My transmission went out on my way back to Texas and the dealer was 3 to 4 weeks behind and they were outrageous with there prices. I called Perry's and they were extremely helpful not only less than the dealer but they had my truck fixed in 2 days so I could get home. They were some of the nicest people and honest they even fixed my pinion seal. Honestly I wish there was more shops like them all I can say is thank you

Cannot say enough good things about Perry s Transmissions. Local Mazda dealership quoted me over $3000-3500 to replace the transmission in my 2012 Miata, but Perry s team diagnosed and repaired the pilot bearing for a fraction of that amount (although we did decide to put a new clutch in it as preventive maintenance). I now realize how far it had deteriorated because I swear it drives better than new! Perry, his technician, and Crystal in the office are all absolutely top-notch and were a pleasure to deal with in and out in less than a week.

Great experience. Had to have my transmission replaced. They got it done in a timely manner and were the cheapest bid by a LARGE margin!! Definitely will use again if needed!!

I have a 2017 camaro ss that was having a major transmission problem. Perry had it fixed in half the time and half the money then the dealership quoted me. My car is driving better than it ever has! Don t hesitate for a second about using this company! I could not have asked for better service from start to finish!! Here at Perry's Transmissions, they perform quality service and friendly atmosphere. You can talk to them like you are family, and they will give you the best price available.They replace transmission units, and they clean out the entire system.They advise you of any problems that you need to address, and send you home with no worries.Mr Perry Leavins Jr is a very intelligent man who rebuilds transmissions, as needed, and constantly monitors his employees, in order to maintain a 5 star service. He is "Old School" and ensures the job is done the same today as it was 30 years ago.

This place is awesome! They were able to find a transmission for my 2012 Ford Transit Connect within a few days and within a week they had it. Just a few days later I was driving my van again! Excellent job! Great warranty! Hopefully I ll never need to replace a transmission again, but if I do Perry s is where I will go!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

We took our 2015 Crysler 200c to USA Motors in Defuniak where it sat for over 6 weeks with nothing being done. We finally had enough of being lied to & given the run around & had it towed to Perrys Transmission, within 24 hours they had our old transmission out & started installing the new one. At some point they ran into some complications with the power steering & David went above & beyond to figure out what the problem was before we had to spend more money. Thank you Perry's Transmission for helping my husband & I get our car back on the road, if only we would have come to you from the get go. If I could give you a 10 star rating I would!PS-Never buy a Chrysler 200c(9 speed), but if you do Perry's can fix it when no one else can.Service: Transmission

A good and honest transmission shop is very difficult to find so I drove from 45 minutes away to get to Perry's at the recommendation of a local mechanic I trust. I was very impressed with Perry's transmission service. We had a 15 passenger Dodge van that was giving problems and they were able to do a service and bands adjustment to fix the problems without having more extensive work done to it. Saved alot of money and were very honest in their assessment of the transmission. Highly recommend them. My future business goes there.

I've lived in the local area for 14 years and have taken three vehicles to Perry's Transmission for servicing. He does great work at a fair price and tells you straight up what's wrong with the transmission and if he can fix it. Never had a problem with any of the transmissions he's fixed and always felt like a valued customer.

Great place to have transmission worked on. Has great knowledge of transmissions. He got me back on the road. Great Guy! A local transmission shop. Been there for years. Very honest. If he can help you with your problems he will, if not he will be straight up with you. Not a pressure salesman. Older company with a good reputation.
