used this facility from April, 2019 to September, 2021 and have always had a great experience. I had access anytime I needed it, 24/7, if there were gate problems or other issues, the staff promptly responded. They re very accommodating and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Have a storage unit with them for 2 years rates kept going up and then at the end the day my bill was due I moved out and they charged me for a whole month rent without me even being in it free money for them I guess

This has been a great facility to store items. I have only been with Prime Storage 2 months but the previous owners were very efficient. I have had a positive experience so far with Prime Storage. The employees have been very helpful, friendly and polite.

Ii have had to rent 3 total units and my needs were met perfectly! Tanya in the office is extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend Prime Storage to anyone looking for a Storage unit in Crestview.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Keepsafe Storage! While my husband was deployed they were so helpful getting me in the right unit and helping me get everything set up. I've never worried about my belongings in their care! When my husband got home and we decided to sell our house and had to move to a bigger unit, they were more than accommodating and made us feel at ease and not a burden when we changed sizes 3 different times! We will definitely use this facility for our future needs!
