Been going to Pep Boys for years. I have always felt that I could trust them with my vehicle's and was treated great each time. No matter which shop I have been to, the quality of customer service is consistent and above board. They are attentive and always willing to talk the time to answer my questions. Pep Boys is a great place to trust your vehicle needs.

I showed up at pep boys at 7 on Saturday expecting an $800 dollar repair and waiting all day to get my car back. Assistant manager Zachary got my car looked at by 8. Turns out it was only a loose bolt on the control arm. I was out the door and on my way by 9 30 with no charge. This guy is awesome.

Highly recommend this Pep Boys!I was an hour away from home, found a screw in my tire, and it was getting late.Thankfully they got me in and repaired my tire, just before closing so I could make it back home.Michael, Andy, and the young man who made the repairs were very professional... I can't thank them enough!

I had been having trouble all week with my tire pressure. I kept stopping everyday after work to fill them and was clearly doing something wrong . Today I stopped at PEP BOYS and Zack not only checked all my tires he made sure they all had the proper amount of air in them . He went above and beyond to help me and I can t say enough good things about his customer service . It was outstanding. I hope I don t have any trouble with my tires in the near future , but If I do I will take my business to Pep Boys due to the Customer Service I received. Thanks again Zack !! :)

I'm giving this warning to everyone thinking of going to pep boys here in Crestview.I went there last week due to my ABS light being on and a squealing belt. Requested a full brake inspection and belt inspection. Was told by a tech that they adjusted my belt and was completely fine. And they sent me a report saying my brakes were completely fine. All that needed changed was ALL 4 wheel speed sensors. I picked my car up and it was still squealing and I took a video and called them and was told "oh we actually didn't adjust it we just put conditioner on it but they need replaced(I have 2 belts). I asked for the quote for repairs and just for the sensors they quoted me $1300(the parts are not even $100 each) and another $400(these are both $60 together) for the belts. I told them it was ridiculous and decided to get other opinions. Come to find out. It's only 1 wheel speed sensor, 1 of my brake pads are DANGEROUSLY bad, and my idler pulley needs changed. I recommend everyone to stay away from them as they could get people hurt! And over charging almost $800 of repairs.

Always busy, plan to leave your car and pick it up later but the service is second to none. Everyone is eager to please and they always make sure they get the job done right! Extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff, don t waste your time anywhere else in town.

Each and every time I needed service from this location, the staff have been very professional. They provided quick service although they were very busy.My most recent experience was due to a puncture of a run-flat tire. Michael was very professional. As the wheel key lock was needed and could not be found in my vehicle, he was patient in allowing me to leave the vehicle until I was able to contact the local BMW to obtain the key. He was very helpful in explaining the process while ordering the appropriate tire. The tire was ordered Sunday, Pep Boys received and installed it on Monday!Thank you Michael and the technicians at the Crestview Pep Boys!

Could tell my car was riding strange so took it in here and was quoted for almost $3000 in repairs when ALL THAT NEEDED to be fixed a simply balancing the tires. PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE YOU LET THESE PEOPLE TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!! Clearly someone of the mechanics that "work" here either are too lazy to properly do the job or don't truly have the knowledge they claim to! Totally disgusting type of behavior!

After years of "an appointment" does not get you your service schedule on time, Yesterday I had an appointment. I arrived precisely at the scheduled time. My vehicle was immediately driven into the shop and work commenced. I was very pleased with the manager's focus on getting my vehicle serviced promptly. I will remain a regular customer!

PURE SORRYNESS.... Bought a set of Cooper discoverer tires from tire rack to get installed there. Paid $84 for installation. The manager "Josh" offered me a military discount, and when I nicely asked him to have his technicians get the blue off of the white lettered tires, he REFUSED, and then canceled my military discount! NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I've referred this business to local base commanders for for placement on non-military friendly "stay away" list, as well as local chamber of commerce...

I am completely satisfied with my transactions with PepBoy. I have taken my vehicles to them through the years and their professional customer service and workmanship has continually brought me back to them. Recently I took my Ram truck in for a set of tires and 4 weeks later I took my wife car in for a new set. They have gone above and beyond to take care of my needs. I recommend them to her any other tire dealers.

