Troy, Heilo, and the rest of the team were great. These two guys spent a lot of time showing cars and answering a lot of questions. We felt Ford and eventually found a car at a different dealership that we wanted. We went back to Ford and spoke with Troy and Heilo explaining we wanted to buy from them. Since it was with step one they were able to transfer the car to their dealership and we bought from them. After the sale we still had a few more questions which they answered promptly. We never felt rushed or insignificant but valued as customers. These two men truly go above and beyond.

10/10 Experience with Ford Crestview. The management team was able to give us the best possible deal with the best experience. Our sales person Troy was extremely helpful and even went as far as helping with our 1 year old. Our finance manager Amanda was very knowledgeable and hospitable. So far they ve always been super nice and take care of business with a quickness. Go see them, they re really nice and not pushy to work with Got me in and out in a reasonable time. I showed up 30 mins before closing and was out an hour after they closed with my new to me car. Thanks again! You guys rock!! Love my not so Ford mini lol

I had such an awesome experience here buying my 2022 Ford Ranger. I came in unsure of exactly what I wanted outside of a truck with 4WD. Chris helped me navigate my options and never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable in the buying process. It truly felt like it was a team effort across the whole staff to get me into the truck of my dreams. Everyone was so friendly and transparent - things not often found when car shopping. If you want to buy a good car, have good service, they treat you with respect. You tell them what you want what you need and they make it happen. This was the best place I could have gone to. This is my second time buying a vehicle from them. When i'm about to bring my son up there to buy a vehicle as well. And it's a blue vehicle with metallic in it. I love the color I even let them pick it out.

I walked onto the lot the next day after my car alternator died on me. Jacob came out and greeted me, and my Mother. He got me in a vehicle within my price range and I was good to go. Jacob Simmons may be the best car salesman that I have ever had. He made sure that I knew everything that was happening. He let me know when he would be away from his desk and answered all questions that I had. He was very helpful to me physically as I am a wheelchair user. He got my wheelchair out of my car and he even parked the car I was buying as close as he could to make it easier for me to get to it. He went to Ft Walton to bring the car that I was interested in so I wouldn t have to travel down there. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone who is wanting to buy a car. I also. dealt with Amanda Fitzgerald who also answered any questions that I had. I am a long time Ford driver with my husband and I having bought greater than 10 fords over the last 25 yrs. I have even bought two cars here in Crestview over the years. I can only say: Well done and I will be back for another car in the future.

Do not buy a car from Ford Crestview. We bought a 2022 Ford Bronco which was represented to be a soft top. In driving it home on the highway, we noticed parts of the soft top were loose. When we took it to another Ford dealer, we learned that this Bronco was manufactured as a hard top and that, in order to get a sale, Ford Crestview apparently swapped out the hard top for a soft top but didn't install all of the parts necessary to complete the conversion properly. This is fraud. When I brought this to the attention of the sales representative who sold me the Bronco, he indicated Ford Crestview would complete the repairs at no cost to me once the backordered parts were received. That was 8 months ago. When I called the dealer late in 2023, I learned that the sales representative was no longer with Ford Crestview, and despite leaving several messages, including sending emails to the Service Director, General Manager, and owner, have heard nothing. I have now ordered nearly $3,000 worth of parts from another dealer (Ford's supply chain is also a mess), and hope to have this odyssey come to an end next week. Unfortunately, Google requires one star for a review to be posted which feels wrong. This has been one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had.

I always have a hard time getting someone to help me when I call for information about my vehicle I waited 4 months to get my warranty packet and I had to drive there to get it.I live 35 miles away from the place I bought my truck and will never do business with them again. I was very pressed to make a deal with them and I kept telling them that I had open heart surgery 3 months ago but they were hard pressed to make a deal with me. I had to get them to take care of the capital one auto finance company after 2 months after the sale because I had been reported to the credit bureau for none payment. After all, the finance department went to Toyota to pay off my trade in and I had told him several times that he was to go through capital one auto finance and it was very frustrating to say the least.

anytime whenever whatever I needed service it takes forever to get it done. even just simple oil change I need an appointment? new Jersey first come first serve! any service done less than a week. no appointment required. I love ford. but not here.

Genuinely had a great car experience for once in my life. Gene was great with helping me get my mom car I ve always wanted, trade in went smooth and got more bang for my buck than I thought I would honestly. Did not feel haggled at all, bought the car two days ago and he just called to check in on me and my son. Truly appreciate a caring person like that who sees me as a person and not a sale only. Would definitely recommend Gene again.

Bought a used ram from this Dealership, the sales person Andrew was great, but that's where the greatness ended. The Used Car manager was very un personable. I was promised a second key and the rear window was to be fixed from a leak. After signing the deal I was informed that the sales manager denied the repair and extra key. Apparently the truck was listed online at the wrong price, I was told I could pay the price they were going to list it at and they would do the repairs, or I could pay the price online and they not fix anything or get an extra key. Then once I got home I found the vehicle had not been properly clean the under the rear seat was molding on the carpet from the rear window leaking when I notified the dealership the sales man asked me to bring it back and they would clean it properly, the sales manager comes our and acts like it an inconvenient for me bringing the truck back. If HE did he job properly the first time. I would have to waste my day driving back and forth from navarre to Crestview multiple times.

Tldr: Crestview Ford charging for not doing any diagnostic or maintenance on something that could have been a phone call.Long story:I called Crestview Ford back at the beginning of January for my Focus having the notorious transmission shudder. The person on the phone said it was under warranty ( they even went as far to check to make sure so there weren t any surprises) and bring it in. Dropped it off a few days later and got a call the next day saying, the warranty is not going to cover it because it expired. The person on the phone bringing this up before I did about the warranty. Also, to fix it they now want $4200. On top of that, I had to pay the diagnostic fee too so that was nice. Went from warranty work to oweing $220. Told them to put it back together and I ll come get it. This was on 10 Jan. Tried calling them on the 15th, 16th leavingg messages, and again on the 22nd. On the 22nd, they said It was available for pickup and Sorry. I thought I called and left a message. Got home and checked my dash cam. For a transmission issue, they started the car, moved it in front of a bay, got out and let it run for 30 minutes while the technician was inside. After 30 minutes, they parked it and did nothing. Absolutely nothing was done to my vehicle. The next day, they moved it to another parking spot and there it sat. It sat for a week and a half for no reason and no communication. Now going through BBB and the state and getting pushed off there too claiming they ve called to talk about the complaint. Call logs show different. Again, no communication.I don t blame the tech. It falls on the office and those doing the write ups on what could have been an honest phone conversation saying to fix the issue, this would be the cost. Instead, they kept my vehicle for a week and a half, I had to call multiple times because they would call me when it s back together, and yet I never received a call. It was never taken apart. Yes they do have my number as that s how they called me the first time to tell me the cost for the warranty work .

Always took my truck to dealerships for work even after my warranty expired, but that ended when I moved here and experienced not 1 not 2 but 3 bad service appointments in a row at Ford Crestview. I tried to work with the service department on issues I was having but it seemed like no one really took ownership of the situation. Took my truck to a local diesel mechanic where the issues were taken care of quickly and painlessly.. I will not be sending any more of my business to Ford Crestview.
