Came within the hour for a 9pm call. Got my corvette loaded up, probably about 3 inches of ground clearance and got it on the bed with no issues to the car or it s front carbon splitter. Even helped me push it into the garage. Gary, hope that s how you spell it, you were phenomenal, would recommend them to anyone.

My 2500 ram fan hub failed 45 min east of crestview which left me stranded on the side of I-10. I called HC, was provided an accurate ETA, fair-upfront price, the driver was nice and we got my truck dropped off at the dealer. easy enough!

Broke down on side of highway the gentleman they towed my truck showed up within 15 min of me calling him tow was affordable and he was very helpful

We got stuck in the mud in a random trail about a mile from the main road. It was late, and the sheriff got a hold of this place for us. They got there quick, considering how far out we were. They flatbedded a tractor to us and were able to pull my truck out around midnight deep in the forest. They were polite and friendly and didn't make me feel stupid for getting stuck. Thank you very much.

This company is amazing.New Years Eve and I expected gouged prices and being abandoned after messing up my directions for the second time. What I got instead was a tow at a fair price, and patience and understanding from everyone I spoke to.I can't recommend this place enough.And major Kudos to Travis. He was so quick and efficient getting my car on the truck bed and the the shop.

I was nervous about having my car towed. It's a Knight Rider replica and the front bumper alone is worth almost 2k but the driver was awesome. Got my car moved for about the same it would have cost me to rent a trailer and do it myself. Can't sing their praises enough

A really great towing company that made a bad situation much better. Car broke down om i10 in Holt, Florida on a Sunday afternoon. Called them and the lady was so nice and professional. She quoted me and of course I called around to see if anyone was cheaper. Hard Core was $50 cheaper and gave me a eta and they were dead on time. They towed my car to Pensacola for me. I was nervous about it because I had to leave my car and trust everything would be done as promised. I was called by the driver when he arrived and he went over everything with me and he was also very professional and polite. I got a email and text when the car was delivered/dropped off and there was a link in both messages. Clicked the link and they send you pictures of the car when they get there, after it's all hooked up and then again when it's delivered so you can see exactly where it was delivered and the times of every step. Also it shows that nothing was damaged and it was towed correctly. I've never seen a tow company do that and it really puts your mind at ease. So a bad situation was made as good as possible every step of the way by Hard Core amd I really appreciate it. Best tow company I have ever dealt with at a really good price forbthe service when most companies tend to take advantage of people because they know they don't have a lot of options at the time. Speedy response, and the guys were very professional and efficient at getting a rolled over trailer on their rollback. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and need a tow!

My daughter accidentally made a wrong turn at night in the rain and wound up running off the paved surface into a washed out parking lot. She ended up high centering her car so she called me to come pull her out. When I got there I knew there was no way I would be able to help her so I called Hard Core Towing. Joe answered and was very polite on the phone. He and his son arrived and we all discussed the best way to get the car pulled out without damage. Joe took his time, came up with a good plan and then got to work. I feel bad because it was raining out and the car was in a muddy area, but Joe didn t care. He was down on his hands and knees in the mud working to get the car free. After about 45 minutes, he finally had the car on his roll back and drove it to a paved surface to unload it. There was no damage to the car and Joe had a great attitude the whole time. He even had a few laughs with my daughter after all was said and done. I highly recommend Hard Core Towing based on this experience. I ll definitely call them again if I m in need.Service: Car towing

Amazing people and amazing customer service. There is not a better company to call in your time of need. Got stuck in a steep ditch with my 2yr old in the vehicle. They responded quickly and had me out in no time.

Strongly recommend OC Towing HALF PRICE BETTER Service!!!! Hard core towing over charge an make up price on the daily I ve always called them,when needing a tow they went from 125 to 300 from same location to same location calming it was due to the over night shift that gave me the quote over but still picked up at 2pm an didn t Chan the price so apparently if you need you vehicle towed call at night an they will give you a cheaper price or even they next day will no longer connect them considering lady on phone was super rude an wanted to say it wasn t even them that towed my other vehicle not even a week ago but then could find it in the computer complete rip off TAKE YOUR MONEY COMPANY Service: Car towing

Had to get our truck towed today. Hard core was straightforward and fast. Even with the truck being so big as it is. Our driver was great and friendly. Would highly recommend if needed in an unfortunate situation. Pretty affordable.

Had an engine issue with my 2018 GT350 on HWY285, called USAA, they dispatched a flatbed car hauler from Hard Core Towing. Joe showed and was very professional and very experienced on getting sport cars on the flatbed without issues. If you need a tow, give this place a call. I was in a tough situation. My husband was deployed, I had no friends in the area, and my truck bit the dust. Robert came within 20 minutes and towed my truck, gave me a ride to the dealership, and was extremely kind. Some businesses take advantage of woman when they re by themself, but I felt extremely comfortable and knew that I was in good hands. Thank you for your kindness. I will be spreading the word of your business. It s not often anymore that people are kind enough to go above and beyond for others. My truck broke down on the side of the highway and I called them and got Joe. He was absolutely nice and came on time, he said about an hour because he was already in the middle of a tow and he was right on time. When he got there he pointed out that we didn't have the oil cap on and even checked my oil level. He even grabbed a bottle of water for me and was beyond helpful. He dropped my truck off then dropped me off because he didn't want a woman walking around in the middle of the night. I cant give this place enough stars for this.Service: Car towing

I called Hard Core Towing a week ago because of running over a piece of metal and put a gash in my tire. The guy that came to my rescue was Robert, one of the most professional young men I have ever met. So polite, caring and understanding of my issue. He was to my aid very quick and the care he took of my vehicle was so amazing. Never have I ever worked with a tow company with that much heart. Plus eye candy to add. I am a health care provider and need my car for my patients. Got my car back in a couple of hours. Thank you Hard Core Towing and for sending me Robert. I had tried to have a tire changed and, in these trying times, found many businesses closed or overbooked for service(s). Remembering AAA, I spent considerable time and challenges to connect. How fortunate for me that they sent Hard Core Towing and Recovery. I was told someonewould contact me sometime within a 45 minute period.Actually, within a 5 minute time frame, Hard Core phoned. Robert arrivedcheerful, competent, fast and within a 20 minute time frame had the spare mounted, the flat stowed in the trunk, his tools gathered, the paperwork already completed, and left me with a requested business card and a thank you.
