I ve been here twice now. Both times have been positive. Great service at a fair price.Today my tech was a guy named Joshua. Very knowledgeable and polite.Recommend! Would come here again!

Great place to get your basics done. I had oil change done and asked them to check and replace my cars aging battery. I could have done the work myself but I choose not to because I have better things to do with my time and they are much quicker. What that means is I know what needs to be done and what doesn t. There was no attempt to sell me anything I didn t need and that is rare in today s world. I highly recommend them and was VERY impressed with the assistant manager Courtney that was there today. I will be coming back when I m ready for brake work. Thank you Courtney!

I have been to this location for the last 3 oil changes I have done and will continue to use them. They are also fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate their attention to detail and transparency

The guys were great last night. Didn't get out of there till 7:20pm when they close at 7 to get what I needed done and were positive about it and not mad or frustrated about it. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend

The technicians were very courteous, efficient, and helpful. The oil change was completed quickly and included a thorough maintenance check. The price was less than the competition and I felt I received a better value for the whole service.

Grease Monkey is back to providing excellent service. They were never bad but they used to do all the extra checks and then one day they just stopped (at least in Crestview). Went today and they seem to be doing better than ever. Had a great experience. Everybody was in a real good mood and very sweet even though they were really busy.

The team of associates there at Grease Monkey in Crestview, Florida did not have me waiting long at long before they started the maintenance on vehicle. They were very thoroughly and explained each step as they were performing it. I m a repeat customer and will continue to be one. Thank you Grease Monkey!

Very impressed and taken care of extremely well....customer service was great and I was pleased with my visit....they changed lights, wipers, oil, filters even the one hiding under my glove box which I had zero idea that was even there. These gentleman knew I needed this stuff done but weren't pushy in me getting it which was refreshing....will keep coming back here not to many places in this town worth saying that about.

I had my oil changed at the Crestview Florida location today. Fast and friendly service. The price was very reasonable and I am completely satisfied. The staff was knowledgeable and professional and I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.

I would give the employees here 10 stars if I could cause the customer service was outstanding. I arrived from Texas on Sunday & my tire pressure was low & I panicked no one was open & I seen this place, Grease Monkey. I pulled in, they spoke, their smiling, just happy & ready to help, I loved it. The young lady who I explained to, that my tires were all off was super sweet .She hooked me up, I tried to pay but wouldn t let me & she told me next time I m here, I didn t have to wait in line, just pull around to the back & they would put air in it anytime .It was the friendliness for me & when we pulled off, my Mom said, I m gonna start coming here for my oil change . I told her with customer service like that, who wouldn t want to come back .Thanks Grease Monkey, From Texas y all rock

Military wife, with a deployed husband can be scary to go to shop and ask about my transmission fluid but they were honest and super helpful. Even fixed my protector shield when they didn t have too. Thank you! Will be coming back.

Phenomenal experience the service team was really good I was able to sit in my car during the whole process I did not have to get out It was quick and easy. The service team was very respectful of my time was very patient with me. It's really difficult to find good customer service today. So to go to have my oil check and changed with great customer service was a sigh of relief. The technicians did advise me of other problems that I did not know I have and I appreciate that. Oh by the way make sure you look for their online coupons I found the $20 off. The Crestview location.

Carl and his team are always friendly and helpful. They let you know what services are due without the pressure most places do. Their prices are on par or better than anywhere else. We have used them for over 15 years and will continue to do so

I love the monkeys! They are very thorough in regards to filters/lights/tire pressure etc. They will let you know if you need extra service, but are not pushy about it.

Since we ve moved up to Crestview we weren t sure which oil change shop we would go with knowing that there is so much around however giving Grease monkey a try- we have been coming back nonstop to this shop on Ferdon. The staff are all friendly and amazing! They ll tell you how your car is doing and show you your oil level and what needs to be replaced or how many more oil changes before things need to be replaced. I ve been bringing my vehicles here with how kind and professional everyone are! Shoutout to Joshua! 20/10 yes they re that many stars because the price and people are that good!

Awesome service! Grease Monkey saved me at least $1,400 by suggesting I swap out a front turn signal connector that cost me $13 instead of the entire headlight assembly that two greedy auto shops to include the dealership suggested. The person who suggested the part was out the day it arrived for installation, but the young lady who installed the part in 15 minutes was outstanding! Signal light immediately started working again. Made me cry thinking about all the money Grease Monkey saved me. I will definitely stay with this company to service my vehicles!

My passenger light beam was out instead of saying they were out of stock they went and got one from O Riley s only charged me for the bulb. I have been going here for a year now no complaints always helpful, fast, and friendly.

Grease Monkey , in Crestview Florida, has the best mechanics. ALL repair is honest, timely and no hidden fees . I can't say this about ANY shop I've been to in Florida !!The current New ownership and staff make it 5 star.. Big discounts/coupons on regular maintenance and oil changes are great , they send them to your email and then actually honor them,, Crestview Grease monkey will not rip you off ,,THE BEST !!!

New in town and not many places open on Sunday. In preparation for a long road trip this week, I took a chance and stopped by here. Turned out to be a really great experience! The technicians, although very busy, were extremely courteous, respectful and even humorous. I appreciated the advice I was given about which products and services would be best to suit my needs. I will absolutely bring my business back here. Thank you!

After getting my oil changed on 10/9/2023. I need to change this from a 5 to a 1.This is the second time I have had to clean up oil again from oil residue leaking down from the filter. Keep in mind this is a FRESH concrete. You would think paying over $200.00 for an oil change and also being a very good repeat customer this would not happen.Staff is very friendly, but need to reconsider clean up procedures.

Employees were fantastic! They are knowledgeable, kind, and they don't aggressively push upsales like other places. The only downfall is that the 15min. ETA is more like 3x that long. Other than that, stellar experience!