My wife and I were traveling to Tampa from Pensacola on Sunday February 18th 2024 when we noticed one of our front tires was separating while driving on I-10 near Crestview, Fl. We called several tire stores that were open but did not have our tire size. After the third try I called Zach over at Pep Boys on N. Ferdon. Zach had a solution for us and was able to put 2 tires on our vehicle and got us on the way within an hour and a half. Thank you Zach end pep boys for your help that day!

Had an oil leak and turned out it was a leaky gasket cover, but Pep Boys took care of me during the hurricane when many other shops closed down. Would recommend this shop. It's best to catch them when they aren't super busy or to drop off care and pick up later. I waited because I didn't have anywhere else to go during a hurricane. Their calendar that they sell that supports veterans has a lot of really good deals on coupons that can be used throughout the year.Don't recommend calling because it's always hit and miss. I've called and they hung up on me several different times when I called on different days trying to see if I can get an appointment. Think they get very overwhelmed because they keep taking in more customers than they can handle. Better to go online and make the appointment but always be prepared for an all day wait.Another issue that I have noticed while waiting is that certain mechanic technicians that are more experienced are there during limited hours and when issues come up it slows everything down and really limits what can be worked on.Edit: 29 MAR 2023, Pepboys store layout changed and is a lot more barren and doesn't offer as much stuff in store. Had an alignment done and car is still pulling to the right. Had to take it back in again the next day for them to work on again. As I waited 2 days for both alignments to be completed. It seemed that it's a common thing for alignments to get messed up here because the mechanic has to have the machine lined up correctly cause one tick off can cause the alignment to be off.

It was my first time with Pep Boys and it definitely was an overall excellent experience. Excellent customer service and really like the way the service repair went from start to completion! I will definitely be going back to Pep Boys again when the need arises!

Although had 11 am appt , I was told at arrival they were running late by 30 minutes it was actually 50 minutes. They could have called prior and let me know so I didnt have to sit & wait. They did complete timely once my car was taken back.

New to Crestview, but this is my mechanic shop from now on. Michael is an outstanding HONEST mechanic. He worked with me on finding the best water pump for a 2014 BMW 740i. He price matched the local autozone and saved me money. The turnaround was much quicker than I expected as well. Thank you!!

Great customer service from beginning to the end, however, I had an appointment for 11AM to get my tires installed. They did not service my vehicle until 12:30 PM.

Michael and his team went above and beyond in order to satisfy my every need! Not only did they do a much better job than Tesla, they even made sure my hole was satisfied. Don t let Zachys young appearance fool you, my man has got 3 great big ole dilf legs holding him up !

Had nee tires on 1 month ago, has a shimmy..went back and they make me get an appt to just balance, for something they should have done right the first time. Aggravating that can't just squeeze in to fix their error.

**edit**I forgot to say that these guys are great and they want to fix your problem vehicle, but i think they spread themselves too thin. Over the course of two visits to this location I have now spent well over 8 hours waiting for two tires to get mounted and balanced, with appointments both times. I have never gotten those tires mounted and balanced. But now after giving them a second chance I am 3.5 hours in and waiting. I ve payed for the services already however I cannot wait any longer and need to leave on bad tires and hope I can make it back on them. I got home and got back and after another short wait they are working my issue.

When the turbo on my Chevy Trax (less that 100K miles) went out, The Chevy dealership (Allen Turner in Crestview, Fl ) advised me that my warranty was out, I had Car Shield extended warranty. They advised me that they did not honor the carshield warranty. When I called car shield to ask where I could take my car, they recommended Pep Boys. While the dealer wanted $4100.00 for the repair, I paid my $200.00 deductible to Pep Boys for the repair and was on my way. Will NEVER use Allen Turner Chevrolet again.

Our AC went out after just leaving Miramar FL. We found Pep Boys with a near by search and Michael and Josh saved our trip. Within 2 hours they ordered, received the part and installed. Amazing service and very knowledgeable. They were able diagnose the problem within minutes and went straight work. While waiting they even recommended a great restaurant within walking distance. Thank you!!!!
