I've been having issues with my car for a while. I decided to call precision tune auto care in crestview and spoke with Montana. She was beyond knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. I'll definitely be bringing my car here for all my repairs!

Love precision tune auto care. Their crestview office staff and mechanics are phenomenal. Ask for Montana, she's the best! Extremely helpful and patient. Will definitely come back!

The staff here at Precision is extremely courteous and professional. I was greeted right away and my car was serviced in a timely manner. The mechanics are competent and genuinely enjoy their job, which inspires confidence in their work. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I've been to plenty of different shops in my life and every time every where I always feel like I'm being scammed, last week I had no idea why my check engine light came on and was in town so stopped in and braced for the scam. To my surprise I wasn't told all the most expensive parts on my truck were breaking down or some other alarmist nonsense, they diagnosed it as a minor issue, reset my system and I haven't had a problem since. It may sound trivial but knowing I didn't get upsold on my repairs and getting home today with a working truck I had to post a review just because most places would've tried to tie this minor issue into some random (and expensive) repair.

They are awesome! Diagnosed and fixed my car without charging me an arm and a leg! Very nice people and great customer service. I went to several mechanics before this, who seemed to keep making my car worse rather than better. I will definitely be taking my car back to Precision Tune from now on.

Great and honest mechanic! I was traveling out of town with my family and I suddenly was having car issues, I needed to get back on the road as quickly as possible. Not only did they get me in right away when everyone else couldn t they treated my family and I so well and Im very big on that and I really appreciate not only their honesty but customer service! I highly recommend Precision tune auto care!

I m relatively new to the area and needed to find a good auto shop. My car has always had some issues, but I have to drive 70 miles everyday for my job, including on dirt roads, and it s taken its toll. I m so glad that Precision is open on Saturdays so that I don t have to miss work or figure out another ride. They easily scheduled me in, I told them all the problems I ve been having, and they got me fixed up right away - and at a reasonable price! Any more car troubles I have in the future, I will be bringing my car here!

I ve been having issues where my car doesn t wanna start. so I took it in and I really didn t know what to tell them cuz i ve never had to take my car anywhere to get it fixed before and didn t know what to say. I was greeted and helped by Montana, she made the process so easy for me. Thank you Montana!! I ll definitely be back!! (my car is fixed and fine now!)

By far the best customer service I ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. They were very profession and honest which made a stressful situation ten times easier. The receptionist was super helpful and made sure we left with no more questions to ask. great staff and even better customer service!

I have been talking with different places for weeks trying to figure out what to do. I called here and spoke with the receptionist and she was great. She was professional and able to answer all my questions. Definitely would recommend

This shop is awesome! They are quick, and great communicators about the issues with your vehicle, what's needed now and what's needed down the line. The prices are the fairest in town! I'm a satisfied customer.

I never give reviews because of my laziness but I have to give one for this place. 5 stars all day long. I had major conflicts with my warranty company and Precision Tune Auto Care was patient and understanding. I can honestly say that I have finally had a good experience with an auto service provider. I will always recommend them and they will have my business until I leave the view.

I could not be more thankful for that honest team I found in that place , I was convinced buy another place my car has problem and I need to trade IN my car, I took my car to change the oil here and all my car problem was just a broke plug . It was amazing and saved me a lot of money. A big SHOUTOUT !

Front counter Lady was very informative. We came from out of town to pick up a car for a relative that had to leave her towed car there. The repair they had to do was hard and long but they worked hard to complete.

I don't typically write reviews but I feel compelled to share how amazing it was to work with Susan and her mechanic Dalton.I broke down on the side of I10 on a Sunday and had to leave my car with a shop who quoted me a ridiculous price for repair after taking OVER A WEEK to even diagnose the issue. I live out of state so all of this coordinating was over the phone. Needless to say I looked for a different shop and landed on Precision Tune Auto Care. I am SO BEYOND GRATEFUL I DID.Called Susan she recommended a cheap towing company to move the car over to her shop. Her mechanic, Dalton, took a look at it the next day. He discovered that the root of my right rear shock blowing out was actually due to a huge bulge in my tire. The other shop didn't even mention my tire being an issue.I spoke with Dalton about options. He said they are not a tire shop but had no qualms installing and balancing tires if I purchase them. He went above and beyond to help me. Being out of state I couldn't imagine a better shop to deal with these car troubles. Needless to say my car was fixed at a WAY more reasonable price and by skilled and honest people.I trust this shop! Guaranteed if I lived in the area they would become my go to shop. Cant thank them enough.

As a woman who knows nothing about cars, this place is the best. They diagnosed my car, didn t charge me a dime because they don t do tires so I was able to get a new rim as they recommended and now have my car place for when I actually need car work.

Worst automotive shop ever. For over 2 years they have missed diagnosed my car. I had a engine misfire issue caused by clogged catalytic converters. This cause was discovered after a engine replacement and many thousands of dollars invested. This pictures below are the newly purchased catalytic converters poorly assembled by precision auto tune. We'll they weren't even put on. Upon taking my car to the dealer I discovered they basically just sat the converters on the cross members and left them. Without even connecting them. Another $1000 gone! When I went back to precision auto tune the manager Chad informed me that the owners son(who is not certified) was basically practicing...and that my car was not the only car he had messed up. Really?? I've been trying to get a refund for a month now...I'm over it! Voted by many...MOST TRASH AUTOMOTIVE SHOP IN CRESTVIEW FL. Took my car to the dealer and it now runs great!Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I was extremely pleased to hear Precision was under new management, so I had to give them a second chance. I am extremely glad I did, Susan is a very sweet lady and the staff was just as phenomenal as she was. I was in and out at a very reasonable time, prices are just as great, and they also offer military discount. If the previous management did you dirty, definitely give Susan the opportunity to make it right. Looking forward to getting many more services done with her once again.
